Guduvanchery EB- Service nos.[protected] &[protected] I paid and sent bimonthly Rs.4010 &Rs.1920 through my account.on 16.6.2023 but in my account the said amount was deducted but till date tneb not bill is not generated any paid bill amount. Till date my bills amount shows pending. Pls do needful to accept online payment asearly as possible.     I am residing in Ponmar near cross way springs and electricity provider is Mambakkam office, either there is low voltage or ipower cut straight for 2 days it's worst service in Chennai, i have resided in other areas before and have never seen such a service in electricity, please go through earlier TNEB complaints, it will be mostly only in Ponmar area and Mambakkam EB office. Please help

      Address: Avvaai 2nd cross street, periyar nagar, pallikaranai chennai-600100

      In pallikaranai periyar nagar heavy voltage fluctuation issue, i am complaining last 3months Still issue not resolved..
      In day time itself we get voltage below 150v to max 170 v and after 8 pm it's less than 90 volt. Electronics equipments gets damaged,
      Can't able to sleep peacefully, we struggling to run single fan, it's almost 3 months gone without sleeping peacefully.

      In thi area eb lines are hanging very low from the ground level, trees are crossing the eb line. Very worst maintenance.

      Please take a action and help to get resolve from this issue

          Daily power cut is happening multiple times a day at vellore, RN palayam, pachaiyappan street.. We are unable to work or live here, kindly take necessary action and provide the power supply regularly

            Hello

            Consumer number[protected].Thundalam, Poonamalle our EB bill for this month is showing around 30, 00 and this is very much high since we are only 2 members with 2 small kids there is no way this much bill could have come, there is some mistake in the billing can you please check and rectify this issue immediately.

              Hi, I have received a bill amount of 1695 for period between April to May 2023. The reading display was showing blank green color and it could be a fault due to low quality reading meter but as a consumer i have been charged with this amount plus some additional charges of 330 rupees, under miscellaneous . Am attaching snapshot with details.
              This is not fault from our side as this is because of fault in the meter installed from EB. The burden has been imposed on common people who are consumers and how they arrived at this amount of 1695 + 330 to a total bill of 2025 is not at all acceptable.

                Facing Frequent power outage for whole night atleat once in a week.

                Reach to tangedco complaint number and they told issue because of High usage in summer. Really thinking a lot, how the TNEB looking and take actions by this type of issue.

                Struggle with my 9 months old baby without power in night.

                I felt and knew even there is no action from TNEB after this type of many complaints...Thanks

                  Dear sir
                  I am from vadakadambady kattuthangal and here it's everyday low voltage and Y phase is nor available frequently.

                  Regarding this issue I am contacting our area AE since April but no use and still this problem doesn't resolved.

                  Because of it fans Aircondition and jet motor are not working properly and this kind low voltage may make big damage in electrical things.

                  Therefore kindly take an action and rectify this issue as soon as possible.

                    We are facing frequent power cut in Kanathur located in ECR Road pincode 603112.

                    EB office number is always ringing but no one is responding. Day and night we are facing this problem, and never have received a response from Kovalam EB office. We request you to please intervene and see we get our electricity in an efficient way.

                      We have been receiving huge amounts of bill for the last several months. The meter was also changed thinking that might have been the problem. This month we got the bill intially for an amount of 24889. Now wen we are about to pay the mount it suddenly is showing 30, 890. What is happening sir . Even if there's a marriage function the bill doesn't go this high. 2 bedroom house, one kitchen, 2 bathrooms one living area. Kindly adress our complain..

                            One of the most wordt police i have seen. So partial towards tourists. They allowed bus and TN vehicles to move through good routes and other states vehicals to route through a mud horrible roads and they allowing their buses and tn vehicles to break road rules and go on roads which are closed to others

                                      We residents of Almelupuram Poondi, Thirukkatupalli (via), Thanjavur (613105) are facing a low voltage problem. Air conditioners do not function; fans rotate at a very slow speed. We are kept awake until 2:00 a.m. as these electrical gadgets do not function at low voltage. Please take prompt action regarding this issue.
