Hi, I have been charged (6, 200) which 8 times more than my normal eb charge usually I get around Rs. 800 - Rs. 900, I have complaint before 2 months that they have charged Rs. 4000, after complaint they rechecked and revised the correct amount of Rs. 820. We have shop in our village for that we are getting Rs.[protected], but for home I have got lot than that, they have changed 4 meters in this 6 month due to defective meter, now the meter seems to be superfast in running, please help me out, thanks.

      The EB has been cutting power in the Thoraipakkam area for the past few weeks and they have only gotten worse as time progresses. At one time where we were under the cyclone, the power was off for 2.5 day, even after the storm passed and things settled. Nevertheless, coming back to my original point, there has been an extensive amount of power cuts and fluctuations happening over the week, during early morning, midday, and even at midnight. These shortages last anywhere between 1-3 hours long.

      When I call the area EB line, they are almost always switched off or buys, they picked up once and abruptly ended the call, saying that "It will come soon, wait" in a hasty, unprofessional manner. I then resorted to calling the complaint number (which also comes with its' hurdles, but at least they pick up sometimes) and they usually blame it under 'maintenance' or they provide no explanation and ask me to wait 30 minutes to 2 hours for it to come back.

      Please, we need to raise this issue as this is completely unacceptable in the city where most o[censored]s depend on power for daily needs such as online work, water supply etc.

          Hi, am residing in the below mentioned address. There is continuous power cut in this area. Power is not coming even for the whole day. When we call to the EB, most of the times they are not picking the call . Most of the times they are not fixing the power issues. Half of the month we are living without power. Please request to take necessary actions against this issue.

              Address: Casa Grande Pavilion, Thalambur

              In our community in Casa Grande Pavilion, Thalambur, there is no power supply for around 100 houses since last evening. Understand from technical team that transformer is not working. Request immediate attention for getting the transformer fixed/replaced. We have many families with elders and children and inverters drained, we are in to serious issues today.

                        I did a payment to TamilNadu Electricity Board on 11th March 2024 via BHIM upi app. I tried three times and all of them failed. I later realised that amount was deducted but, till date I did not get the declined money back to my source account SBI. Each transaction was for 8849₹. In total, I am awaiting amount of 26547₹ back to my source account since 11th March.
                        I have raised complaint to BHIM, SBI BANK and TNEB too. SBI says to reach to merchant to get the money back. TNEB does not even attend calls. This is causing immense stress. As its a high value amount, I really need your help to refund my money

                          During reading for 01/24, find my meter is defective so they charged for 1655 units without following regulatory para 11(2)assessment of billing in case where there is no meter or meter is defective, i.E taking the average of the electricity supplied during the preceding four month, so as per this, last 4 months total units comes 1729 only if divided this by 4, monthly average units comes to 432.25 only, for bi monthly from 05.01/2024 to 05/03/2024 comes total units 864.50 units only not 1655 units charged for me, amount rs.13, 755/- so i request to recalculate as per rule and charge me for 864.50 units and the amount be amended accordingly for the above said period, last date for payment 25.03.2024, i also given written complaints to concerned authorities on 14.03.24, but bills not amended, kindly do the needful

                            Dear TANGEDO,

                            i am saravanakumar from coimbatore located in pin code 641048, kalapatti. i had submitted my application no:[protected] in the name of K.KUPPULAKSHMI ( MY MOTHER ) for new connection also i paid the fee rs5300 for availing single phase link.. on 09.02.2024.. its almost 20days over i didn't receive any update regarding my new connection either thru phone via text message or meeting the concerned asst.enginer of the thirumurugan TANGEDO office located IN COIMBATORE. plse expedite my application and update me the status of the same.

                              Even it is low voltage after 12 am, we were not able to operate fan and water motors from morning to till now and they have changed my meter 2 times in 6 months of times, we have been fight from last 1 year regaing new transformer because our area is a developing area and they shamelessly provide new EB connections but they wont care about new transformer request ( current transformer- SS 1 jothipuram circle - tirunelveli, section melapalayam II ) there is no response from respective person. Please 🙏 help us in getting this issue resolved. Thanks

                                Hi Sir/ Madam,

                                This complaint is about requested new transformer 1 year back due to low voltage for whole 24 hrs supply from ( SS 1 jothipuram transformer).. after complaining to local AE of melapalayam we received only empty post after 6 months fight, the response from 1 year was we are making transformer, will provide .. we believe that with you peoples help we can get relief from getting damage of our household thing which cost around 30 k - 50k per house. There is no response for complaints but getting readings and bills they were very perfect. They get money from wealthy people and they provide transformer to that location in very quick moment. Please help us in getting new transformer, I m attaching photo of 6 months work done by great melapalayam eb office peoples, this 1 day work it took 6 months, if they can provide new transformer in a month, our location people are going to protest without paying the bills for low and half power Supply.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  My TNEB Service No.[protected] or [protected], My Name is DEEPA SHREE, but wrongly mentioned in our service number as V. DEEPA SHREE. As there is no initial under the proof I submitted such a Sale deed or Aadhaar card in front of my name there is no initial added.
