My TNEB Service No.[protected] or [protected], My Name is DEEPA SHREE, but wrongly mentioned in our service number as V. DEEPA SHREE. As there is no initial under the proof I submitted such a Sale deed or Aadhaar card in front of my name there is no initial added.

So kindly change our spelling correction in our EB service to DEEPA SHREE, Aadhaar Card and EB Receipt Copy enclosed for your ref,...

I have received eb bill of 4082 for month of feb, which is 5 times more than my regular bills ( between[protected], they have changed 2 meter within a year due to defective reasons ( 1. 05/06/2023 & 2. 16/11/2023), now again they have charged me Rs. 4082/- again with same reason defective. Please help me out. I m attaching photo copy for your review. Thanks ....

I am the holder of consumer number [protected] of my agricultural land near Elumalai in Madurai District. I was served a letter by the AE in the month of July 2023 stating that I need to pay an amount of Rs. 73907 on account of BOAB Audit average shortfall for the period Oct 2017 to Feb 2023. As per the last bill, it was mentioned as door locked.but because of height of the meter installed, they are mentioning as door locked.if anyone available/shop is open they are asking us to tell the reading after putting chair.but if the shop was closed, they are doing the same.
meter is also in normal height and there is no possibility of lower height installation due to children's may touch it and it is in the roadside too.

Hello, today when I checked tangedco website to pay my E.B bill for the following service numbers, it is showing invalid consumer number. I even paid last month and it was working fine. But all of a sudden, its showing invalid consumer number. i request you to please reactivate my service numbers, so that i can pay my E.B bill.

Hello, My residence is unoccupied from Nov 28, 2022 to April 2023, except 10 days in Jan 2023, (Jan 4th to Jan 14th). Feb month bill was Rs.113

TNEB found the defective meter during Apil 2023 reading and charged the bill amount of Rs.2236, while the whole period the house was unoccupied.

Got shocked to see the EB bill, and asked my Neighbour to take a picture of the meter reading and share it, it shows defective...

I am also facing the same problem. We registered & paid 3 phase connection amount but TNEB cancelled/rejected our application. Still now we are not received the refund amount. Could you please help me to get the refund amount(9998rs).

Hello There

Without my knowledge Tariff structure changed to LA1D for my service number [protected] but this should not happen as its not common meter and this meter is fixed individually for my home.

Please revise my tariff structure to the existing one which is LA1A....

Recently I've applied for a Additional load on my TNEB connection and paid Rs.13500 as payment. Due to some reasons the Application was rejected.

I received a SMS from TNEB for refund. I've provided all the bank details and submitted it, but after even after one month there is no single response from TNEB.

So far I have paid all my dues on time in full for the Consumer No[protected].
When I went to my online account to make payment for this month, I could see charges with the following information:

MISCALLANEOUS.SLIP /SF025 - CC Arrears for 237 rupees.
Since I have alway paid all my dues on time in full, I am not sure why these charges have been made. I have attached relevant screenshots from my online account....

Hi, I'm the tenant of this house.Since i'm using this connection from June -2020. That time the connection has been reconnected and paid by the fine charges. After some time the meter was not working and complained many times directly to the EB office and wrote a letter and then they changed the meter and it was paid by the EB bill on time without delay.
