Without my knowledge Tariff structure changed to LA1D for my service number [protected] but this should not happen as its not common meter and this meter is fixed individually for my home.

Please revise my tariff structure to the existing one which is LA1A.

      Respected Sir,

      We applied for Agriculture Eb SFS RS.50000 scheme on July 2017.
      Around Dec 2021, I may received the letter for connection..but I was out of town and not got the letter..when I checked executive engineer office around Apr 2022, they told my address is not traceable and asked me to write letter for new connection..still I didn't received...please let me know some solution..

                We are facing frequent power cut issues at ponmar malai st, we couldn't even sleep in the night due to this. If power cut happens it last for long hours or days. Please sort this issue ASAP. We couldn't do house work or office work due to power cut. Now also during Christmas 25th night power cut happened it's been 4 hrs still there is no power

                    Sub: excess charge 06.10.2022 bill for Consumer No. [protected]

                    Excess amount Rs 12593.80 which is nearly 4 times of the usual bill is charged on 06.10.2022 for my 2 bed room flat.
                    Nothing was charged for the previous bill dated 05.08.2022

                    Request you to kindly recheck and issue a revised bill, please pay back the excess amount.

                      This is vignesh I have defective problem with meter board but there is expiry date till 5 1/2 years but meter board live for four years
                      Anyway we are payed for meter board before in 2018 still now expiry date live
                      So my clarification is whether there is warranty for meter board
                      Then why we are paying for meter board and other charges for licensee

                        My Name is Prabhakaran.
                        My EB servie number is[protected].
                        The EB meter was marked defective on Oct-2022.
                        There was no action taken place. I met the AE at TNEB madipakkam 7th Dec 2022 and gave my complaint letter it was promised that it would be fixed in 1 week. But no action taken place even after 3 weeks. In the mean time I tried to reach them by phone several times and went to the TNEB madipakkam office 4 times. But no action. I'm very much frustrated by the worst performance of TNEB and it's staffs. From 21-Dec-2022, I'm out of town. But the EB meter box is open so that it can be fixed.
                        Please take some professional action and fix my issue.

                            Please reconsider average shortfall amount added in my bill. There is no delay in payment so far. More than 8000 rupees mentioned as average shortfall but eb bill is only 113 rupees as per reading. Please resolve.

                                My current consumption charges has been calculated on average basis since the meter is defective as per the Assistant Engineer, TNEB.
                                The digits in the meter are visible except for the last digit.
                                The concerned officer is not accepting this and average has been taken and i will be paying Rs.2000/- more and this average will continue till the meter is replaced.
                                Why should the consumer suffer because of the inefficiency of the department.
                                when the digits are visible why the department is not accepting.
                                I have taken photographs and sent thru whats app and personally visited the TNEB office and shown.
