No Responses were made after complaining whole night we suffered without power supply and with mosquitoes. Kids didn't sleep whole night at all. Only by morning around 7.30am received the call for the complaint no. 709770 & 709556. Following which the complaint was resolved. Various attempts were made throughout the night for the complaints but there was no one soul to answer.

There was no such contacts and communication made by the company TNEB in order to resolve my issue. Pls do the needful

    Tneb bill paid 1-3-2022 sc num [protected]. tnebonlinepay -tnebnet.org webpage- icici bank- upi [protected]@ybl-amount send phonepe app 2297 paid upi method.Transaction confirmation sucessfull phonepe App. Bank amount2297 deduction message confirmed. But eb bill not paid my sc num[protected].so refund my amount....

        Sir/madam,

        I applied for a new EB service connection through online portal and paid the registration amount. The application no is[protected].

        My application was cancelled for valid reason as per my request and i was intimated that refund is under processing by email. But till now i did not receive my refund amount from TNEB.

        Kindly help to get back my refund amount.

          I am residing at indira 4th street, indira gandhi nagar, aadambakkam, guindy. The strreet facing daily night time power cut for aboit 4 to 5 hours from 10 pm to 11pm.. On daily basis in the particular time without any reason.. When I try to complain tneb the willfully wont pick the call...

            Frequent power failure in evening and midnight( 01am ) and no response from the line incharge person..saying that, , no person available or the technicion is attending another fault (somewhere) very long, and it takes half n hour to reach fault area and Hardly it takes one hour of time for power resume.. it not the first occurance...
            Please take this complaint serious ..its a request and please help out from this situation...

              Hello Team,

              My current month unit consumption was 460 (Reading taken by the TNEB Associates) and I have paid my bills with no arrears in past.
              But the current month billing was included with arrears amount mentioning to pay 4500+ amount (including the current month charges).

              I am not sure why should i be paying that bill amount because monthly reading is taken by the own associates and the amount paid...

                  There has been a power cut in my area since 11 pm. Now it's 4 am still we didn't get the power back .Have called three eb persons but no action has been taken.

                      Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Payment failed and amount debited

                      Dear Sir,

                      Electricity bill was paid for consumer number [protected] of Rs. 919 on 03-Mar-22 by using my credit card. But the payment was failed and the amount was debited Rs. 926.81 (including payment charges). Since the payment was failed, I was reattended the payment and again the payment was failed and again the amount of Rs. 926.81 debited to my account. Total Rs. 1853.62 (Rs. 926.81+926.81) was debited to my credit card...

                      My Native Place is Vanjinapuram at Ariyalur District, Tamil Nadu.
                      In My Place There Is Very Low Voltage at Rating (Below 120 volt) at All Times Till also in Night time.
                      We are suffering lot due to this voltage problem. We can't able to manage during summer days. Please take necessary action.

                        It has been confirmed that my EB meter is faulty and it needs to be replaced. The current bill amount needs to be made zero and previous bill amount (12.9k) needs to be refunded immediately.
                        Pls look into it and refund my amount.

                            Hi madam/sir, I do live in banu nagar west, pudur, chennai 53.. There is a frequent power cuts in the night time and day time for past few days, since it is being summer it is very difficult to manage. There are very little kids and elderly people whose sleeps are interrupted. Kindly look into this is.
