Reading not taken for consumer number[protected]. We have around 7 meters in our flat they have taken reading for everyone except this no. Same thing happened last month i went to office and informed please resolve this as soon as possible. They have mentioned door closed for last month. If the door is closed how come they have taken reading for everyone.

    Im writing this in regards to low voltage problem and frequent power cut issues at specific only line in Annakutti Street, Kannanthangudi west, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District whereas neighbourhood doesn't face this issue. This has been in practise for a long period now and no measures take yet.

    If this is a right platform, kindly do the needful. Thank you!

      Online Login showing Invalid Consumer Number

      Dear Sir, I try to login in tangedco website to view my E.B bill for the following service numbers, it is showing invalid consumer number .I am paying bills through quick pay but while I try to view my bill data using user name it os showing invalid consumer.I am not able to login, its showing invalid consumer number. i request you to please reactivate my service numbers, so that i can view my E.B bills.

      I have applied for temporary connection to construct home in March 2023 at Kandigai EB office but till now I did not get connection, they said meter box delay.

          We have been using the eb connection no. [protected], for a long time and to our shock and surprise our bill was generated by TNEB for Rs. 1597/- and at the payment page it seeks to collect Rs. 4010/- when an explanation is sought no proper response is also given by the staff of TNEB rather we are treated as some third-grade criminals by the staff of TNEB. I am annexing the screenshot of the web portal of TNEB for our connection and seeking immediate response from TNEB.

            Dear sir

            Today I have received letter from chengalpattu department and in the letter they have said already we have sent connection detail on 28/09/2022. But there was nothing like that in the letter which i was received on 28/09/2022 they said that connection service number is wrong and I received that only.

            So that I have requested again with exact service number on the date of 13th March 2023 but today in the letter they are saying already requested documents provided.

            But by this I think there the connection had given improper way.

            So that kindly check the service number which have written in the NO:ENERG/R/2023/60094 petition exact service no is[protected].

            And in the old petition it was wrong because I just seen that number on the meter and thought it's service number but that's not service number that wrong number is [protected].

              As per government noms the reading has to be taken on or before 10th of that particular month but here in MOGAPPAIR EAST CHENNAI-37 they are making it a scam every single time they're coming to take reading after 18th and 19th of that month which is nearly month end and our normal bills are getting doubled which is totally unfair.. Usually we used to pay only 200-300 but nowadays we're paying 700 . We don't have AC too just a single fan even though we're paying 700 .. I need it to be resolved or else I'll directly send a email to the director of chennai Tamilnadu electricity board

                The sender of this complaint is from MOGAPPAIR EAST CHENNAI-37. Recently for the past 3-5 months there's a regular power cut during night for the duration of 1-2 hours which is very annoying and not appropriate. The electric department in mogappair is a total scam when we call it's always in busy tone. And the main scam is for the monthly payout the reading has to be taken before 10th of that month but here they're taking it after 18 and 19 which is nearly month end and because of that our bills are getting doubled which is totally unfair

                      My village name is Navalady. Frequent power cuts happened in our village.

                              There is regular and continuous low voltage problem in the residence of Poompozhil Nagar, Avadi, Chennai- 600062.
                              TNEB hasn't took any action to resolve this issue as of now. The condition is even more worse in summer season.

                              Kamaraj nagar also faced the same problem before but it had been sorted out.
                              We kindly request the concerned authorities to fix this low voltage issue at the earliest.

                                We are living of Maruthupandi nagar 3rd main road, padiyanallur, Chennai are facing low voltage problem. Air conditioners do not function, fans rotate at very slow speed in low voltage..We are kept awake until 2:00 a.m. baby also there..As these electrical gadgets to not function with low voltage.kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible...

                                  Yesterday(16MAY2023), which is on Tuesday
                                  we had a sudden powercuts for couple of hours now and then in between night without any prior information
                                  which is way more frustrating on summer nights
                                  pls takecare, give us a proper information on powercuts so that we could be ready for it

                                      Its an reminder to my last complaint yesterday again we are facing such power shortage in one phase in 2nd street, Anadhamnagar, Ramapuram.
                                      Last night power was not their from 11pm to 5am and i tried to call contact EB number continuously but there was no response from them moreover they even didn't bother to pick calls and we don't know where to complain regarding these issue.

                                      Again today also continuously their is power shortage in one phase and again they i.e. EB is not picking calls
