My village name is Navalady. Frequent power cuts happened in our village.
Every 2 hours, they shut off the power. Because of this, some of my electronic devices were repaired. Please inform us if a shut-down or power cut happened

X tenant was used the tneb online payment option .Now she vacated and not giving the user id and password. now i am the new tenant how to change the user id and password of online bill payment.If i am clicking the forget password and user name it is going to the old email which was created previously.

Dear sir we are in vengasaralai medu Venus colony veesanam namakkal this are most of time very low power supply available home appliances are not running properly bore well motors not working many times this area most of houses facing this problem for long time please take necessary action

There is regular and continuous low voltage problem in the residence of Poompozhil Nagar, Avadi, Chennai- 600062.
TNEB hasn't took any action to resolve this issue as of now. The condition is even more worse in summer season.

Kamaraj nagar also faced the same problem before but it had been sorted out.
We kindly request the concerned authorities to fix this low voltage issue at the earliest.

We are living of Maruthupandi nagar 3rd main road, padiyanallur, Chennai are facing low voltage problem. Air conditioners do not function, fans rotate at very slow speed in low voltage..We are kept awake until 2:00 a.m. baby also there..As these electrical gadgets to not function with low voltage.kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible...

which is way more frustrating on summer nights

I'm from annanur JB nagar. From 16-May 6:30pm we don't have power. I can't even reach the eb office through call.

Its an reminder to my last complaint yesterday again we are facing such power shortage in one phase in 2nd street, Anadhamnagar, Ramapuram.
Last night power was not their from 11pm to 5am and i tried to call contact EB number continuously but there was no response from them moreover they even didn't bother to pick calls and we don't know where to complain regarding these issue.

Again today also continuously their is power shortage in one phase and again they i.e. EB is not picking calls

Our EB bill was generated as Rps 7225for march and april saying average is calculated as meter has stuck . In reality where we never crossed rps 2500 till date . We reach EB office and asked how it is calculated and he explained Average of this year readings+ last year march april readings with current unit cost .

Is this how it calculated Eb bill in TN if meter is stuck.

I am to inform you that the power supply in my residence at the address given above is often erratic and on many occasions power is supplied in single phase instead of 3 phase for the last 20 days. The TNEB staff attended to the fault only yesterday the 5th May. However, the same fault again happened and the power supply is disconnected to my residence again. The frequent disturbance in the power supply is due to cable fault.

Hence I request you to kindly arrange to rectify the fault and ensure continuous, uninterrupted power supply in all 3 phase to my residence at the address given above.

Hi Sir,

Power cut and voltage drop continuously in my area. Day and night both time power has been cut and voltage drop happened lot of days. Raise a complaint electricity officers only tell unwanted reasons. So kindly take action against from these issues.
