    Hi,

    Few weeks back, TNEB digged up the road to lay some cables. On the process of doing that they puntured my power cable which was rectified temporarily and they closed the hole. Now for the last few days we are facing power issues and TNEB members are telling that it is because of the puntured cable and asking money from us for the replacement which is 13000 rupees including labour charges. I am not sure why we need to pay the money when they puntured the power cable. I request the concerned aithority to look into the issue.

      Hi my coonection no.[protected] and in domestic tariif with bi monthly billing. Yesterday meter reading got and it's somewhere around 300 units and 580 should be bill.

      But the unit consumed was calculated between March 2021 to July 2021 rather than May 2021 to July 2021. Hence unit is 800 and bill is 3600.

      Need corrective action for the same.

        Gud mor sir I am complaint against palayamkottai eb assistant engineer and reading employee because they are known my meter is fault now but he is unresponse to take reading to my fault meter and enter to the system now they are forced me to pay a money sir how it is possible to because my meter is fault now there is huge amount in my reading pls take action against I responsible workers sir

            கடந்த 17.05.2021 அன்று எனக்கு தாங்கள் ஆன்லைனில் அனுப்பிய ரூபாய் 65 பில் வந்தது அதை நான் ஆன்லைனில் கட்டி விட்டேன் நான் ஒன்றறை மாதம் ஊரில் இல்லாததால் எனக்கு சரியாக இருக்கும் என்று கட்டி விட்டேன் தற்போது 17 7 2021 அன்று எனக்கு ரூபாய் 7445 பில் ஆன்லைனில் வந்துள்ளது.
            ஐயா நான் கடந்த 9 வருடமாக இரண்டு வாடகை வீட்டில் வசித்து வந்து இருக்கிறேன் பழைய வீட்டில் 8 வருடம் தற்போது உள்ள வீட்டில் 1 வருடம் இதுவரை நான் அதிகபட்சமாக 1070 க்கு மேல் கட்டியதே ஆனால் தற்போது ரூபாய் 7445 வந்துள்ளது அதற்கு வாய்ப்பே இல்லை ஆகவே இந்த தவறை சரிசெய்து எனக்கு வர வேண்டிய நியாயமான கரண்ட் பில்லை வழங்கி எனக்கு நியாயம் வழங்குமாறு மிகவும் தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்à®... தற்போது கொரானா அபாய காலத்தில் வாழ்வதற்கே தடுமாறிக் கொண்டிருக்குà®�... நேரத்தில் ரூபாய் 7445 என்பது மிகப் பெரிய தொகையாகும் ஆகவே இந்த மின்சார பில் குளறுபடி தீர்வு அளித்து எனக்கு நியாயமான மின்சார தொகை கிடைக்க வழி செய்யுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்à®...

              Last month eb bill alredy paid Rs. 620 in online. But this month bill Rs. 1040 added last month please deduction from eb bill. Already complaint in near me eb office no response. Pls kindly check my reading find an issue pls correction immediate action sir/madam Thanking you.

                As per ur msg 24.05.21 420 unit consumed and I paid Rs.890.
                This month as per ur message consuming 910. But I had used 410 unit.
                But u mentioned Rs. 1190.
                So please check and consider my eb unit. This month I had used only 410 units.

                    Eb staffs didnt came to take the readings for the month of may and billing was as per the old bill cycle which was march month, The calulation of billing was wrong for the month of july becoz as per our govt slab rates billing is made as per less than 500 units user and more than 500 units user, though our usage was 400 per month but billing was less for the month of may and more for the month of july, this is totally wrong

                                I am currently residing at 192, S.NO 113 / 1A1, THATTAKULAM ROAD KOLAPAKKAM, CHENNAI, which is having an electricity connection bearing consumer number [protected], Divisional Office 261-Nandambakkam. Today, I was shocked to receive the current electricity bill for an amount of Rs. 5124/-. My monthly electricity bill amounts generally range between Rs. 500/- to Rs. 2500/- The bill for this month July is almost twice the amount of my regular bills I investigated the matter from my side to find out the error and I noticed that the previous month I charges as PMC mode. If you charged like this as consumer I have to pay more amounts. As you will notice, there is clearly an error in it. I, therefore, kindly request you to correct the current bill and issue a fresh bill for the current month. I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

                                  There is a frequent power cuts in day and night, for past few months. and because of this all the work is getting affected, as we are working from home and electricity is mainly needed for it. If there is a power cut it last for more than 2 - 3 hours or sometimes more than that. This is happening daily, it is becoming difficult to work on any tasks as everything is dependent on electricity. Here our children and elder people are not able to take rest because of this. Request you to take action immediately. As our Job is getting affected. Area is Banu Nagar West, Govindan Street, Pudur, Chennai - 600053

                                    Problems:
                                    1) Defective meter - Fast running
                                    2)The consumption units as given by the bill is too high (3000 units for 4 months)for a domestic consumption despite not consuming for about more than a month where our highest units for 2 months is about 500 units
                                    3) The consumed units in the bill has been provided for 4 months together (so need for split in the bill)
                                    It would be helpful if the complaint is looked into as soon as possible. Hope you will do the needful.
