        I have paid rupees 10624 to my TNEB consumer ID[protected] on[protected] at 23:44 hours through UPI payment.
        Transaction ID: AX[protected]
        UPI ID:[protected].
        This amount was not credited to TNEB and I was fined for late payment.
        Finally I have again made payment of around 11000 on[protected].

        UPI provider and bank is telling that from there end amount was transferred to TNEB and they must initiate refund.

        Kindly resolve and initiate refund.

          Dear Sir

          With reference to the above subject, please be noted that I made a payment of Rs.920/- on 16/06/2021 through a credit card.ON 18/06/2021 I received a message from TANGEDCO that payment has been rejected and I need to make a payment for Rs. 1030 along with a fine. Hence I made the payment for Rs. 1030 on 18/06/2021 (same day) and personally went to EB office on the same day and they confirmed orally that they have received payment for Rs. 1030/-.Later on, 23.06.2021 when I checked the system payment confirmation receipt for Rs. 920/- has been generated, and no news about Rs. 1030/-. So I approached Madhavaram EB office and they also confirmed that they have received Rs. 920/- and no information regarding Rs. 1030When I checked with my bank they confirmed that both the amount has been honoured by TANGEDCOHence I gave a written complaint to AE Madhavaram on 25.06.2021 and till now there is no proper response from them and wheneverI contact them they say no ideaHence request you to kindly take note of the above issue and please do the needful

                Dear Sir,
                I have received RS.6252 current bill for the month of July 2021.

                As well as I feel due meter fast running my eb bill amount is so high so visited the eb office but he told your reading is very high so i will adjusted average reading.But this type of answer not like.please rectify my problem.

                  For past few years I have been getting lot of billing reminders from different customers.

                  Also getting call from TNEB officials certain occasions to pay the outstanding bills.
                  I live in Coimbatore for past 16 years and no way connected to the messages got from multiple no's.
                  I have attached wrong messages got today for your validation.

                  I conveyed the issue to an officer and he asked me to send a mail to remove my Mobile no mapped to
                  wrong electricity accounts.

                  My mobile no should be subscribed to only the below 2 TNEB service accounts.

                    We're facing the powercut issue for more than a 1year. And we had been given the complaints. Mostly it was happening in night time o late night. Most of the time eb department will not respond for the call. I personally going in person to call them up and check the issues. Even we have 3 phase in our house, in that 2 phase not even working properly. Lack of sleep we face many health issues and depression. And we hav kids and pregnant women in the house. We do had given them the written complaint on 28th April 2021. And them same issue was seen vert lately afte 2 days of time by the fourman Mr. Sivakumar. We hav all the details and screenshot for the eb complaint. Do some alternative to rectify the situation permanently. I hereby attach the compliant related docs

                              Hello Sir/Madam,

                              My consumer number is [protected]

                              My meter reading on 09th Nov 2020 was 90 Units. We went out of the city on 20th Nov 2020 with full family for 2 Months and closed the main power supply of mine.

                              On 10th December as per EB, my meter reading increased to 910 units(total reading 5500).

                              We are back home on 16th Jan and when I checked reading on 20th Jan 2021 my reading shows 7492 I have a video recording of that day.

                              I go to the EB office they told me to first submit the generated bill of 4486 Rs, which I did.

                              On 18th Feb they generated some random bill of 553 with 250 Units and told me that they will change the meter.

                              But EB didn't change the meter and in April they generated a bill of 13726 Rs with 2310 Units and told me the meter is working perfectly fine.

                              I am running there since January and submit 3 handwritten applications and 3 online applications, EB is telling me the meter is working fine.

                              I don't know how come within 2 Months without any consumption my meter reading increased more than 3000 Units.

                              I have images of my unit consumption for Feb months and it is 8 to 9 units per day.

                              Appliances which we are using are Freeze, Washing machine, Water filter, Geezer and water motor. With the same appliances, my neighbour never gets an electricity bill of more than 1000.

                              There is a pattern where every alternate bill is coming near 3000 Rs from 2019.

                                For last 2 days there was No power supply due do the transfer failure (fault).we have informed local EB office (kalaiyar kovil), so for there is no action taken.Give to this problem we are not able to get water and also i am not able to to my work from Home because our house is situated in the farm it self .Kindly make arrangement all the problem .

                                    Sir, we were over charged to pay ebill. Even though our consumption of electricity less than what they chare. An average we used to pay less than rs. 2000. But, they charge more than Rs. 5000 and sone time more than 10000.
                                    We made complaint to JE, Sembakkam, Thirupporur taluk, Chengalpattu district, to repair meter More than 2 times. But didn't take action.
                                    Even now also charged more than Rs.8000. kindly take necessary actions. Thanks.

                                      This is to bring to your kind notice and attention that off late we have very frequent power cut&/ fluctuations- a minimum of 3-5 times power cut ranging from 5- 60 minutes power cut in a day & fluctuations ranging from very low power to high power. I work in night shifts and hence I'm unable to take proper rest and do efficient work because of power cut; this invariably will have an effect on my performance at work. Secondly, there is a very high probability of the electrical equipments in my house being damaged. We have complained multiple times especially in the last one week to 1912 but till date, haven't recieved a proper response nor even a complaint number except today, as we insisted on a complaint being lodged. The
                                      Complaint ID is: TNEBCL108612(raised with 1912) & TNEBCL108678(raised with TNEB office).

                                      I therefore, request the team to kindly look into the matter and do do the needful ASAP.

                                        My Consumer Number was [protected].

                                        Manual reading was not taken on May 2021.
                                        Approximate bill was charged that is Rs.350 which is less compared to previous bills.

                                        When reading for the month July was taken it shows that 1440 unit was used.

                                        This was the total units used for 4 months.

                                        Calculation was done based on this units used and so more units comes under the slab Rs. 6.6 per unit. Since previous month reading was not taken and also only few units were charged for previous two months this month was charged as Rs. 6000 plus.

                                        This issue needs to be fixed since consumers are charged extra due to this.
