We paid the amount for new 3 phase connection in 2019, Still the new connection work is not completed, The local person is saying daily he will come next and complete the work but he is not coming .

      With the above cited reference, I feel doubtful about the meter reading noted for TNEB personnel. Like thus has been never occurred before in past months. If you could clarify and check the meter that will be much helpful and supportive to proceed further before payment due date.

                We have got the EB bill of 7476/- in July 2021.usually we will never get this much amount. Meter reading is taken from March 16, 2021 to July 16, 2021. Last time in May 2021 the Meter reading is not taken and we paid 1100/- which is same amount last year. Please look into it.

                            Excess Billing without Explanation

                            Billing amount for the month of July came as 8446/- for the first time of being 16 years in Tamil Nadu. We get around 2500/- or 3500/- generally. There are 2 people at home and none o[censored]s use anything that will make the bill this high. We are getting no explanation whatsoever how the bill came to this amount.

                            I submitted a grievance on TANGEDCO portal and gave a letter in person to the Assistant Engineer in the EB office to...

                                We are at R.V.Nagar, Kodungaiyur, Chennai - 600118. In the Nights invariably low voltage is happening. Lot of sleepless nights. Voltage coming to Normalcy only in the Morning by 5.30 AM. Please give permanent solution. We residents are finding it very difficult to go and attend to routine work during the day times-particularly office goers. NEED URGENT SUPPORT.

                                      My service no is[protected]
                                      - 3 phase connection.
                                      Every week/month one phase is not working and I launch complaint. Our bore motor works only there is power supply in 3 phases. I am fed up to call and register TNEB /line man for this issue.
                                      Please rectify this and giv us interrupted power supply in all the phases.
