    Sir
    There are frequent power cuts in jawahar hussain khan 2nd street, Royapettah, chennai - 600014. Either they don't attend the call or talk irresponsibly. The same place is dug and the weak cable is joined to fix the problem temporarily every time, after the suffering of 14 long hours. (Mid night to 2 P.m). When asked about why they don't replace the cable with a better thick one, the higher officials and the minister of EB of AIADMK is blamed for not providing the fund. My question is why are they collecting electricity charges and deposits?
    Now out of frustration we people of the affected streets have decided to go for RTI and take legal action against EB, if they don't give us permanent solution. Hope at least one duty bound officer from EB would take immediate action.

      We are facing Frequent Power Cut and Very Very Low Voltage problem in our area from 06.06.2019 to till now.

      So, in our area Air conditioner and Television and Fridge and Washing Machines bore well are Not working properly. Due to the Low Voltage problem.

      There is a only one Transformer for above 500 houses. We are very much struggling with the issue.

      Requesting you to arrange one Separate Transformer to our area...

        Dear sirs,
        We have a three phase power supply connection in our residence.In which, we are getting only one phase for the past several months. we complained in th local EB office but our complaint was not resolved.
        Furthermore, even the single phase power supply we were getting is not proper now.
        We are getting 260 volts without load. due to this high voltage, our appliances are malfunctioning, motor winding got burnt...

          I am an advocate staying at venkatesa perusal 2nd street Madipakkam. Our area witnesses power court for more than 4 hours during night from 10 PM. Not able to reach the ae office since its busy all the 5 hrs the power is cut. What is the reason behind power cut. How are students and working people will be able to gear up for the next day. There is no single responsible person to attend calls and rectify the same. Shame on tneb and its officials who enjoy uninterrupted services at their residence leaving the ordinary consumers on lurch

            My house is in villivakkam Rajamangalam first street.Contruction going in our opposite flats.They are fixing transformer very near to our home.We afraid that its heat radiation will affect us.And we really think its unsafe for us near our home.Small three kids in our house.It will affect our whole street.Please kindly take action on this and we request them to place transformer somewhere far away from our place.Kindly do the needfull.Expecting your reply.

              Every month usually I have received my consumption bill amount approximately Rs. 1000 to 1100 only, but last month I have received bill for 93488, suddenly it has came like that. When I asked the concern person, he said the tariff is LM61(Building work usage) that’s why, but as per my usage and environment it supposed to be LA1A(HOME USAGE). Building work also was not done for last 13 month, then how could the concern department has raised the bill for 93488.Suddenly they are saying this is Building work usage charge from[protected] to till date without any intimation to me. As per rule and instruction, they should inform me 18 month before right? Why should I pay this much of amount? People who are all in the department not giving proper explanation and not even respect also I am from lower middle class family, I can’t bear this much of amount. Please take necessary action and do the needful.
              I am requesting you Please help on this. Attached my Account summary for your immediate reference.

                Wires are getting shorted often in the wind..I have been complaining in the nearest Eb office poonamallee and parivakkam for 3 years but there is of no use..No action is taken by any higher officials, because of this issue I'm facing short circuit problem at my home everyday and we are affected mentally and physically.So kindly pleased do take some action as soon as possible

                  Since Friday(14.6.19) night uninformed and prolonged power cut is faced by the residents of Govindhan Nagar, Palavakkam. It was 24hrs of cut from Saturday night 10pm to the next day. Saturday(15.6.19) night again it was cut and today(Sunday) it is cut again. This affects our daily routine as we are not able to sleep properly in the night.
                  Please fix the issue at the earliest.

                    This is to inform you that we are having daily power cut at night between 10 pm and 5 am for minimum 2 hours. When we contact TNEB Thiruvanmiyur, either noone attending the call or no proper response. Note it had become a habit everyday. Children, pregnant women, working people residing here are suffering daily. Kindly take action.

                    I am complaining about Golden home gents hostel located in Aminjikarai Chennai for charging electricity bill of ₹13 per unit. The room contains one AC, Fan, light where we are paying electric bill of 7000 per month. Kindly take complaint and take necessary action against owner.

                      I am staying in VOC street, Redhills. Daily morning and evening frequently power cut in my area. Without a proper reason they shut down the power for every 2 hours. At least we can adjust this atrocity in day time. At night, power cut happening at every 2 hours for 30min. This line connects with main road so this should be work ASAP. But they are not giving a proper response and work lethargic. Many office goers, school & college students are there in this area. They are suffering with these frequent power cut at night time without getting a proper sleep.
                      Low voltage- usually we are getting 180 voltage input daily. Sometimes it lows down to 120 to 130.. because of these low voltage AC and fridge not working properly. Many electronic appliances not working. Kindly take this thing seriously and act on it. We are suffering a lot frequently power cut at night time..consider this complaint and act on it. This will help many people in this area. Thanks

                          In my home everyday after 6pm, most electrical items could not work properly because of not enough power supply.
                          My power indicators are just blinking continuously.

                            There is frequent power failure in santhoshapuram, Ramar Street, for the past five days at night between 12am and 2am. It's very difficult to manage during this time especially with kids and elders in this hot climate.
                            It's very uncomfortable, spoiling every routine for kids and elders.

                            It's really disappointing that these kinda failures occur during hot climate.

                            Kindly take strict action and ensure that there is no power failure in the near future.

                              I am staying in Srinagar colony behind saidapet court, land mark 4th rangarajapurm .TNEB staff's are coming to our residence only at the end of the payment cycle month or after 15th of that month, This impacts us and we are forced to pay more than actuals bcos o[censored]nits consumed after reading date is added to the payment cycle which in turn increases per unit cost. When asked TNEB stuffs on this while taking reading for this month they are not responding properly. I kindly request TNEB department to take action of this situation so that stuffs are stepping in on time to take the reading. Thanks a lot for helping in advance.

                              Meter reading not taken on time is the subject of tht compliant
                              Always poor connection, regularly powercut at night time..please clear that problem..now also power cut .what about time now?
                              Minimum 4 to 5 times in a day, commissioning of pillar box provided at the street 6month's back, requested to attend the commissioning of pillar to avoid frequent stoppage of power supply.
                              Kindly attend the complaint at the earliest.
                              We have three phase, only one phase is working . Other two phases are not working.Please come and check as early as possible.

                                We reside in Mugaiyur, Tamil nadu. Here there are a frequent power cuts for no reason. Yesterday[protected] there was a slight drizzle in our area only to end up with mosquito bites and no power for the past 13 hours. I am not even able to reach out my eb office since there is no response whenever I attempt to contact them.There are so many school schools going children and workers who has to get out of the house in the early morning, and it surely is a misery for them without power. I humbly request you to make sure that such inconvenience doesn't happen to our village residents in future.

                                  We are from Tindivanam,
                                  Mailam road Indira Nagar.

                                  Whenever it rains we have a power cut overnight.This continues for the past 4 years.

                                  There is no proper response from EB, and they disconnect their telephone connection.

                                  It's highly irritating for the children's and office goers, even yesterday (13th june) the power supply was disconnected by 4.30pm. TI'll now there s no supply .

                                  Kindly check this issue and help in peaceful sleeping of tindivanam residents.

                                        Address: 22/37 1 st main road jawahar nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600082

                                        We are 22/37, jawahar nagar 1st main road and we are facing regular power cut during day and night. Since it is a single face current we face this due to high voltage use in Max show room.
                                        So many complaints have be registered online but if no use .
                                        2., JE, of jawahar nagar not at all pickup the call if he pick s up also not ready to listen what we say.
                                        If this is case we need to bring it to notice of media.

                                        Kindly look into and take immediate action.
