Dear sir/madam,
I am unable to pay my bill online for my electricity consumer no.[protected]. I have tried to pay for last two days. But the word has come as redirect:redirect=? Dhjhy2tpzhxudwxs. Please explain that why this happened. Please help me to make my electricity online bill payment through my bank account. I do not have time to go to the electricity office every month. Please help me.

The name on TNEB card is misspelled as Srirajan instead of the correct name K Srirangan.The service # is 20103816.Kindly check and assist with the correction in name ASAP.
