I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against a bus driver who verbally abused me.

On [07/09/2023], I boarded the [TN 55 - N0975] bus at [POLLACHI TO COIMBATORE].It was around 6 PM i have entered the bus at pollachi and at 7'o clock it reached ukkadam bus stand at coimbatore. The driver was extremely rude and unprofessional in his behavior. He used offensive language and made rude comments towards me, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I believe that this kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I would like to request an investigation into this incident and appropriate action to be taken against the driver.

On our way to gudalur the bus conductor assualted us. I, being handicapped was attacked by the bus conductor. It happened when my friend questioned the conducter for payment of 150 rupees for a small speaker. He also verbally discriminated us and abused us for being from Kerala. My friend was also attacked by him when we showed him the TNSTC rules and regulations. Below attaching the bus information

Buses are driven on road without any speed limit. In other states viz Telangana all buses speed is automatically locked. They cannot cross certain speed. But in Tamilnadu Bus is most dangerous mode of travel to everyone. Please look into it. Your kids also travel on roads. One or the other day what happens when these rash drivers faces them. Worst public transport. Dangerous buses.

I am traveling from Neyveli to Chennai and I have given Rs.500 and additional the conductor asked Rs. 20. So totally I paid Rs.520 and he gave me the ticket for Rs.215(attached the ticket for your reference) and remaining change he didn't provide me...after he left the bus and there were no conductor i.e, the bus which I travelled doesn't have conductor at all. And my remaining amount is not paid to me. Pls check this issue and do the needful.

THIS IS MANIKANDAN FROM KRISHNAGIRI BOOKED TICKET FROM HOSUR TO CHENNAI, I BOARDED BUS AT KRISHNAGIRI AROUND 10.15PM BUS NUMBER TN23 N2526 PNR Y46525776
Reserved seat on left side of 3x2 seater bus where only two seats available seat number 29 and 30 whereas I have alloted seat on right side of bus which having three seats. Kindly take immediate action against this discrepancies.

Get reasonable fare and provide appropriate service..

Dont reduce quality of service and ask us to
tolerate please. .
