Ignorance of my transaction problem.

Bus conductor misbehaved and not allowed to travel

The conductor working in bus number TN 72N 1958 on 03.06.2023. the bus departed from tirunelveli newbusstand at 15.15 hrs. The conductor working in the bus having worst behaviour to the passengers and using foul language in front of all lady passengers and children are in the bus. He is speaking foul language infront of all. He is not in proper uniform and name badge. He is not bother about his language....

Bus not stopped in my town bus stop.
myself and along with me there are 7 people with their kids expecting the bus arraival. the government bus has passed without stopping. i didnt noticed the bus registeration number.
but the other details are:
place : krishnapuram, kadayanallur
district: tenkasi
bus : old green color model, front side mentioned as shencottai with slightly damaged board. back side mentioned...

Bus not stopped in my town eventhough bus stop is there. we are 5 to 7 people with their childrens waiting for the bus arraival. but the bus driver not even looking at us and not stopped.i have not noticed the bus registeration number. but the timining is exactly 1.12 pm date 03 june 2023 and the bus is going to shencottai. front side it is mentioned as shencottai and back side mentioned as tenkasi. its a old green color bus.

As I planned to travel to sengottai from hosur with bus number TN01 AN 2530, the dropping point is not providing the water and my pregnant wife troubled a lot due to late night drop at 22.57 PM.
The restaurant name was hotel Sangeetha high class veg restaurant nearby salem. Please do the needful..

Only few buses is available from Chennai to pondy. Even that buses is ot boarding at sp kovil stop chennai.

People are suffering..

I'm writing this complaint about the Bus service to the chettipalayam area, there is no bus service provided as per the timing, when I see the bus service it shows like every 30 mins there is bus service to chettipalayam, but I'm waiting at GH bus stop for more than 2 hours, there is no single bus came to this way, the bus number to GH coimbatore to chettipalayam are 73, 8, and also due to road condition some of the buses...

Sir, The Town Buses running from Tirunelveli to Thirupani Karisalkulam (7R) and to Vettuvan kulam (7P) are not operated regularly. The buses are not coming in time and are frequently cancelled. As the villages in this route are away from the Main Road (Cheranmaha Devi Road), we have no other bus services. The people are depending on only these buses (rout Nos. 7R and 7P). Bus no. Tn 30 n 1782, bangalore- salem (via hosur) fly over,
on the rainy time on 30.05.2023 (tuesday) around 7.15-7.30(time not sure) the conductor of the bus stopped at madiwala many old passengers were standing to take the bus but he told its not flyover though the bus had a sticker saying flyover image is attached, when i asked him he told that he can take only salem ticket and not hosur

Hi TNSTC team,
I am one of the passenger who tried the onboard the Chennai bus from poraiyar which is Nagapattinam district. Here there is no regulation at the bus depot or at the management. People have to rush and get seats as there is no reservation or token system for passengers to book a seat. It is the only pushback bus from this place to Chennai. So it is becoming a mess among passengers. Some put seats via window with items...

I am going to my home town so I travel tnstc bus no:122 H thiruvannamalai bus .I take leakage ticket amount-69 but conductor say 1 travel ticket amount 137$ give you then I am give the money so I am confused 68 rupees were did you go .

On 27/05/2023, I tried to book a bus ticket from Chennai to Madurai in SETC. Amount Rs.685/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I did tried from my TNSTC mobile app and made transaction from GPay. Attaching the transaction screenshot here for the reference
