I booked a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore through the TNSETC mobile app. I followed all the steps mentioned in the app while booking and made a UPI transaction. The transaction was successful, but the ticket is not booked in the app. I didn't receive any email or mobile confirmation for the booking. I need a refund. I have attached my payment billing for your reference.

Usilampatti to M kallupatti via bus only available at 9 pm next bus will be 10.15pm so lot of people waiting for one hour here lot childrens and women's are struggling... waiting for long time..i already complained via online my complaint I'd is 000972... please take action...we need bus...in between time

Tamil Nadu government has launched a scheme of free public buses for women which is encourageable.But the poor treatment of women passengers by conductors are hectic which makes us feel the denial of the scheme.
Bus : 73 D, kalaigarnagar, coimbatore (16.6.2023) conductor show poor response, ill words and ill treatment of women passengers.This brings a huge disrespect to public and government.So I request you to kindly take action and bring awareness to the transport workers( drivers, conductors) regarding the importance of behaviour to public.
On behalf of the women passengers I request you to answer the grievances and take action.

Im Manikandan im traveled today evening 6.30 from bagalur circle to hosur, Bus no H40, conductor Name : Ravi shankar he rejected my 10rs coin and asked me to give 10rs note and he said me that people not getting back 10rs from me so u give me 10rs note he said, kindly pls resolve my problem.

The bus number 52F running in the route from Eral to Thoothukudi on 13/06/2023 didn't stop at the bus stop (selva kumari hospital stop, sawyerpuram), even though the passengers have shown their hands to stop. So i request you to take proper action on this incident.

Booked two tickets from Neyveli to Chennai on June 12, 2023 over setc website online. The amount is debited but ticket is not booked.

Dear team,

The behaviour of the conductor of the bus taken from kumbakonam at 8.00 pm on 09.06.2023 to Chennai. The conductor was aged by not behaved according to his age. He told me to get into the bus but while getting ticket he was telling let the chennai people sit at the front, you go and sit at the back.
Kindly take steps against the rude behaviour of the conductor.

Date :[protected]. I am a Daily traveller by bus on Return Journey from Thanjavur to Thiruvarur at 8pm. Buses were irregular or No Buses Between 7.30 to 9 Pm.. During this period Private Buses PLA & Shriram Bus service was the only source towards Thiruvarur Route bus fully loaded with Local Passengers of Mariamman Kovil, Saliamangalam, Ammapet & Needamangalam..The State Transport Buses were avoiding Convent Bus Stop or Not Stopping the Bus while there were People waiting for the Bus for a Long time including ladies. When a Nagapattinam Bus Mostly which is departing from New Bus Stand at 9pm passes through Convent Stop without Stopping. Yesterday I saw a passenger was running towards the bus which was not stopping and he slipped but some how managed to board the bus.During the time Between 8-9pm there are more than 10 Mannargudi, Pattukudi buses passing through most of the buses were half empy. The Drivers / Conductors are adament without answers. I kindly request you to do the necessary and rectify this problem.. You can cross verify this issue with the passengers in Convent Bus stop between 8 to 9 pm ..for justification ..Thank You

Sir, Kumbakonam to Chennai on road hotel sree apoorva kuppiyampuliur. Rest room is very very bad. Snacks and water bottle High price, labour is very bad treatment. Hotel surrounding is not clean. Pls change organised other best hotel.

வணக்கம். நான் ராமநாதபுரம் மாவட்டத்தில் வசித்து வருகிறேன்.நானும் எனது அம்மாவும் இன்று சுமார் 4:45 மணிக்கு சென்டர் பிளாக்கிலிருந்து (centre block) பேருந்து நிறுத்தத்திற்காக (busstand)காத்திருந்தோம். அப்பொழுது டவுன்பஸ் -(Townbus)1 கீழக்கரை பேருந்து அங்கே நின்று கொண்டிருந்தது, அதில் ஆண் பயணிகளை மட்டும் ஏற்றிவிட்டு பெண் பயணிகளை ஏற்றாமல் ஓட ஓட ஏற்றினார் ;அதிலும் சில பயணிகளை ஏற விடவில்லை ;இதை வினவியதற்கு, உனக்கு வேற பஸ்சே இல்லையா மற்றும் தகாத வார்த்தையில் திட்டினார்கள்.
இவர்களின் மேல் தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

The conductor working in bus number TN 72N 1958 on 03.06.2023. the bus departed from tirunelveli newbusstand at 15.15 hrs. The conductor working in the bus having worst behaviour to the passengers and using foul language in front of all lady passengers and children are in the bus. He is speaking foul language infront of all. He is not in proper uniform and name badge. He is not bother about his language.

Bus not stopped in my town bus stop.
myself and along with me there are 7 people with their kids expecting the bus arraival. the government bus has passed without stopping. i didnt noticed the bus registeration number.
but the other details are:

Bus not stopped in my town eventhough bus stop is there. we are 5 to 7 people with their childrens waiting for the bus arraival. but the bus driver not even looking at us and not stopped.i have not noticed the bus registeration number. but the timining is exactly 1.12 pm date 03 june 2023 and the bus is going to shencottai. front side it is mentioned as shencottai and back side mentioned as tenkasi. its a old green color bus.

As I planned to travel to sengottai from hosur with bus number TN01 AN 2530, the dropping point is not providing the water and my pregnant wife troubled a lot due to late night drop at 22.57 PM.
The restaurant name was hotel Sangeetha high class veg restaurant nearby salem. Please do the needful..

I am writing this letter to inform regarding the bus no 102 is not goes inside the walajapet i was asked to conductor he said this bus not go inside walajapet.

Most of the buses evening time not goes inside walajapet like 155, 102, 502

Kindly take necessary action and do the needful.
