Hi team I have booked a ticket from coimbatore to Chennai today May 13, 2023 in sleeper for total rs 2265. Amount got debited in my account but ticket not booked. kindly initiate a refund for this.

Unfortunatly we lost a ticket but departure in vazhapadi and arrived at Salem at the time 5.30pm to 6.15 pm approximately date -13.05.2023 please contact. [protected]

I booked ticket in TNSTC on 13-May-2023 .Amount was deducted from my bank account but I didn't get ticket through mail or phone.

For 2 .5 hours journey from chennai to vellore or from vellore to chennai. all drivers are taking 30 minutes of dinner or breakfast break in travelling time . Which leads to journey time as 3 hours especially on monday morning and friday night . Most of people like me are doing journey to reach office time which got delayed by this instance

Salem to coimbatore, coimbatore to salem TN AC bus is not working properly.But they charge 190 compare to normal bus bus fare is high .Ac coach bus service is too bad .

570S bus doesn’t stopped at semmancheri location when it crossed semmancheri around 1:05 pm on 12th May 2023

Palani bus from Madurai at arappalayam bustand started at 8 pm.The conductor rudely behaved with the passengers and he collected 100 rupees ticket for Palani from Madurai instead of 90 rupees.In ottanchathiram a farmer with flower bag came in the bus to Palani from ottanchathiram and he collected 65 rupees from the passenger for luggage, and he gave him ticket for 50 rupees only

Im traveling from chennai to pondicherry, this bus has a really irritating horn sound, passangers are struggling very much because of this blasting horn sound of the bus that we are traveling.so please solve this issues on our TN buses.

OB[protected] Amount was debited from my account & no ticket was booked for this transaction.
OB[protected] Ticket got confirmed and PNR was generated and travelled on 10th April.

7th May received mail from [protected]@billdesk.com to reach out to TNSTC for further assistance.

9th May reached TNSTC and they updated still didn't receive the amount

9th May reached HDFC bank and they updated amount has been credited to TNSTC

Hello sir, my name is M. Elangovan. I am working as Associate Professor in Government Engineering College, Srirangam. Last 27.04.2023 night I was traveling from Trichy to Salem by bus numbered TN 29, N 2899. Then the bus stopped for a while to urinate and drink tea before Namakkal and then left. At that place a young man boarded a bus to go to Krishnagiri. Conductor K. Sakthivel gave a ticket for Rs 25 to Namakkal saying that there is no bus stand at this place without giving a ticket to Krishnagiri to the young man who asked for Krishnagiri ticket for Rs 200. Conductor K. Sakthivel spoke inappropriately to the young man who refused to accept it. He then punched the youth and asked him to get off the bus. But the young man refused to get down as it was night time and there was no bus station at that place. But the conductor grabbed the young man's clothes and pushed him out of the bus and took the bus away. It is absolutely true that many people tolerate the actions of such people because if a government official is caught, the public will suffer. I request you to take appropriate action against the conductor K. Sakthivel who abused and beat a passenger and dropped him on the road at night.

I was travelling from chennai to Bangalor on 6th may, 2023. My co passenger did put his leg on conductor seat (there was no one in the seat). If conductor would have asked to remove his leg., he would have done so. But the conductor has used the foul language as soon as he saw the leg on seat saying "unakku arivu irukka, nee enna loosa? " Kind of words, which is not acceptable on passengers.

Conductor badge number is 33271. His name is Parameswaran.

Requesting the management to reach some discipline on how to behave with passengers.

I have booked my ticket by online from Chennai to madurai (06.05.2023) at 11.30 AM bus conductor was keep on calling by phone for early departure from 10.30 I have reached to bus by 11.30 exact time of departure even though he started shouting with me and my son at the bus stop for 5 minutes when I boarded into the bus he is not allowing me to sit on my reserved seat he made me to stand for few minutes at the steps on moving bus and he behaved very rudely that I won't show the seat to you and shouted ... go and complaint to anyone no one could do nothing after few mins standing on steps on the moving bus I had found the seat by myself, after that he was asking to take ticket again eventhoug I have pre-booked and treating me like an animal in the bus for more than 30 mins he has been harrasing me mentally, Making a women travelling alone and keeping mw to stand On moving bus is a brutal behaviour and also offence... so kindly take necessary action on that conductor...on below I have mentioned my personal details and attached my ticket

Good morning sir / madam yesterday (5th may 2023) around 6:10 we were in kumbakonam bus stand and waiting for the bus, we saw the bus standing which goes to our town side ( papanamsam ) and we stepped on to the bus then the bus conductor came by side and we asked wheather it will stop in our town he must have answered no it will not stop with respect or at least he should have answered no it will not stop but instead he treated me and my parents badly with no respect he is behaved as if he owns the bus . This incident led me to depression . Its been a day but still the incident goes in my mind . i need a solution for this ... I dont know the bus conductor name but the bus timing was around 5:50 to 6:30 and bus No. TN 45 N 3846 I need a solution for this
