Hi sir/madam, Good morning, My name is Martinraj A, On 19th April 2023 i tried to book tickets through tnstc app for my cousins, Chennai to Thanjavur date 21st April 2023, bus 2200CHETHA, I gave all the details like name of two persons mobile number and mail id, after that I also paid total amount of 890, but ticket was not booked, I checked from my side and transactions money got debited but ticket was not booked, they have mentioned if money debited and ticket not booked means it will get refunded within 3 days, but still haven't received any refund for 890,

        Sir Iam Johnson Dhinakar.I was waiting for bus @ Samathanapuram nearly around 10:45pm.I was planning to go madurai for that I had to reach Tirunelveli bus stand...so I was waiting for bus patiently.Actually it was main stop most of all buses will stop and unload passengers here Similarly A bus(attached in pic(TN67 1083) came for unloading passenger it stopped there So I climbed in, the conductor who was standing in step asked me where u r going I said i want to go to Tirunelveli bus stand he said it wont go there he was on the step I was too on step he urged me to climb down so i did that Actually I know that bus is going to bus stand but i didn't argued with him there .And also i was with my heavy luggage...Im addressing serious issue here Similarly most of the buses wont take passenger who want to travel nearby(not 1 to one im mentioning) ...If so why there is ₹10 ticket in the bus in most cases the conductor wont allow passengers to travel with that min fare₹10 they simply ask the passenger where u r going ??and say it wont go there but actually going there only ...okay coming to my issue then I took a bus after 10-15 min and reached Tirunelveli busstand and I was shocked the bus which left me saying it wont go to busstand was standing in bus stand .I got angry straightly went to conductor and asked him is this bus stand or not ??? Why u are lying to me ??? He was not guilty for what he have done and challenged me u cant do nothing that why ik complaining here ...I want u to take action against him (his pic and his bus number attached below)...

            TN-32N-4378. I was boarding the bus in tindivanam on 22nd April evening. I was asking for Madurantakam bypass. The conductor said, bus will not stop there. Then when I enquired in time office, the officer asked me to board the same bus. Then the conductor started shouting, I said there is no seat why did you go to time office. The bus had many vacant seats. Then he was adding who is the time officer to decide the stopping. It's the conductor who has to decide the stopping. Please advise.

              Respected sir/madam,

              I am praveena, My native is panjapatty village in karur district. I was waiting for panjapatty government bus ( bus number- 8). I have been waiting from 4AM for this bus ( this is the first bus starts from karur to panjapatty)but It came late to karur bus stand at 5.45pm. After the bus entered to the bus stand, we were waiting for passengers to get down from the bus. Immediately after the passenger get down from the bus, the driver start to move the bus without waiting for the passengers who all are wait in the karur bus stand. I am carring my luggage and run after the bus to stop but they didn't even consider our pain. What is government bus duty? Is this the way the treat the passenger? After this bus I have another bus on 6.30am . Again I have to wait for 45 mins Who is responsible for my time? I want to take a strict action against the bus driver and conductor. Please take it forward.

                I am praveena, a working employee in private sector company. My native is panjapatty village in karur district. I was waiting for panjapatty government bus ( bus number- 8).                   Last month i was traveling cmbt to cenji...when i brought the ticket the conductor said he will give remaining change at the end of the journey ...i told him I'm going to get off before cenji stop...the conductor deliberately hide in the crowd ..when the stop arrives... i have to getoff the stop... sacrifice my 300 rs change...first i thaught conductor forget to give remaining chages... when i spoke to my friends they said it was conductor scam to make money ...many friends and relation of mine told this...it was happened to them also ... conductor dont give the balance change they hide in the crowd... so they always bring change with them they know conductor fraud business... i dont know the conductor or driver name...it was cmbt to cenji bus...hope authorities givve strong warning to them

                    I have traveled on a Tamilnadu government bus. Tambaram to Guduvanchery, per head ticket fare was 23. I travelled with my brother on bus number (TN-01-AN-3687) (date 21/04/2023 time 12:30 PM). The total fare was rs.46. We gave rs.50, but the conductor said he didn’t have the change. The conductor, saying that I told him that I didn’t have change, didn't get on the bus without having change. I asked how all passengers could bring change. He said" I can I do it, so I can’t give you the balance rs.4. How can I easily leave the balance Cash? This is a problem nowadays. If you guys do not take any action, I will definitely submit the complaint to CM cell.

                      TNSTC – Villipuram Division, Kanchipuram Depo, Bus No.TN-21-N-2009 (Route No. 188) at 18.04.2023, timing 20:58:35 from CMBT (Koyambedu) to Thiruvanmiyur, my Ticket No. 699206. After finished my Court works, when I was travelling on the above-mentioned Government bus, he refused to allow me inside the bus you have to travel in MTC buses, so I approached the Ticket Examiner and explained the situation. Then, after advising the ticket examiner, he allowed the bus to travel after it started from CMBT (Koyambedu). While issuing the ticket that day, the conductor behaved very rudely and unwontedly spoke bad words to me in front of the other co passengers also after issuing the ticket on the way if passenger will get into the bus you have to give your seat to other passenger like that he said and corral with me. I asked the conductor, If I pay the amount till the stage, why do I give my seat? So I hope you will take the necessary action against the conductor. Also, I need the following clarification.
                      1. This is a way of approaching how to behave with passengers.?
                      2. Also, I need the stage details from CMBT (Koyambedu) to Pondicherry with fare details?
                      3. Whether the TNSTC bus Driver, Conductor have rights to say you have travel in particular buses only?

                        I am Azhar am Travelling in TNSTC Bus in Chennai to Kumbakonam. I Really urgent to pass in Urine i said to Driver But he is not listening my words he is continuously Driving and he said not stop in Other place wait for 1hr but am really urgent and then after 1hr he stop the bus in Vikravandi and then am pass the Urine please Complain raise this Bus am Distracted please raise the Complaint.

                            The town bus makes 2 trips to our Villag, Melapatchakudi, viralimalai, Pudukkottai, 1 in morning 7: 30am and 5:30pm daily. Today the bus didn't come for evening trip. I waited from 5:15pm to 6:05pm.
                            Please let me know the reason and make it makes trip everyday without failing us.

                              On 17/04/2023, I tried to book a bus ticket from shenkottai to Ooty in SETC. Amount Rs.1620/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                              I did tried from my TNSTC mobile app and made transaction from GPay. Attaching the transaction screenshot here for the reference

                                I go to Ramanujam IT Park, chennai by 9am daily from Anna university stopping, chennai. Before days I frequently get buses of 19 series. But now a days there are no buses at that time. 19 bus comes by 9 30- 9 40am but the driver stops the bus 10-50 meter away from the bus stop. In a metropolitan high tech city I'm suppose to wait for 45 mins to get a bus. Kindly take action against it.

                                      Male passengers are sitting in every seat and not getting up .. it is written as female seats but they don't bother about it and in every window seat a male passenger sits... Even when complained to driver and conductor they didn't take any action and we had to come in the next bus becoz of this..

                                        We are four members travelled from kancheepuram to tirupati. We carried four small bags weighs around 15 to 20kgs in total with us for which conductor demanded and collected 80rs (20rs per bag) from us.

                                        As per general instructions available, it was mentioned as passenger can carry upto 20kgs, whereas demanding extra money and collecting from passengers is not fair at all.
