Address: 2 by 536 Middle Street kulathur Thoothukkudi district

I booked the ticket on TNSTC App and selected the bus coming through CHROMEPET Bus stop and booked the ticket but the conductor called before some time and told me that the bus will not come through CHROMPET and he is forcing me to come to Tambaram and board. My hometown is Thoothukudi and I don't know how to reach Tambaram alone. I am studying first year in MIT Anna university can you ask the conductor to bring the bus to Chrompet Bus stop this is my humble request.

      TNSTC bus from Kanyakumari to rameshwaram charging extra price for senior citizens. Very rude behaviour, he didn't let us sit properly. First preference given to own state people.

          Hi Sir/ Madam,

          I'm regularly using your service of government bus number 5L which runs from villupuram to kerimedu the bus does not come on time at evening it usually starts at 6.25 from old bustand but now it starts at 6.40 don't why they are not starting on time and we have to wait for 1 hour

                    Tamilnadu government has given free buses for women but the driver and conductor does not even taken women passengers into consideration and before getting into the bus they started and went without even informing and we might have fell down from the bus...

                      On 31st March I have booked setc bus from Chennai to tirupur but the seat was not booked but my amount was debited in my account still I am not received my money it has been 9days completed.what is the service you are doing still no response from your side.

                        Dear sir i make complain against conductor his behaviour not good he abuse on me im going from Poomarket to thudiyalur i give him 20rupes he give me 12rupes ticket he asked the change 2rupes change i said dont have change his start to abuse me
                        and too much loudly i dont understand tamil but i know abuse in tamil that's why i understand and his not return my 8rupes change and his drop me very faar from thudiyalur
                        It happen on 12 APR 2023 at 7:29am morning

                        My ticket no is 088955

                        This happen with me mosley because i dont understand tamil

                          நான் புதுக்கோட்டையில் இருந்து பொன்னமராவதி செல்வதற்கு. கிட்ட தட்ட 9pm யில் இருந்து 11 pm. தேதி 11.04.2023 அன்று. பொன்னமராவதி செல்வதற்கு காத்திருந்தேன். அன்று எந்த பேருந்துகளும் இரண்டு மணி நேரத்திற்கு வரவில்லை. நாங்கள் அருகில் இருந்த time keeper அவர்களிடம் சென்று விசாரித்தோம். அதற்கு அவர் அனைத்து பேருந்துகளும் திருவிழாவிற்கு சென்று விட்டது. காத்திருங்கள் என்று சொல்லிவிட்டார். எந்த ஒரு ஏற்பாடுகளும் செய்யாமல். அன்றைய தினம் பெரியவர்கள் முதல் கை குழந்தை வைத்திருப்பபவர்கள் வரை மிகவும் அவதி பட்டோம். இதனால் உயர்திரு போக்குவரத்து அலுவலர்கள் அவர்கள் இதனை விசாரித்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கும் படி கனிவுடன் வேண்டி கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

                              I just booked my bus at Hour bus stand on 7th Friday (07.58)pm. But the bus didn't come on time, in my booking I booked for 11.00bus tnsetc bus I'd E-7677, PNR: T42766784, vehicle No:TNOAN3107, route no:831NS. I was waiting till
                              12:30, bus was delayed for 1 hour 30 mints, I called for the conductor at 11.00 he said that he left Shanti Nagar bus stand at that time only.

                                  The bus driver said that the stopping will be there to Natrampalli from Hosur but while taking a ticket conductor shouted who told to get in bus I said ok no issue give the ticket to next stage Krishnagiri but he put the ticket to Natrampalli itself .we two person seated with two babies in three seat bus travelled with empty seat also but while Krishnagiri came some person newly came to bus conductor said take a baby with you and move I make a move eventhough we leaved the seat again and again the conductor spoke rude very worst behaviour

                                    Today (Apr 9, 2023) I booked ticket from CHENNAI to METTUPALAYAM on Apr 29, 2023 in ULTRA DELUXE bus timing around 19:00. Amount Rs.560 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. My TNSTC OB Reference Number: OB21680914.
                                    Please refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.

                                      I was traveling in this bus from hosur to Bangalore. I asked him before getting into the bus is it flyover or not. He told yes and asked me to get in. He got 60rupees. But from electronic city he didn't come in flyover. When i asked him he was harsh on me and went like that.
                                      I wanted to fail a complaint on this.
