Today i took a bus from salem to madurai via karur route.. The conductor said i will stop the bus in madurai only.. But any how the bus will enter inside the karur bustand. Why the conductor is not taking me. Even im also paying money rite. Please take any action on this. If you guys not escalate this then i will take go to minister level. These types of conductor should be punishable. Moat of the conductor's were doing like this only.

On 30th April, there was no bus frequency from Gandhi puram to Isha from 11.15 AM to 12 PM. But there were minimum 400 people waiting for 14D. Request you to increase the bus frequency to Isha at least on Sunday . Many people suffered on this day due to this delay. Most people started fighting with each other also

    I am school student, my home in y. Othakkadai, my school is teppakulam govt girls hr. Sec. School. I have a bus pass sir, the pass has been valid date in 30/04/2017. But the 75-melur bus conductor was collect the money. I am poor family. I have no money to inform, getaway to bus tome.
    I am walk in uthankudi to othakkadai sir. (The bus detail tn58n1490, 21/04/2017, friday evg. 5.00pm)

      I have booked ticket on 23/4/2017. I had given my boarding point as koyambedu on 8.35PM. Due to traffic am unable to reach the boarding point. So i have tried to change my boarding point to perungulathur on that day through call. But no one picked[protected] & [protected] which is taken from online website. Then we reached perungulathur by 7.45Pm. But no one respond properly. After bus reached to perungulathur (A137), conductors not allowed to avail the seat for that ticket. Then I took fresh bus ticket on another bus. Please give the solution for this.

      and he said sholinghur bus depot gave that order and he only follow it.

        I boarded route 570 at 12 pm on 21st April 2017 at guindy. Got a ticket to go to siruseri. Once the bus reached Chinnmalai stop, it went into depot for oil change. It was parked under the sun for more than 30 mins without any information to passengers. Many small kids and old people were travelled with me. After 30 mins when we saw the conductor and enquired, he told that its waiting for oil change. Had he informed before we could have traveled in other bus. Even the bus doors were closed one one side. Without air circulation and hot conditions, kids suffered a lot.

          Dear sir,
          I traveled in a bus from kandancavadi to madyakailash, The conductor charged me Rs13 instead of Rs11 and moreover he didn't gave me proper balance of Rs7, he gave me only Rs5, The bus number is TN01_AN1633. The conductor is too much irresponsible and he even promised me to gave the change at the end. Please kindly look into my complaint if possible.

            Dear sir,
            I & my family members traveled from tirupathi rtc bus stop to chennai koyambedu on 16 apr 2017 by tnstc express bus. Evening 18.30 hrs by bus no 121..

            When contacted the tnstc counter pre - booking seats, tokens were issued to us each token cost rs. 10/- there was no receipt for the same.

            Upervisor sitting at that counter fare from tirupathi to chennai would cost rs. 125/- each, where as conductor collected fare rs. 130/-
            What about my advance payment while collecting our tokens rs. 10/- from which account???

            Pl tel us whether this rs. 10/- collected from us as advance for seat where its goes??? Fare collected by the conductor should be adjusted against this rs. 10/- which was already we have paid.

            Another major issue being this bus as express should travel only through by pass road, where as this bus traveled all interior village enroute and collected passenger and got over loaded... What is the meaning of express bus???

            We have all passenger asked / raised the quarry from conductor, but there is no answer from him,

            In case if this bus fare collected as express bus fare, why this bus stops all enroute and we got delayed, travelled around 4.30 hrs from tirupathi,

            Why we passenger suffer???, being taken boarded the express bus and this bus running as ordinary bus..

            Pl clarify this issue :

            1. What is the correct fare includes advance token??
            2. Whether this bus being a express route bus, will this driver/ conductor may stop all the location enroute to chennai???
            3. This bus also stopped for dinner enroute around 8.30 pm, whereas this bus has departed tirupathi at 18.30 hrs.

            4. What is the instruction from tn govt to the conductor / driver, understand from conductor, tn govt bus depo manager asking for collection report daily basis, is it true??

            Public are suffering keeping the board as express bus, but on real it's practically on ordinary bus, collecting excess fare, and so much of time delay to reach to chennai.

            I am expecting / request reply from concerned responsible person.

              I regularly use to travel to kanchipuram from pondicherry at 7.30am bus no : tn-32; n-3642, today (18.04.2017) I got a very bad experience with the conductor I given 100rs to get a ticket to kanchipuram @68rs he denied to get that note it was good currency but little older no damages in that too I asked him why conductor replied that in his depot they will not accept old currencies so that he was is need of only new currency notes IT WAS AGAINST CONSUMER ACT, I asked his name to discuss with concern deport manager for the he shouted and abused me in the bus while the other passengers seen it was an insult. I never denied to get tickets I just asked the explanation why he is not accepting the currency for that he not given any reply conductor shouted continously driven too joined with him and shouted as like someone and threatened me am not able to digest in a got bus am facing such incident is atrocious and also again humanity and consumer rights I don't know whether the conductor is appointed to serve or to irritate the consumer with his dirty tongue.

              TN.43.N.0508 driver Subramanian using unparlimentary words, harsh, threatening, traffic violations as this bus is operated in hill stations the speed should be limited but this driver is threatening other drivers and the passengers so kindly take necessary action against the driver

                Vellore to siruseri bus.
                Every day the bus used to stop at sembakkam at evening.

                But on 17/4/2017 conductor told that bus will not stop at sembakkam and he abused me .

                He used to abuse the person's who just ask for the clarification about the bus route.

                Please look on it..

                The bus service only for people convenience.

                Sembakkam is not such a rural stop

                    I have took a local bus from Koyambedu bus station to chennai central, he has charged me Rs. 60 as I was with my family, my wife and my 3 year old little baby and carring two bags. For each he has took Rs. 12 from me.
                    It's very surprising that they cheating openly i don't know, may be because of I am belong from other states and don't know their language. Please look into it. I do not the bus number but I have tickets serial number from 112085 to 112089.

                      I am traveling from Salem to Chidhambaram bus at above mentioned number today (15.4.2017) night at 2am.
                      When driving the bus driver and conductor both are playing the FM at high volume. I noticed to reduce the volume but they are shouting and said " unnala mudinjadha paruda apdithanda paatu kepen". So I request you to take corrective action to avoid the same incident in future.. I am totally disturbed because of this incident

                        I was trying to board a bus no Tn-45-n-3118 and Ranjithikumar batch: 07/09 conductor asked to not to board the bus since i was not traveling to the final destination of the bus route.

                        This happened at 9.30 am on April 14th 2017 from karur bus stand. Please warn him as there is no rule that prevents anybody getting into a bus.

                          Hi sir
                          I have a strong complaint here, then buses which are going from Salem to dharumapuri Salem to housur, no one is allowing to people who wants to get down deevatipatti, poosaripatti, all the time even it's night time they simply say only dharmapuri people has to get into the bus. If we please them they ll say get into the bus when it's start. I have lot of elders, physically challenged people, pregnant ladies who were waiting. Conductors were very rude to the people, incase if we get into the bus and sat in a seat. They were blasting infront of everyone. This is happening for more than 10 years heree. I have seen there is no changes. Please provide a bus for the on the way places or give a strong rule to all the buses to drop the people on the places. We are also citizen of India. We are also paying tax. And we are also paying the bus charge. We don't ask for free trip. Please do the needful

                            On the 07 th of April at around 03:20 pm as i was coming back from school by a government bus (bus no 1881), i paid Rs 5 for a ticket from virudhampet to polytechnic. it was a 2 route bus. as the bus was crossing bagayam and going to 2nd gate, the conductor asked me for 3 more rupees as he said the 5 rupees that i had paid was only for the journey till Bagayam. i told him that just the previous day i had gone from virudhampet till polytechnic for Rs 5 in a government bus and that conductor had not asked me for an extra 3 rupees. but this condutor rudely told me to stop telling stories and just pay the money. he also said don't compare this bus and that bus...both are government buses according to me. so i don't see why i have to pay differently for both. the government is one and i know that the ticket cost for all the buses is also the same.so kindly look into the matter for me and all those clueless passengers who are being tricked by that conductor. hoping to recieve a reply quickly.

                              I'm a Central government employee... I got 2/3 pass from Trichy to Kovilpatti and vice versa... Today( 05/04/17) evening @ 5:20 trip by ponnamatavathi bus i hav shown my pass..But the conductor is not accepting the pass without ID card...I told da t I would show my aadhar card as well as my employee ID card...BT he is responding and he is abusing with bad words...also he told me to take tickets. I took the ticket.. My question is 1.whether he didn't know dat Govt is issuing pass only after submission of valid proof...2. Whether he knw how to behave to public..3. Whether govt ID cards r nt valid in public places... Hence I request you to refund my amount of RS.25/- as well as RS.100000/-because he is only responsible for my mental stress... Bus no is 151B...                                 Myself Manoj.C, I am doing my MBA at G R D Academy of Management, Neelambur, Coimbatore.As my regular schedule I will board bus from UKKADAM TO GRD Academy of Manage.

                                Today(04/04/2017) while boarding TNSTC COIMBATORE (UKKADAM 2 BRANCH) ROUTE no:39 BUS no: TN 38 N 2198 Time: 08:30AM, Respective Conductor (M. SIVASAMY, PR no:14288) asked me to take ticket, for daily travelling process I have bought BUS PASS from TNSTC. I said to the conductor as PASS, for that the respective conductor started speaking BAD about TNSTC and TN GOVERNMENT and finally shouted at me.

                                I kept calm and asked for respective conductor s NAME and PN no for complain process, for that the respective conductor replied an arrogant move by hold my shirt collar and dragging me out of the bus and handed over me to the POLICE officer who stood at (Prakasham bus stop) next stop o[censored]kkadam and said that Im creating problem inside the bus.

                                Due to this I faced lots of issues in college by late going for examination. For this irrespective act by respective conductor I felt very bad inside and Im speechless at that moment and felt hard hitting. So I kindly request to take immediate action on respective conductor.

                                      Myself Anand working in a Pvt orgn I was waited for bus from karur to olappalayan mid night at 1.30am 1/4/17, same time
                                      Mr Sivaraj waited for bus along with his family includes ladies and children's (age below 2 ) he waited to move paramathi from karur,
                                      At Karur bus stand subjected bus reached and we approached driver and conductor, and we request them to stop stages paramathi and olappalayam respectively, but both driver and conductor response was poor they refuse to give basic respect to passengers, and they said we will not stop at paramathi and olappalayam, after that we approached time keeper then he asked us to get in to the bus,

                                      Conductor not able to tolerate this and he started some unwanted arguments, finally he collected excess amount from me (Karur to olappalayan actual fare is 28 and he given ticket for rs 34, I have that ticket with me,

                                      I want below clarifications from you before I take this to juridical dept

                                      i ) Either subjected bus have stopping stage at paramathi and olappalayam or not
                                      ii ) Is there conductor have any rights to collect excess fare from passengers,

                                      Also myself and six others was insulated in front of all other passengers at bus and bus stand as well, We need proper reply from tnstc also we are going to apply compensation for this,

                                      note : copy of this I was forwarded to ministry of transportation and its relevant officials

                                        Hi,
                                        There is neither ultra deluxe nor air conditioned available starting from Krishnagiri to chennai and no online booking available for the bus to travel at night.

                                        All the ultra deluxe buses either start from Bangalore or Hosur.
                                        As there is no train facility in Krishnagiri, atleast Road transport department to support the Krishnagiri people.

                                        Really feeling pity on the conditions of Krishnagiri people especially pregnant ladies as the normal neither have suspension nor properly maintained.

                                        Could you please help to sort this issue for the benefit of Krishnagiri​ people?
