Vellore to siruseri bus.
Every day the bus used to stop at sembakkam at evening.

But on 17/4/2017 conductor told that bus will not stop at sembakkam and he abused me .

He used to abuse the person's who just ask for the clarification about the bus route.

Please look on it..

The bus service only for people convenience.

Sembakkam is not such a rural stop

    Bus driver was brushing while driving. And also he was spitting inside the bus. He was brushing for almost an hour. He was not concentrating on driving. This behavior should be punished as it affects the passengers safety and health. I am uploading a video for your enquiry.

      Dear sir
      I have took a local bus from Koyambedu bus station to chennai central, he has charged me Rs. 60 as I was with my family, my wife and my 3 year old little baby and carring two bags. For each he has took Rs. 12 from me.
      It's very surprising that they cheating openly i don't know, may be because of I am belong from other states and don't know their language. Please look into it. I do not the bus number but I have tickets serial number from 112085 to 112089.
      Request you to do the needful.

        I am traveling from Salem to Chidhambaram bus at above mentioned number today (15.4.2017) night at 2am.
        When driving the bus driver and conductor both are playing the FM at high volume. I noticed to reduce the volume but they are shouting and said " unnala mudinjadha paruda apdithanda paatu kepen". So I request you to take corrective action to avoid the same incident in future.. I am totally disturbed because of this incident

          I was trying to board a bus no Tn-45-n-3118 and Ranjithikumar batch: 07/09 conductor asked to not to board the bus since i was not traveling to the final destination of the bus route.

          This happened at 9.30 am on April 14th 2017 from karur bus stand. Please warn him as there is no rule that prevents anybody getting into a bus.

            Hi sir
            I have a strong complaint here, then buses which are going from Salem to dharumapuri Salem to housur, no one is allowing to people who wants to get down deevatipatti, poosaripatti, all the time even it's night time they simply say only dharmapuri people has to get into the bus. If we please them they ll say get into the bus when it's start. I have lot of elders, physically challenged people, pregnant ladies who were waiting. Conductors were very rude to the people, incase if we get into the bus and sat in a seat. They were blasting infront of everyone. This is happening for more than 10 years heree. I have seen there is no changes. Please provide a bus for the on the way places or give a strong rule to all the buses to drop the people on the places. We are also citizen of India. We are also paying tax. And we are also paying the bus charge. We don't ask for free trip. Please do the needful

              On the 07 th of April at around 03:20 pm as i was coming back from school by a government bus (bus no 1881), i paid Rs 5 for a ticket from virudhampet to polytechnic. it was a 2 route bus. as the bus was crossing bagayam and going to 2nd gate, the conductor asked me for 3 more rupees as he said the 5 rupees that i had paid was only for the journey till Bagayam. i told him that just the previous day i had gone from virudhampet till polytechnic for Rs 5 in a government bus and that conductor had not asked me for an extra 3 rupees. but this condutor rudely told me to stop telling stories and just pay the money. he also said don't compare this bus and that bus...both are government buses according to me. so i don't see why i have to pay differently for both. the government is one and i know that the ticket cost for all the buses is also the same.so kindly look into the matter for me and all those clueless passengers who are being tricked by that conductor. hoping to recieve a reply quickly.

                I'm a Central government employee... I got 2/3 pass from Trichy to Kovilpatti and vice versa... Today( 05/04/17) evening @ 5:20 trip by ponnamatavathi bus i hav shown my pass..But the conductor is not accepting the pass without ID card...I told da t I would show my aadhar card as well as my employee ID card...BT he is responding and he is abusing with bad words...also he told me to take tickets. I took the ticket.. My question is 1.whether he didn't know dat Govt is issuing pass only after submission of valid proof...2. Whether he knw how to behave to public..3. Whether govt ID cards r nt valid in public places... Hence I request you to refund my amount of RS.25/- as well as RS.100000/-because he is only responsible for my mental stress... Bus no is 151B...                   Myself Manoj.C, I am doing my MBA at G R D Academy of Management, Neelambur, Coimbatore.As my regular schedule I will board bus from UKKADAM TO GRD Academy of Manage.

                  Today(04/04/2017) while boarding TNSTC COIMBATORE (UKKADAM 2 BRANCH) ROUTE no:39 BUS no: TN 38 N 2198 Time: 08:30AM, Respective Conductor (M. SIVASAMY, PR no:14288) asked me to take ticket, for daily travelling process I have bought BUS PASS from TNSTC. I said to the conductor as PASS, for that the respective conductor started speaking BAD about TNSTC and TN GOVERNMENT and finally shouted at me.

                  I kept calm and asked for respective conductor s NAME and PN no for complain process, for that the respective conductor replied an arrogant move by hold my shirt collar and dragging me out of the bus and handed over me to the POLICE officer who stood at (Prakasham bus stop) next stop o[censored]kkadam and said that Im creating problem inside the bus.

                  Due to this I faced lots of issues in college by late going for examination. For this irrespective act by respective conductor I felt very bad inside and Im speechless at that moment and felt hard hitting. So I kindly request to take immediate action on respective conductor.

                      As i tried to book my bus ticket in SETC from trivandrum to karur, at that time the transcaction have been failed.i dont know who it happened, at my side every thing was perfect, but the money from my account has been credited.but i didnt get the ticket. so what can i do now to get back the money or ticket.

                        Myself Anand working in a Pvt orgn I was waited for bus from karur to olappalayan mid night at 1.30am 1/4/17, same time
                        Mr Sivaraj waited for bus along with his family includes ladies and children's (age below 2 ) he waited to move paramathi from karur,
                        At Karur bus stand subjected bus reached and we approached driver and conductor, and we request them to stop stages paramathi and olappalayam respectively, but both driver and conductor response was poor they refuse to give basic respect to passengers, and they said we will not stop at paramathi and olappalayam, after that we approached time keeper then he asked us to get in to the bus,

                        Conductor not able to tolerate this and he started some unwanted arguments, finally he collected excess amount from me (Karur to olappalayan actual fare is 28 and he given ticket for rs 34, I have that ticket with me,

                        I want below clarifications from you before I take this to juridical dept

                        i ) Either subjected bus have stopping stage at paramathi and olappalayam or not
                        ii ) Is there conductor have any rights to collect excess fare from passengers,

                        Also myself and six others was insulated in front of all other passengers at bus and bus stand as well, We need proper reply from tnstc also we are going to apply compensation for this,

                          Hi,
                          There is neither ultra deluxe nor air conditioned available starting from Krishnagiri to chennai and no online booking available for the bus to travel at night.

                          All the ultra deluxe buses either start from Bangalore or Hosur.
                          As there is no train facility in Krishnagiri, atleast Road transport department to support the Krishnagiri people.

                          Really feeling pity on the conditions of Krishnagiri people especially pregnant ladies as the normal neither have suspension nor properly maintained.

                          Could you please help to sort this issue for the benefit of Krishnagiri​ people?

                            I was travelling to my native place with my spouse on 11/02/2017 from Madurai to Virudhunagar at 11:30 PM the bus No : TN 67 N 0866 & my travelling time 11:30 PM to 01:10 AM during the travel i given Rs 72 to take tickets & it have a one 10 Rs coin immediately the conductor was hesitate to get the amount & insist to me provide another rupee or coin due to 10 rs coins are not valid rumour but i try to explain the conductor about RBI & govt announcement but he was not accepted & scolding me in front of the other passenger.The Conductor behaviour was not acceptable & Kindly take necessary action to avoid this kind of staff behaviour to the passenger in future.

I am traveling from palacode to dharmapuri in a public transport. I gave 15rs ( a 10rs coin and 5 rs coin). The conductor was not accepted the 10rs coin alone. The govt has never blocked the 10rs coin . Then may I know the reason for not accepting the 10rs coin. The conductor has given a very unacceptable reason for not accepting the coin. He s ready to allow me to travel without getting 0 money from me. His was of talking is also very bad. I believe you will take an action again. If not I will go for another option through public media.

                                Date: 20 March 2017, morning 4.30 at Coimbatore Gandhipuram Bus Stand.
                                Came to bus stand directly from railway station to get a seat in bus for my journey to Karunya Nagar (Karunya University). The first bus came at 5.10 but missed it because it was full within seconds. Same thing happened when the next bus came at 5.30.
                                We, students, are supposed to stand for almost 1 hour to reach Karunya and we are supposed to stand! Already, we will be tired from travelling in train with lack of sleep.

                                Same problem in buses from Karunya to Coimbatore City.

                                Please increase the frequency of buses that must travel in this route. It is okay if the ticket charge is double the present one, the buses should increase, at least on weekends!

                                  Sir i am traveling from nagercoil to thuckalay at 10.15p. M. At that time there are two buss one lss and another f. P truvantrum. First i ask the lss driver that did it stop at manali he sed that it did not have a stop at manali. But fp trivandrum has a stop. So i went to ask both the driver and conducted of the fp truvantrum tn74 n-1740. They did int respond properly and use hash words to avoid me. Sir there is a boad in manali there fp buss will stop there. So i need proper action against them

                                    Subject: Regarding the improper operating service of the Kullakamby Tirupur bus TN38 N 2368 in Nilgiris district.

                                    Until 1970’s there was private bus services in Nilgiris district. Those days a bus from our village kullakamby to Mettupalayam was operated. Later on when the private bus was restricted in nilgiris district and only government service was implemented, this bus was handed over to the government and it was undertaken by Cheran transport corporation. And at present the TNSTC is operating the TN38 N 2368 bus in this timing with extension to Tirupur.
                                    Morning 6:20 AM this bus starts from kullakamby and plys to Tirupur via Coonoor. And then 3:45 PM the bus arrives to Coonoor and plys to kullakamby. From there at 4:45 PM starts from Kullakamby and reaches Mettupalayam, from there 7:30 PM it starts and reaches Coonoor and later 9:45 PM starts from Coonoor and halts in Kullakamby at 10:30 PM. In this already due to mismanagement and driver conductors irregularity this bus was stopped in the 3:45 PM Coonoor to Kullakamby trip. After several complaint and agitation a local bus TN 43 N 509 bus is being operated at 3:30 PM.
                                    In morning instead to start at 6:20 AM the bus is being operated 6:00 AM at 20 minutes advance and in the last trip instead of starting at 9:45 PM they are operating at 10:30 PM and above in which they are delaying more than one hour. This is happening because the Coonoor management want to record as no collection trip and remove this bus from our village service. They have removed this bus in the February month and after various complaints, agitations and Coonoor MLA’s meddle the bus was operated in march excluding the evening 3:45 PM trip.
                                    Now again after few weeks regular operation inorder to remove this bus from this kullakamby village the drivers, conductors and Coonoor management jointly continuing to operate in irregular timings. Which we strongly condemn this and bring this to your notice and we seek to advice the Coonoor management not to involve in such activities and operate this bus in our village timings regularly.

                                      Today[protected], I had booked a ticket from Trichy to Bangalore on 2nd MAR 2017 . Amount Rs. 388 was debited from my bank account and i have received the sms from the bank for the debit, but no ticket has been booked. I didn't receive any mail or even I'm unable to see it in SETC Booking history tab. can you please check the above details and help me? I request you to kindly provide the refund.

                                        Today i was waiting at IRUR bus stop at 4:30 pm .we were 5 members standing but the bus didnt stop.so many time this bus in morning time doesnt stops.

                                        FROM PERAMBALUR TO CHATRAM
                                        PANRUTI BUS.
