While travelling by road from onappalayam to narasipuram in coimbatore district we found a bus bearing registration no. Tn-38 n 2428 was plying in the same route. The bus was emitting lot of black smoke which was choking our breathe. We were not even able to overtake the bus as it was overspeeding emitting thick black smoke. The bus passes through a dense residential area. After its passage the whole area was polluted with black smoke. It is very harmful for the people living in the area.

We tried to lodge the complaint through telephone to pollution control board, but they refused to accept the same stating to come in person and lodge the complaint which was illogical.

    I was forced to get down from your bus number TN 32 N 4156 because I showed my handicapped certoficate. Your driver is laughing at me and telling he will not accept my handicapped certificate. He is saying if you want to travel pay full amount or I will throw u out of the bus.
    For proofs I have driver photo and his recording also the ticket which I paid full amount. I boarded this bus in tambaram today at 6:10.

      Hi,
      I am M. Kani and my husband Mr. Balabharathi working in bangalore were traveling from Salem to Bhavani Bypass in a Coimbatore bus in which it is mentioned as Bhavani Bypass in bold..
      In the halfway, when the conductor asked for the ticket we asked for bhavani bypass, for that the conductor shouted very indecently and a rude manner in front of everyone and pulled us out of the bus.
      I request you to take necessary action against that conductor.

In tamilnadu state corporation rules cancelled tickets amount will be credit in 14 bank working day, but now 16 bank working days finished. Then I call that that department he ask, your amount transferred in successful.If any query, contact your bank.In bank any amount does transferred to your account what I do?           I am shani ismail from Kerala,
          I am writing this compliant as very sad feelings, , Becouse i face a mental harasement from One ticket insspector at bustand of Tirupur new bustand, Tamilnadu.
          Today (28/01/16) I was travelling from near the railway station to New bustand on govt.bus That the ticket value is Rs.5/- only, when I am reached to bustand i stand up and stay on footboard that time one Ticket collector came and ask ticket, that time my ticket in my hand but That ticket I splited as different pieces .but I show to him and said sorry for splitting that becouse When it given from onductor it was splited as two piece, But i dont know tamilnadu state rules anything.

          I show the ticket number on splited ticket to him With the present of bus conductor He also told to him i already take the ticket then bus is went to theroute, That ticket checker ask to me Rs.500/-but I am not ready to give that i tell to him, then he is misbehaving to me at the public place, Then he is loudly tell to everyone he is nit take ticket just like that..i was wonderrd and sadness..I tell to him the truth .but he is not allowed to me speak anything.Finally he told to me come to police aid post, i went to there with him.to the police person he discused sonething but i cant understand that Tamil language better.but police man also asked that much amount.I tell to them i am not ready i had take ticket i show to him, i[censored] not heari g my words proced to higher authority.They are not accept anything from me.Finally Pressure to pay that money.I give 100/-rs.

            I was travelling today to pondicherry from chennai. I boarded bus at 8 am in Tidel park. Bus number: TN 21 N 1555.
            Bus conductor was smoking inside the bus for two times. My friend and myself was having bad breath due to his action. In addition to this there were pregnant ladies and children inside the bus who were also feeling the same. Please take necessary action since I believe in the Government.

              Bus route chennai to Tripati.route #201.date 27 Jan 2017.time 9.30 p.m.
              I want to travel to tiruvallur. Conductor not allowed me to sit in seats available. He is picking only tripati passengers ticket. It is not point to point bus. But he refused me to get in bus also once I questioned him and he used vulgar words harassing me. Kindly take disciplinary action to save passengers in future.
              Hope there will solution for the passengers like us.

                It is been observed that many buses from Salem to bangalore are express service of 1 to 5, but it giving stop from Salem to Dharmapuri five stops. When I asked conductor regarding this. He is getting angry. Why it's so. If buses are written 1 to 5 it should be followed strictly. Take please action accordingly

                  Dhashamagan to Vallalar Nagar normal bus rate 4 rs, express 6 rs & deluxe 9 rs
                  Today above given bus conductor issue 8 rupees ticket for dhashamagan to v.nagar bus stop. i polity req to issue correct ticket but he not accepting my req and not only that he shouted and using so hard language. i need the justice.
                  I directly spend my office time to give the complaint at Vallalar nagar bus terminal. but all are the government staff only supporting to our members even they will do the wrong thing.
                  I ask whey u will not close the stage before the limited time ...? but the in charge person shouted to say you dont have the rights to ask... i only loss my money and i am facing the irritating situation becoz of that conductor but he will say i dont have the rights... thats fine then who ill have the rights to refund my extra pay...??
                  Just 2 rupees its not a mater for ever one even my self. but why that conductor behavior like this.
                  I need to take action for avoid this situation to my unknown face sister and brothers.

                    I am came from puliyampatti which was in erode district. The bus daily came tripur and departure on 7.15 am the name is madurai bus and it is boarding on 7.40 am but this bus never stop in thaneer pandhal bus stop. Each and every bus from puliyampatti to tripur they were stop the bus on this bus stop. When I ask the conductor why are you stop this bus stop and he replied me as we never stop this bus in this stop, if you can then go to anyone. This is very cruel and his talk is very disappointed me. I request you to please take necessary action thank you

                      We hired bangalore to tiruvanamalai bus and took ticket for krishnagiri, the bus started at 4 at bangalore, driver and conductor both did assault mistakes and allegedly tried to misbehave with the lady passengers, i'm the one travelled in the same bus and compulsively asked to get down at mid of the road at 7.15 in between salem byepass and tiruvanamalai bye pass, he was using bad words and didn't care about passengers comfort. This should be considered and action should be taken severely.

                        We started to travel from madurai to tindivanam at 10:30 on[protected], conductor told us to take ticket up to chennai. That to 280 rupees per ticket 3 members we traveled and paid 840. Without serving for people need then why you people are in service at tamilnadu transport? Don't take this kind of complaints just like that. Your site customer satisfaction report tells about you people servicing nature I ashamed to tell this as a tamilan.                           Hi this is nachiyappan i reserved the ticket koyambedu to karaikudi bus number is 133 ud seat number is 13 and 14 date is 22/01/2017 my complaint is my push pack seat is not working i complaint the driver and conductor and office also but nobody give proper response they told that adjust i told that why i adjust but problem not solved and driver shouted this is government bus not private so you will adjust i am too much suffered this journey i am not expected this kind of response from driver side

                            I have reserved for 6.00am ECR from kumbakonam to Chennai bus I'd no E472, route no 307UD.Now the time is 6.31 since there is no bus is arrived at pickup point. There were no proper response from corporation side and none controlling officer at the boarding place. Nearly 30passengers waiting for bus without any intimation. Please take certain action asap.

                              Bus no 245 D - I've booked seat no 46 window seat. But conductor forced me to sit on last back seat.. even i couldn't siy there comfortably.. from tiruvarur to chennai which is 8 hrs.. 30 rupees extra for online reservation but even i couldn't claim my right.. conductor is the worst person I've ever seen..please file a complaint against him..he got an extra amount from unreserved passangers.

                                Please teach some good behavioral things to your employees. They are dealing the ppls with rude manner and there is no respect even for senior citizen. why your organization is providing e-ticket??? then why the conductor asking for the print out?? morning 3 'o clock where i can get the print out. He asked me to get permission from higher officials even am having the mail which your organization have sent me. He was scolding the passenger exactly in tamil words " you peoples are simply booking the tickets from home itself and bringing it to me in the electronic mode why the hell i should allow you?".
                                Finally he did allowed me. even?? is your higher officials asking for the print out with the conductor?? is E-ticket is not enough to travel in tamilnadu govt bus? He din even checking for the ID card instead of that keep on asking the print out copy.it has happened today[protected] Neyveli to Chennai bus time (3.20am).

                                  We boarded bus from palaghat to coimbatore, yesterday 17th jan 2017.when the bus reached near chavadi, he carelessly drove the bus over a pit and the driver's sudden brake literally threw me off the seat and severly injured my spinal cord. Had to take a x ray and MRI scan and was diagonised with a disc conpression. Now im asked to undergo complete bed rest for 6 -8 weeks. I underwent a lot of pain and in addition have to undertake the expenses all beacuse of the driver's carelessness. im aged 54. Kindly do take some steps to stop this behaviour of drivers, so that others will not suffer

                                    On 13.01.2017 i was waiting for 248 bus at pattalam stopping at 9 40 a. M.. After waiting for long time 248 digital board bus arrives behind 7b bus but instead of driver seeing at me and i was showing my hand to stop the arrogant driver dint stop the bus and he was overtake the 7b bus and he went straightly. Then i called my friend and chased down the same bus at pudur and i took picture of that bus... This was very worst thing done by that driver because of these worst drivers all drivers are getting bad name kindly please take necessary action on that driver..

                                      I m traveling on setc ultra deluxe 14.1.2017 nit 7pm from mohamed to dharapuram. The bus driver parked near villupuram the name of hotel j classic...in that hotel have maintaining the poor servants and foods...i ordered to barrotta...the rate is 60 rupees...i asked to servant the rate two barrotta is 60...he conform on it.then after i ate they give bill for 100 rupees...they told the non-veg kurumA is 40 rupees...bt before eat they not tell like this...and they told roughly...pls the honesty officers please take action for ths and give guideness to drivers dnt stop these bad hotels...not only me ..many people injuries at the same problem.. money not problem..bt these hotels fully cheated all passengers...a
