Bus to coimbatore is not stopping at ITI stop in the morning (18-11+2016 7:40 am). Bus is running with lot of seats vacant. The driver did not stop the bus even though he saw the waiting passengers signaling from long distance but continued driving bus at right side of road.people going to their offices at Coimbatore is getting delayed due to this.

    Conductor and driver enjoy FM with high volume I said so many times but they act as Hitler...in IP act after 10pm no bus will use radio or TV ...I also informed but they treat as ...I lost my sleep...I will put a case to they it's for your information
    Why they treat like animals as passengers .now the time was 1.52am I lost my sleep they are very Happy.today morning how can I joint my duty...

    I gave Rs.500 to conductor but he is not gave chennai ticket to me. He told me TNSTC is not accepted the Rs.500, 1000 notes. Conductor is not wearing name board. Bus No. TN 32 N2904. Govt annouced the accept the currency from public. Regarding this should take action TNSTC.

      Hi Sir,

      Yesterday I was travelling from DMS to TVS Spencer bus stop.
      At Spencer bus stop the conductor told the Driver to stop the bus but he
      did not stop the bus. Then I told the conductor and he replied that OK you will get down in next stop. But in the next instead of stopping he just slowdown for fraction of second, when i was getting down from the bus suddenly he increased the speed of the bus. Because of that I fell down from the bus and seriously injured, my right leg fingers not functioning properly.The bus number I could not mark but the ticket I have still. If you want I can provide that ticket to you.

      So I am requesting you please take immediate action on him, So that we will have faith on you.

        I was travelling from Kallakurichi to Perungalathur (Chennai) on sunday[6th November, 2016]. I was suppose to get down at Perungalathur. the charges from Kallakurichi to Perungalathur is 150 but the conductor gave me the ticket till Koyambedu which cost around 165 rupess. When i asked, he was behaving like worst and asked me to get down from the bus. I asked him why? and he conveyed this was the instruction has given to him by depot manager it seems. There were around 15 more passenger like me who paid extra 15 rupees which is bad.

          The mtc buses of 71e, 572, 580, 65c, 202 etc coming from thiruvallur-thiruninravoor towards avadi-chennai are stoped in all bus stops. but the above buses are not stoped in pattabiram bus terminus.in this regard on behalf of bus passengers we have sent several letters to gm, mtc, pallavan house, chennai. recent letter sent to gm mtc dt.19.10.2016 attached here with

            I am travelling from attur to slaem in one to one point bus where thy pick and drop in each and every point and thr fare id more than normal bus. Service is worst than normal bus. Please dont make fool of passengers with one to one board with more fare and taking more time than normal bus. It is supposed to takr highway but travelling inside all stops.

            Please take proper action or dont mention it as one to one and dont rake more money.

              Complaint about vehicle poor maintenance

              Hello sir/mam, i booked my ticket today from tirunelveli to chennai in ultra deluxe (Route no 180ud bus id-e2630) that bus got water leakage in 3 seats completely (Seat 21, 22, 2526, 19, 20) passengers are standing with losing of their sleep (Include 2 female passenger-corporation staff family). We take it in to transport manager attention through contactor, but he simply replied to claim the refund r wait for 3 hrs (At kaithar toll gate)....

              Bus facility for our village is not sufficient.. we suffer everyday morning peak hours nearly 60 people were suffering everyday in between 7.15 to 8.30 A.M. Two buses were available but it won't come at time. During many instances it don't even come. The people who depends on that bus everyday suffers a lot. Route salavakkam to chengalpet, kancheepuram district. Please do favor. Thank you.

                Our native is paramathi velur (assembly head), namakkal district, tamilnadu 638182.

                Buses not pickup the passenger in night time. especially after 11.00 p. m to 5.00 a. m.

                In day time private bus services are available. so we manage our travel.

                But in night time only government bus facility.

                National highway 44 outer ring road is available in our town.
                So salem to madurai government buses are not enter to our native in night time.
                They skip our native and travel via ring road.
                We suffer a lot in night time travel. please kindly do the necessary action for this.

                    I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Kalpakkam online on Sep 18, 2016. Due to some issue, the service has been cancelled & the same was not intimated through sms or email. (It created lot of pain in reaching bustop and leaving the same at odd hours ie 11:00 PM). After I have sent a request letter along with copy of eticket to the address : "The Deputy Manager(Commercial), SETC, Chennai as per the customer care instructions on Sep 29, 2016 through India Post. But so far I have not received the ticket amount & the courier charges.

                      When I got inside a TN government bus, I was asked to go to the middle of the bus and I could not take ticket in the bus as the conductor did not come due to crowd. Finally he came after 4 to 5 stops and I requested him to give the ticket particularly stating my boarding point to destination point. Immediately he started shouting repeatedly in spite of my reasoning. This was highly embarrassing; particularly in the early morning office hours travel. The conductors should understand the contextual situation and behave properly with the passengers. Thank you.

                      while traveling I gave Rs.510 to buy a ticket and the conductor gave me 400 Balance. When I reached my destination was asking for Balance Rs.5 with conductor he was talking bad words to me and return my Balance .

                        But me and another passenger asking to contractor he is told express.

                          I booked 2 tickets (ladies) to travel from avinashi to chennai in srtc. (oct 12th) 2016.. bus i'd: e-2136. it starts from coimbatore.. and my stopping is avinashi new bus stand. bus arrival time is at 9.15.. when i enquired they told due to traffic bus is late and asked us to wait. they did not respond properly and made us to wait till 11 pm. finally they told bus dint come there and they arranged a reserved bus which dint had seat and the whole journey we are sitting in driver seat.. the next day we need to catch the flight.. need to file a complaint against that driver, conductor and the customer support person.

                            Plz make sure that the person who had liquors are not allowed inside the bus which make women's and children to feel uneasy and dis comfort to travel along with those persons.todays experience which I saw while travelling from hosur to Chennai.
                            Please take necessary action against this.
                            In setc bus.
                            One man who fully drunk sat near one lady by that which that lady couldn't sit comfortably.

But I found that the private (OMNI) buses are selling the ticket for higher rate when comparable to normal days. I request the government to take necessary action towards the issue.                                 Please note i booked online ticket for travelling from neyveli to chennai on 12th oct'2016 for 4 am bus. I boarded on neyveli arch with my reservation ticket and while boarding itself the conductor started shouting that u should come nd board in neyveli cbs. I said ok and went to my seat. Again he came for checking and he started shouting the same and he was saying that because o[censored] i can't fight with ppl who are asking for seats. I said ok next time i wont repeat it. But he din leave me and was shouting at me again.
                                1.) i don't know how can he behave rudely to a girl when the mistake is not on my side.
                                2.) in the portal it was not mentioned anywhere that u should board in neyveli cbs.
                                3.) and moreover in online i pay extra of 50rs to book it and he can't even say to the passengers that it was already reserved until he crosses neyveli atleast.
                                4.) if boarding in bus at point is not correct means he should have said that in a polite or normal manner instead of shouting at me nd the other lady who boarded along with me.
                                5.) he was shouting at us and projected us as though we are criminals and have done some mistake, and the whole crowd was looking at us, which was really embarassing.
                                6.) please teach ur drivers and conductors some ettiquttes on how to behave with the passengers.

                                    Sir/Madam, I travelled in government bus(bus num-13) (TN30 0949) from salem new bustand to junction.I had only 10rs, the ticket was 4rs for the mentioned before. I did not notice the conductor name he did not give me balance 6rs.When I reached my stop I was standing at the front & the conductor went at the other side back...The time I got down for my stop exactly 12.53pm. Please take action against these kind of illegal for not giving the balance to the passenger. Each amount whether it is 1 or 100 or 1000 it is an individuals hardwork.Thank you.

                                      I am muthurengan, living at srirangam trichy. I travel chandram bus stand to kohinur theater stop on 08/10/2016. The bus tn 45 n 2633 had departure at 10.30 am. I sited the train bus which has terminus to central bus stand. I sit the corner before the steps. The duty conductor told me that the seat provided to him self only, no passenger to sit that seat. I argue that conductor, there is any seat provided to your self. All seats are provided to passenger only in town bus. But the conductor shouted and he not allowed to sit that seat. I want to clarify that in your organisation if any bus seat provided to conductor and your official staff's only. We bought the ticket and travel frequently to our stop. Kindly answer to me that all conductor are sited and passengers are standing when they get downed stop. The bus ticket sl no: 004230.
