Route : pollachi to chennai
Journey start date: 10 june 2016 night video taken on next day morning. my bus was broken-down due to some problem so i boarded into this bus.
The bus driver was talking over phone for around 30 mins while driving dangerously. he was totally neglecting the passengers life. there were approximately 60 passengers in the bus. please take necessary action on this bus driver and please advice the employees to do their job with responsibility. i have some more videos also regarding this. if it is necessary i can send through email.

The Bus NO: TN-29 N2234. Date 10-07-16 at Krishnigiri night around 10.45 pm has the route to Chennai. and stoping is at krishnigiri, Vaniyambadi, Ambur, Vellore, Chennai.
But he didnot allowed us to board since my Destination is Vaniyambadi.

I booked 3 tickets online from salem to chennai koyambedu. the bus bearing id s2134was failed to be found located and boarded. on enquiry no such bus came to bus stand salem. tnstc bus stand office was of no help. with wife and daughter without enough money to buy ticket to chennai koyambedu again was a horrible experience. sought relief and action for non recurring of such lapses. k. pachiappan;93a irtt main road vasavicollege erode638316. retired dy postmaster erodehpo

Sub: complaint about atc bus driver who killed my dog

I live in the above mentioned address. on july 4th 10 am, my pet puppy (dog) kanith, two months old, ran out of the house gate, while my mother left to work. i ran to stop it from going outside the gate. however the dog ran out to the road. few driving, with courtesy stopped their vehicle and allowed the dog to pass the other side. the puppy out of fright, struggled to move the other side. but a atc bus driver named: s. matheswaran vehile bus number:bus number: 9043, staff number: dr3410. never bothered to care for it, just drove away over the dog. the dog died on spot. the atc driver stopped and started abusing in filthy language not even considering that i am a women. he abused and angrily utters that he would kill any dog on the road and further said that that he would kill me, if i was on the road., though i was so polite. he could have saved my dog.
I would want the higher officials of atc tamilnadu transport to know, that their staffs are without any mercy and moreover he never considered that i was a women he was abusing in filthy language.

Kindly punish people of this kind, so they may not repeat this same kind of killing.

I was new to this place and that's why i don't know the bus fare, i get into this bus in parry's to kalmandapam and after living in this place for more than7 days, i know its fare is around 5 or 6 rs, but the conductor given me ticket from central and taken 11 rs, as depicted iththe pic, if am correct strict action should be taken against the conductor, i don't know his name the pic of ticket is posted

Hi, i booked bus on july 3, 2016 from puducherry to banglore. My bus timing was 08:30 am, but they said bus got breakdown so bus will be one hour late, and then said it will come 11:30 only and then also they said it will come by 10 mins, but at last it came around 12:00 noon only, why such lethargic in govt buses. Please take appropriate action and do the needful

I have booked the online ticket last year for pongal festival. Due to festival time TNSTC arranged more buss, The bus which I booked was cancelled by them without any prior notice to me.

I am not aware for amount refund need to send the letter to Chennai TNSTC office with in 15 days.But, I have send letter 2 months later, they have denied my request and I have lost nearly 1000 Rs from my pocket.

Bus service is cancelling by TNSTC they are responsible to notify the passenger for cancellation or they have to inform the passenger for alternate arrangements.

Also, for online booking amount refund needs to happen automatically like other transports. Please don't hesitate to use the technologies which is very useful to passengers.

This is regarding the mtc buses in avadi buses are not starting at proper time, buses are not in proper conditions seats are tiered people are getting hurt, not able to sit, bus terminus is not clean

This is not about one bus but all the buses request you to take action on this regard. Every day at least ten people are getting hurt because of bus condition

We are travelling with lot of troubles each day is an exam to travel

I had two 10s and he asked me 11 rupees that is one rupee coin .. I said I have no 1 rupee except these 2 notes of 10. He denied ticket and told me to leave the bus in middle of journey.
As denial of ticket on this ground is illegal and unethical, I request you to kindly send one notice regarding ethical and lawful conduct of state government services to public, to respective authority controller and take proper action under denial of public service on invalid ground.

Dear tnstc service,
Today[protected] tnstc bus (Tn-32 n 4159) is operated between cuddalore and chennai (Bypass route), at 6am.In which driver and conductor refused to admit people who wanted to get down in stops like maraimalai nagar, guduvanchery, srm, chegalpet bypass, maruvathur, thindivanam. Being a regular commuter of the 6am bus, this is unusual. This activity by the bus driver and conductor has left people (Including ladies, kids) to suffer. Kindly take this to your consideration and take necessary action. Hope this complaint doesn't goes unread.

I was waiting for bus to travel to hosur in rain at silk board bangalore
A salem bus came and i got in
When i asked ticket to hosur he told me to get down next stop and in heavy rain where i'll will go
He is telling you have to take ticket till salem either you get down hosur or salem
Please react immediately bus no is tn30 1350 i paid 180 to reach hosur

1.I booked the ticket to Chennai to Madurai two weeks back - PNR Number :T15822607 since there was a website slowness the my credit card was charged twice for rs.1362 and im yet to get a refund for it 2. I called the help desk to cancel a ticket - i did cancel the ticket but they said i will be getting the refund in two days yet the refund is not made

When i called the bill desk number ..past five days im calling unable to reach and when i call the toll free number while talking itself they are disconnecting the call and moreover instead of helping me they divert me to billdesk where im unable to reach

The reason we are booking in TNSTC is because we would get good support from there but we lost hope

Sir im a college student... Every time i am coming on the way from pollachi to coimbatore i get irritated of the driving by both government and private buses in that route they dont mind of two wheelers... They force us to get rid of the roadways... I am daily experiencing a dangerous trip to my house please make necessary steps to control this... Its a every common mans quarrel...

Please ensure vellore all buses not stopped in irunkattukottai & sunguvarchatram bus stop.
They given ticket for irunkattukottai. But, can't stopped in irunkattukottai bus stop, they stopped in tollgate only.
We ask to conductor. Conductor told "as per government bus regulation has followed and my depot tell this only. You may complaint to our depot, go."
Please to take care of passenger's life & prospectus.
This type of faults affected only for a daily wages employees. They received daily cooli amount only enough his/her family one day food.
So, teach to all vellore depot employees, driver & conductor we are in india. Not in pakistan.
Please take action for our poor employees & daily wages employees.

Dear sir,

I am david manoharan residing at iruppukkurichy village, virudhachalam taluk, cuddalore district, tamilnadu. I am extremely undergoing mental pain and agony. If anything happens to my life it is absolutely because of tnstc driver.

Here is the case. Dear sir while i was travelling from my village to virudhachalam by tsmilnadu govt. Town bus, the driver came to beat me and threaten to kill me. Moreover he cursed my village and the tnstc by saying, "why did the tnstc allowed the bus to this hopeless village". Beside this, the driver used to scold the passengers badly in daily. He never stops the bus at bustop but 100 meter further he will go and stop. All the men and women have to run to get into the bus.

Please take necessary action and the tnstc & the driver are responsible if anything happens to me.

Note: village iruppukuruchi near madha koil stop the driver got angry and came to beat me. Mechanic veeramani from mudhanai village too was joining the driver at the time.

In krishnagiri district at hosur, in denkanikottai to hosur route the private bus named sks bearing it's registered number as tn 70 january 6789 always fill passenger's in huge numbers than recommended. They daily carry about 100 passengers in their evening 4.00 pm trip from denkanikottai to hosur. This seems very dangerous for us to travel in bus. So please consider the grievance and take necessary action quickly....

I booked three tickets from Dindigul to Chennai bus . arrival time 8:15 ( A/C bus) .my tickets are 29, 30, 36.

I booked my tickets through tnstc website .in tnstc website the seat diagram 36th positioned behind of 29th seat .

As per the seat diagram in website I site 40 number seat.

In bus they pasted the seat numbers wrongly mentioned.

The conductor can't able to help us .

I don't no what to do .why they are working like this .

Customer service is worst .

I'm not satisfied to have a this kind journey .
We are not getting any respect from the staffs .

Still doing journey on this bus in wrong seat number .

From this above the tnstc bus and tnstc website I don't no which one is wrong .

Now I understand that next time we should visit the bus before booking the tickets .

My self a. Sakthivel i working at kovilpatti. Every day i travel to kovilpatti and work in lecturer because of my native is kayathar. Kayathar to kovilpatti far is 30km. Today evening i wait for bus, so many buses are available only bye pass rider. Kayathar is interior from bye pass. But goverment order is all bus must come to kayathar because of so many village peoples use it that. Our peoples so many times go to attend strike.
Today one local bus (Tn 74 n 1516) come to kovilpatti. The bus conductor is resist to kayathar peoples and this bus not enter to kayathar, all are shocked. Because i know well this is local bus. But i go to and ask to him. I go to tirunelveli and give complaint for bus checking inspector but the conductor not give response to him. He use bad words and avoid my self, he says "i don't care any about". Really i shocked. So take action to him and help to our peoples with good services

Hi,

In Chennai Thousand Lights BUS stop many people board the bus daily(Almost equivalent to TVS Bus stop).

Buses from Tambaram/Guduvanchery(1B/E18/B18) are not stopping in thousand lights bus stop whereas bus no's 27D, 23 C stopping there.Even in late hours(After 9:45PM) if passengers requested conductors to stop they are not doing that.

More passengers suffering daily due to this.

Please do the needful to arrange for stop in Thousand Lights

We are 3 members travelled from thindivanum to perungulathur, chennai. Bus no: tn 63 n 1635

The normal bus fare from thindivanum to chennai is 60 rupees. But conductor collected from us 3*75 =225.

We asked the reson and he said that its a special bus. We didnt understand that y that special bus stops at thindivanum and no prior information about fare.
