Hello sir today 8-4-23 am going to Villupuram get in kallakurichi bus but the conductor told Villupuram passenger are not allowed to sit you get down and see another bus am asked why ? Am taking ticket why am shld not get in he talked rudly bus no TN 32 4271

    By 10.00 pm in night we two ladies in we paid bus fair he is telling the bus will not go to mattuthavani and make us to get down in Salem itself by blackmailing us.Bus No :TN 01 AN 0975

            Sir,
            I am in Coimbatore Gandhipuram Bus stand, i need to travel to Chinniyampalayam bus stanf. One sale bus no TN-38-N-3089 started here by 2:30 AM, This bus conductor not allowed to board passengers travelling to Karumathampatti and talked very Rude and unprofessional.

            Please take necessary actions and instruct all conductors to take all passengers in late night.

              வணக்கம், நான் ஒரு பார்வை குறைபாடுடைய ஒரு மாற்றுத் திறனாளி. தொலைதூர பயணம் நான் செய்யும் போது என் மாற்றுத் திறனாளி சான்றிதழ் நகலை கொடுத்தால் எனக்கு பயண கட்டணம் நான்கில் ஒரு பங்கு மட்டுமே. இந்த சலுகை கடந்த 2014 ஆம் ஆண்டிலிருந்து பயன் பெற்று வருகிறேன். கடந்த இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளாக மத்திய அரசு UDID அட்டை நகல் மட்டும் நடத்துநரிடம் கொடுத்து ஒர்ஜிணல் கார்டை சோதனைக்கு காட்டுவது வழக்கம்.
              இன்று (07/04/23) காலை 08 00 மணி அளவில் வண்டி எண் TN 72 N 2284 ல் திருநெல்வேலி வண்ணாரப்பேட்டையில் இருந்து விருதுநகருக்கு பயணம் செய்த நாள் நடத்துநரிடம் எனது UDID CARD நகல் மட்டும் நான்கில் ஒரு பங்கு கட்டணம் ஆகியவற்றை அவரிடம் வழங்கினேன். என் UDID CARD ORGINAL ஐ கேட்டார். அதனை கொடுத்த போது இது DUPLICATE நீ என்ன forgery பன்னுரியா என்று என்னிடம் கேட்டார். நான் உடனே என் மருத்துவச் சான்றிதழ், தமிழ்நாடு அரசு மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் நலத் துறை வழங்கிய கார்டை காட்டியும் அவர் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ள வில்லை. என் UDID CARD REG என்னை online ல் பதிவு செய்து காட்டியும் அவர் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ள வில்லை. நீ கட்டாயம் முழு கட்டணம் தான் எடுக்க வேண்டும் இல்லை எனில் வந்த வழி வரை கட்டத்தை தந்து விட்டு இங்கே இறங்கிக் கொள் என்று சக பயணிகள் மத்தியில் என்னை அவமதிப்பு செய்யும் விதமாக நடந்து கொண்டார்.
              திருநெல்வேலி (வண்ணாரப்பேட்டையில் ) இருந்து சங்கர் நகர் வரை முழு கட்டணம் 35 ரூபாய் (Ticket no - 07020, reg no TBK 14) பயணச் சீட்டு வழங்கி என்னை பாதி வழியில் இறக்கி விட்டு விட்டார். ஆனால் அதே UDID CARD ஐ வைத்து தான் நான் பல முறை பயணம் செய்து வருகிறேன். இன்று இந்த நடத்துநர் நடந்து கொண்ட விதம் என்னை பெரிதும் பாதிப்படையச் செய்துள்ளது. எனவே தகுந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என பணிவுடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.

                I book a ticket for my mom and dad from coimbatore to tirunelveli in TNSTC (Mobile No: [protected], Vehicle No:TN01AN1119) on 07.04.2023.
                Usually i contact the driver through phone call and confirm my reservation and thachanallur byepass as a boarding point (which is en-route and prime boarding point).
                Like The same way my dad contact him on 07.04.2023 to report their boarding at thachanallur byepass, but the conductor refused to take their boarding at thachanallur byepass and warned them that reservation might be cancelled unless my mom and dad get their bus in busstand.
                It was a very late night to pick the auto, town buses. That'swhy we booked setc buses to ease our boarding..
                The way he spoken to dad was not good as a conductor. If he can't atleast may handle it patiently..warn him to avoid such circumstances in future..phone number with vehicle number was attached..

                  On 5.4.23 a ticket for Rs.1285/-book at tirunelveli for journey from chennai to tirunelveli ..counter staff told image enough for travel And told to take half ticket directly in bus...

                  On 6.4.23 I got over bus...conductor told image of ticket And message not enough told me to get down...at perungulathur One officer told he will make phone call to cancel the ticket at tirunelveli And ask me to take another 1 And half ticket for Rs.1890/-...Please return my cash Rs1285/-...why I need to pay twice for single journey

                      Myself Vedajaison. I have got my ticket to trichy in Salem Rs122. I gave the conductor Rs.200. he didn't gave the balance. He is arguing that he has given.My complaint is he didn't gave the balance Rs.78. So please accept my request and take some action on him and give my balance Rs.78.

                        Good evening sir or madam,
                        I am Gokul. i am live in muthur thirupur district..i going to college with help of government transport Daliy..at muthur bus stand town bus name (k3).. evening bus time is 6.15 pm sharply everyday in bus stand..today same time reach the bus but don't enter into the bus stand and don't pickup the passengers..the driver and conductor are irresponsible activity in duty time..bus don't come inside the bus stand..they go outside on road..they are forget to enter in bus stand and pickup passenger..so i am waiting for next bus one hour its too Much of hurt and depressed..they driver and conductor are improper la working.. please take the action sir..today date 6th march today duty of conductor and driver taking action sir..

                          என் பெயர் சரவணபவன் நான் நேற்று (05.04.2023) இரவு 11.25 சென்னைக்கு செல்வதற்காக விழுப்புரம் புதிய பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் பேருந்திற்காக காத்திருந்தேன், அப்பொழுது TN 32 N 3929 பதிவு எண் மற்றும் வழித்தட எண் 177, கள்ளக்குறிச்சி To சென்னை நோக்கி வந்த பேருந்தில் சுமார் 20 இருக்கைகள் காலியாக இருந்தது அதில் ஒவ்வொரு நபர் படுத்திருந்தார்கள் நானும் சக பயணிகளுடன் ஏறி இருக்கைக்காக படுத்திருந்தவர்களை நகர்ந்து அமர சொல்லி கேட்டேன் அவர்கள் சரியாக பதில் அளிக்காததால் நான் உடனே நடத்துனரிடம் ஐயா நகர்ந்து அமர செல்லும்படி வேண்டினேன். அதற்கு அவர் உடனே உனக்கு இந்த பஸ்சில் சீட் இல்லை இறங்குடா என்று சத்தமாக கத்தினார், நான் நீங்கள் தானே நடத்துனர் நீங்கள் தான் சொல்ல வேண்டும் என்றேன் அதற்கு அவர் கொச்சையான வார்த்தைகளாலும் ஒருமையில் பேசியும் கீழே இறங்குடா என்று சொல்லி அநாகரீகமற்ற வார்த்தையால் திட்டினார், நான் பேருந்து எண்ணை குறித்த போது கீழே வந்து என்னை நெட்டி தள்ளிக்கொண்டே வந்தார், உன்னால ஒரு மயிரும் புடுங்க முடியாது என்று சக பயணிகள் முன்னர் அசிங்கமாக திட்டியும் குறிப்பிட முடியாத கொச்சை வார்த்தைகளால் திட்டினார். அதே சமயம் ஓட்டுநர் பேருந்து எண்ணை பதிவு செய்யும் போது இடிப்பது போல் பேருந்தை வேண்டுமென்றே இயக்கி நக்கலாக சிரித்தார்.

                          ஐயா, நான் மரியாதையாக பேசியும் மேற்படி நடத்துனர் அவருடைய பணியினை சரியாக செய்யாமல் அவருடைய பணிக்கடமைகளை மீறி செயல்பட்டு என்னை சக பயணிகள் மற்றும் பொது மக்கள் முன்பாக அசிங்கப்படுத்தி என்னை பயணம் செய்ய விடாமல் பேருந்தில் இருந்து இறக்கி மனதாலும் உடலாலும் மிகுந்த பாதிப்பை ஏற்ப்படுத்திய மேற்படி பேருந்து நடத்துனர் மேல் தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டி கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

                              I have tried to book bus from Guruvayoor to Chennai on March 25th. The amount is debited from my account (765₹), at that time it shows some error in the TNSTC application and the ticket booking was cancelled. But, I didn't credit my amount back. The help desk told me to wait for 3 to 7 days. So, I wait. And now it's April 5th. Till now I didn't receive my amount. Please refund my money. I have the proof for payment transaction to TNSTC

                                Hi Team,

                                We are on the bus from Tiruvannamalai to Bangalore tamilnadu state government bus. Driver is riding too fast. Passangers are in fear and said to driver even he didn't hear and still he continue to ride in the same way.

                                Please kindly provide them the proper training.

                                Bus route: Tiruvannamalai to Bangalore.

                                  I complaint against the conductor who work on a bus number 35B (sankarankovil to vasudevanallur)on a date on today 3/4/23 afternoon 1PM..for about he illtreated me when I ask about bustime and shout at me..it's not only happened on me and also when I use this bus regularly when I watched he behaves like other people also..please take action against him...I hope my complaint reached you sir..Thank you

                                      Hi sir/Madam,

                                      I am a regular commuter to Chennai on every Mondays'. It has been observed that a LSS PUDUCHERRY - CHENNAI ByPass which Departures at 5.40am in the month of OCT'22 to Jan'23 is now departures before 5.10am in the morning.

                                      There has been no significant notice or schedules shared to the passengers or any announcement hasn't been done regarding the time changes.

                                      Grievance :
                                      1. Please let us know the Government approved timings for the bus.

                                      2. Requesting the department to enquire on the departure of the above mentioned bus details so that no passenger suffers even coming at the right time.

                                      Also, there are some private buses running at this time. We passengers feel there are some inter communications so that we are pushed to private buses because that departures at 5.50am.

                                      Requesting you to enquire on the above matters.
