Hello sir/mam, I m from palangarai panchayat, tirupur district, here in village local bus services are very very less especially after free ticket announcement for women, people have to wait almost for an hour to get bus to go out anywhere and govt buses are not even following the regular timings, we are suffering a lot due to unavailability of buses, we are not asking for additional bus service instead if we get the current buses on regular timing would help, please please do the needful

    I have book ticket from Trivandrum to karur on 23/03/2023 on my phone through TNSTC app then I paid an fees of 535 two times have been a total of 1070 through g pay after paying the amount, the website showed error then I done the same process one more time after some time then the same happened Please help. I will be pasting the two transaction I’d below[protected]&[protected]. I request you to kindly provide the refund

      I have travelled today Bus no TN 38N3567 around 3.40 from Don Bosco school, saravanampatti road, Coimbatore to Gandhinagar vellakinar. The bus conductor was rushing the passengers to get into the bus before we got in driver started the Bus...All are school students...when i was getting down with my 2 kids conductor forced me to get down fast and before get down conductor whistled and driver started the Bus... Since 1 1/2 years I am travelling in this route first time i had this type of experience

        Timing-around 1 40 pm
        Date -23.03.2023 in Coimbatore..
        From Ukkadam to Ramanathapuram..I gave 10 rupees to the conductor and the ticket rate is 7 rupees..He did not provide balance money 3 rupees and argued with me.. Kindly do the needful respectively

          I am Mithun Krishnan U, and I am 21 years old. Tickets that I had purchased through tnstc.in from Chennai to Coimbatore failed twice on March 21, 2023. Amount was deduction but the ticket was not confirmed. A total of 1690 rupees should be returned since a single ticket cost 845 rupees. It wasn't refunded until today.

            The above TNSTC bus plying between Tirupur to Coimbatore always doesn't stop around 6 pm at Kumar Nagar stop despite several passengers waving hands.

              On 18/03/2023 at 10:50 p.m air conditioned bus from singanallur coimbatore to karur bus have three seats left where one female passenger asking for a seat conductor said buses were filled with all seats two seats at the last were left only male passenger are seated. When the lady passenger got into the bus the buses were filled 90 percent of male passenger. There is also a seat left at the 4th place back to driver when the female passenger asked the co-passenger male to move to the middle as there were another male near window seat, male passenger were saying I'm sitting for my comfort.
              Even the conductor were in the idea to move out the female passenger out of the bus.
              When the female passenger complained this to the SI cadre staff there, even he too asked the lady passenger to get other bus and don't pressurize.

                Hi, Im Dhamodharan. Today I planned to travel Karur to Chennai in Setc bus. I booked this but at tnstc online reservation platform and i got the ticket. Actually i booked my seat at the right side but in the bus i have on left side. So the seat layout has been changed.And the seat i got is very uncomfortable, which means the seat position from straight to slope can't be adjustable. It is very uncomfortable and i have a severe backpain.

                  Today i have felt an auspicious experience while i was travelling in tamil nadu bus number (TN 74 N 2030) I was travelling from parassala to trivandrum, while iam entering into the bus i was busy on with a call and before sitting on my seat i took money from my pocket but conductor didnt give the ticket i called him several times but after two stops he responded and came near to me and started to arguing with me it is the responsibility of the conductor to deliver the ticket to the passenger .here i called him several times but he didnt respond, thats his mistake not mine, especially in interstate buses conductors and drivers need to keep good behaviour .pls dont fill the vacancies for the conductors job with these sought of irresponsible guys ...

                    I was traveling from kanchipuram to Tambaram sanatorium yesterday, i asked ticket for Tambaram sanatorium and conductor issued the same but when we reached he asked everyone to get down at Tambaram railway station West and said this bus will not go to sanatorium bus stand, upon asking him the reason, he was saying since this is going to Trichy next trip we cannot go and come back from sanatorium bus stand you get down here, he was using very foul language rude, abusive language and trying to beat me, he threatened with beating me out of life. This is very bad and all passgensers with old people and children have to get down before their destination. I was traumatized by his behaviour. This is very bad imperation on the govt and to transport department, people are boarding govt with belief that they are in safe hands but this makes peace to fear to board which will eventually result in decline of the transport commutation such behaviour need to addressed seriously. Kindly take action on the conductor and driver.

                      I'm kabilan rajendran from Pudukkottai-tamilnadu. Today i booked two tickets from Pudukkottai to Chennai (bus trip code: 2005PONCHEAC, departure time:21.05pm seat no:35w & 36A) in TNSTC portal through online transaction (G-pay). Payment has been debit from my account, but I didnt recieve message or mails regarding PNR number.

                      We reached Pudukkottai bus stand on-time and informed this issue to that bus conductor and checking counter staff. I checked the bus chart my name and co-passenger name mentioned in bus travel chart we showed our proof voter ID updated in website, but they didn't allow us to travel in that bus without PNR number. Hence, I kindly request TNSTC to refund my ticket fare payment charges

                        On 19.03.2023 Bus no 3174. Route from sathy to tiruppur Bus's conductor not given proper changes to many passengers. If we asked for a change he replied rudely and not given the changes. Please do take action on the careless conductor as soon as possible. I have attached the ticket of the Bus.

                              1) Tn 32 n4669 bus not stop at my location perunthuraipattu bus stop(Tiruvannamalai to kallakuruchi road),
                              2) even the driver has not on the rear green display light which the name shows from Tiruvannamalai to kallakuruchi, not even one time, i will try almost more than 20 times to stop bus, but the driver didn't consider, and
                              3) the driver also use Hans(gutka) during driving, i will see that one day caught the bus from other bus stand, kindly please clear my complaint and resolve it.

                                This is Abitha. Bus no: TN 58 N 2571
                                Journey : Periyar Nilaiyam to Thirumangalam. Incident date and time : March 18, 2023, 5.32 PM.
                                The bus conductor is very rude. One old lady bought a ticket for Mulakaranai she told him to stop the bus in Mulakaranai but he said the bus is crossed the stop. Then he stop the bus in Thirupparankundram. He also scold the old lady.
                                The conductor is wearing gold stud in his ear. Please do something for that. This incident is still rolling my mind. This was very bad journey.

                                  I have booked ticket in tnstc bus booking app on 18th March 2023 from Chennai to ooty the amount is 1870 rupees and the traveling date is 25th March 2023.While booking the ticket using Amazon pay UPI the amount deducted but there is no such transaction in tnstc app.The bank reference I'd for the transaction is[protected].

                                    I boarded chennai to salem bus started at 9:30 pm (17.03.2023) and reached Salem Bus stand at 5:15 am (Ticket No. 053125 & 071755). Ticket cost 305 but I gave 510 Rs. & got my 200 back, I palled to get my further balance Rs. 5 after I reach Salem Bus Stand. So, when I left the bus, I thought my bus conductor was using free men's urinary facility, so I waited for him and asked "anna yenakku innum 5nju ruba varanum" in a polite manner only, for that he suddenly replied with very offensive words and threatened like "kottaiya aruthuruvan, kannadi ( I'm wearing specs) maathi paathu vantaya, ne yenta ipdi kettathukku naan court la unna complaint pannalam " After I told him I am from this chennai bus, he told I'm from chidambaram bus, I said "sorry" Like 10 times, but he didn't even asked once, please take appropriate action and ensure this doesn't happen to anyone like me ever.

                                      I am Pavithran from Salem.This is Regarding the complaint against the bus conductor who is working in SETC.
                                      I had booked a ticket in SETC bus from Chennai to Salem.My departure place is Mahindra City and time is at 11.40 PM. But the bus was very very late to reach Mahindra City...So after that, i have called him two times.He didn't inform to me for that bus number changes...

                                      And also the bus details I have received is TN * TNSTC * PNR:T42373591, DOJ:24/03/2023, Vehicle No:TN01AN3238, Route No:422CLX.

                                      Important note:
                                      The bus which I got in Mahindra City is different Instead of bus no TN01AN3238.
                                      So after that, suddenly one bus came to my departure and it is named as Salem. I couldn't realise this is my bus. But I have a small doubt like It could have been my bus.After 3 or 4 mins I am getting close to the bus and asked to conductor "Am Pavithran..Is this my bus?..But bus number looking is totally different and why the number has been changed?". After the conductor hearing my words, he scolded to me in very bad words..He asked to me How long Should I wait for you?Then I replied, I have reached early to this place and also this is not my mistake. But he asked to me like this. So, his behaviour is totally wrong and very rude behaviour...Often he used Very worst Bad words.

                                        Bus no is : TN21N2043. JOURNEY ARAKONAM TO PUTTUR. BUT HE IS STOPED OUT OF PUTTUR BUT HE IS Charged 60/-. But I am requested to stop puttur location but he angry about me and wantedly dropped out of my stop it's 3 km before

                                        Ticket number is : 122888 plz consider this problem and warn him. My drop time is 1 : 22am...it's very bad experience
