I tried booking a ticket from Nagercoil to Chennai on April 1, 2023(01/04/2023) in TNSTC portal. The amount of Rs.750 was deducted from my account but The Portal shows as transaction failed. So kindly look into this complaint.

31/03/2023 my daughter was coming in bangalore-vellore bus alone.( Ambur depo bus). In vaniyambadi few thirunangaigal(Transgenders) torturing the passengers and my daughter was also asked to open the purse forcefully. Nobody help to save my daughter. I request you to ensure the safety of passengers from them.

Extremely rash driving, near Velachery. He just drove the bus like a two.wheeler which very dangerous for public like us. when we stopped the bus and asked why are you driving like this, the driver is very harsh in responding and talking in bad words.

Today I was traveling in a bus from gandhipuram to arivoli nagar at 7 pm . The number of the bus is Tn38n2948, the bus conductor misbehaved with every women in the bus while giving them the tickets, and the bus was driven in a over speed

On 30/3/2023, today by 9.30 from ecr kanathur toll gate to TN 01 N 2909 bus driver. Driving rashly towards thiruvanmiyur. When I stopped the bus asking for it he's shouting foul language and trying to follow me and calling me for fight and trying to hit me. And again in bus he's chasing me till akkarai. I'm govt staff working in bank so I'm hurry to office. Not able to take it further steps. So I'm lodging a complaint against this driver to make immediate action against him.

Good morning Sir / Mam,

First time I had a worst experience in TNSTC bus.First of all Teach your driver's some basic manners to handle customer.

I'm paying for my ride, I'm not travelling in free of cost.TN 01 AN 2590 driver behaves very harsh.Eventhough he is old man, why can't he treat customer in polite manner ?

Is there any rule or law that a experienced driver decides the place of destination of a customer ???
Kindly take severe action against him. Teach him some manners and basic sense.

Driver and conductor missbehaviour to me I have booked a setc from Chennai to krishnigari my pnr number was T42523814 and bus number TN01 AN3301 .In need ti go to dharmapuri due to my plan was changed the conductor did came inside the bus for collecting the ticket he called me to bus cabine .He told get out from the bus in the middle of the road.sine the time was 4.00 AM I was waiting for bus for 2 hours .pls take the action on the bus conductor and the driver on 29 mar 2023. conductor contact number [protected].

I am 59 year old ladey working as an accountant in a pvt compnay nearby sethumavaikkal selvapuram check post .On 27.02.2023 8.15 AM i have picker in S 2in ukkadam which bypassed through puttivikki route due to bridge construction and asked the conductor can you stop in selvapuram check post stop while getting ticket almost nearer to the stop the conductor asked me to tell the driver, when I asked the driver refused stating that this is not a bus stop even though i have requested twice he refused and atlast the bus was stopped in aathupalam only. I want to know is, if any busses was routed to another by pass they wont stop in those bus stops.

Sir/madam i am here to complain on 47A BUS which is travelling from thiruvanmiyur to villivakkam this route bus is taking more than one hour to reach the stopping. i can see now in chalo app that from thiruvanmiyur to villivakkam there is only two bus is running where is the rest of the bus i dont know why there is so much of delay in reaching the stopping. people are suffering for the delay due to the limited amount of 47A buses please take this complaint and proceed forword for severe action so that this will not happen in future.

Boarded in pondicherry(ticket no- "095369"(130) + "020278"(2) ). Dropped at thiruvanmyur. Before exiting bus, checked the bagged kept at the carrier above 2-person seat near the front door.
Bag details:
Color: full red
Bag name: Jos alukas
Content: Shirt, Pants, socks, innerwear, blue and white steel water bottle, wired earphone(black and yellow), mobile charger(white).

Side zip will contain 2 charging cables and a pair of keys.

Drop time: 9:30 - 9:45 am at thiruvanmyur on 27 March 2023.

Kindly contact if bag is available in the bus.

We are travelling in tnstc Ac bus TN 21 N-2173 from madhavaram to thirupathi. This so called AC bus is just for collecting ticket amount.. No proper AC facility. And this bus functioning like a town bus stopping in all places and picking passengers and dropping passengers in all town bus stops. driving is very poor and the conductor also very worst. Govt should take action against this. This is not feeling like an AC bus. and this bus shouldn't function like town bus

Hello sir/mam, I m from palangarai panchayat, tirupur district, here in village local bus services are very very less especially after free ticket announcement for women, people have to wait almost for an hour to get bus to go out anywhere and govt buses are not even following the regular timings, we are suffering a lot due to unavailability of buses, we are not asking for additional bus service instead if we get the current buses on regular timing would help, please please do the needful

I have travelled today Bus no TN 38N3567 around 3.40 from Don Bosco school, saravanampatti road, Coimbatore to Gandhinagar vellakinar. The bus conductor was rushing the passengers to get into the bus before we got in driver started the Bus...All are school students...when i was getting down with my 2 kids conductor forced me to get down fast and before get down conductor whistled and driver started the Bus... Since 1 1/2 years I am travelling...
