The timings of bus-17H/10W from Waverock to ECIL, during peak evening hours is very poor, not even a single bus approaching the Jubliee Hills Check post or Venkatagiri bus stop during 6:30PM to 8:00PM. Passengers who have obtained metro luxury bus passes are forced to travel in ordinary services due to non availability of metro luxury buses during evening hours particularly between 6:30PM and 8:00PM. Many passengers are complaining to the conductors and drivers about this problem, but there are not bothered and giving irrelevant answers. The bus services after 9:00 PM (approaching back to back 3 in a row) in this route are travelling with minimal passengers, thus leading to revenue loss to RTC. I, on behalf of whole passengers request you to please sort out this issue and request you to please provide sufficient metro luxury bus services in this route for safe and comfort of passengers. Also, there is severe ambiguity on the route of this bus (17H/10W -from Kondapur to ECIL). The Bus is supposed to travel along Jubliee hills check post (through Chirenjeevi eye and blood bank), but due to metro rail construction works in the city the bus is taking different route, thus, bypassing Jubliee hills check post bus stop and approaching Venkatagiri bus stop(next stop of Jubliee Hills bus stop) directly.So, passengers who are supposed to board this service near Jubliee hills check post are unaware of this route leading to confusion and missing this bus service. For last 1 week, the bus is taking another route, travelling through Panjagutta (which is totally new route) while the same bus travelling form ECIL to Kondapur(return journey) is sticking to old route. There is no clear idea to passengers about the route of this bus. Neither the driver nor the conductor giving us proper instructions regarding the route and timings of this bus service.They(conductors) are replying as"some buses will approach Vekatagiri and some buses will travel through Panjagutta" .So, the Passengers of Jubliee hills check post bus stop are totally unaware of the bus stop. They are travelling in ordinary service because of this confusion even though they have obtained bus passes. In above regards, I request you to please look into the matter and give the passengers proper instructions and service regarding metro luxury buses. I once again request you to increase the bus service during evening hours so that passengers can utilize this service which further lead to increase in revenue for RTC.

    Hi Sir/Madam, I am highly disappointed with the maintenance on the bus when am travelling. I got bitten by the some poisonous insects inside the bus seat and could bear the pain caused and the dust inside the bus caused me breathing trouble. Please take a proper action on this issue. This bus is from Kanyakuamari depot and the bus number is TN01 N5347.

    At least maintenance should be done once a week. This will affect the passengers, People are facing this issue daily and the sad part is they don't even know where to complaint. Please take some quick action on this.

        Dear management, I travelled to kumbakonam from koyambedu in TNSTC Super deluxe bus on 19th june 2015 at night. They charged me Rs. 200. But when I returned back to tambaram from kumbakonam on 21 june 2015 at night, the conductor gave me a ticket for Rs.210. The fare should be less than 200 as I am getting down in tambaram. But they charged me 210. This is not happening for me first time. I had seenbthis issue many times. Please let me know why there is no fixed bus fare. This is the problem for all the passengers travelling in TNSTC and no action was taken so far. I request you to take necessary action regarding this issue. Thank you.

            Sir, I travelled in the bus with register no TN 01 N 4844 from vellore to koyambedu bus stand, chennai on 16.06.2015 .conductor's name is senthil(employe code : 40383) and the driver's name is arul[protected].The time of travel is (boarding time )2 pm at vellore bus stand. I have encountered two major problems while travelling 1.) a/c was not working properly & the a/c vent is directly above head, which blows air on the head at a very close range, which is really inconvenient to travel, I have spent ₹160 which is not worth at all . The service and quality of travel is more worst than I can put forth to you . 2.) The important matter is that ticket issued by the conductor is reflecting some other register no TN 23 N 2026, but the bus I am travelling bearing vehicle no is TN 01 N 4844. This is strictly unacceptable . Kindly take required action to sort it out in time .conductor didnt give a proper explanation.This kind of non performance and negligence of duty is highly condemnable .i request you to take proper action & reply the action taken.

              Bus no- TN 01 N 4844 NUMBER PRINTED IN TICKET ISSUED -TN 23 N 2026 The bus number TN 23 N 2026 is printed in the ticket issued by conductor Mr. Senthil Kumar in the air conditioned Government bus running between Vellore and Chennai on[protected] where as the real bus number is TN 01 N 4844. The ac facility in the bus is worst. When we asked the conducter in the bus he did not give proper explanations to the passengers of the bus.We identified that the number printed in the ticket differs from the bus's real number when we tried to book complaint with the tickets issued to us. Kindly look into this issue. The ticket fare charged (Rs.160) is insane and unfair for the poor transport service provide. Conductor Name: Senthil Kumar Conductor Employee number: 70939 Driver Name: Arul Driver employee number:40359 We also have the video footage of the conductor's irresponsible reply to the passengers. I will send that too.

                I usually be travelling between Mettur and Dharmapuri. I am always facing problem like on friday night I will never get bus to Mettur and I have to wait for more than 1 hr or 1 hr 30 mins. I find buses very rarely around 8.00pm to 10.30 pm. Mostly only one bus depart to Mettur at this time range. If we inquire about this to the available TNSTC supervisors, they would respond in a offensive manner or they will tell 'Bus vandhathan!'. This is not happening in recent time it is happening for months and years. If it is special occasion then thats all, we have to wait for atleast 2 hrs for single bus and that too they will tell only people going to Mettur should get in and it will not stop between Thoppur and Mecheri. As most of them waiting for Mettur are farmers, these TNSTC staffs treat them very badly and they too try to beg them to stop in some place, but no courtesy. There will be so many Mettur buses come from Mettur to Dharmapuri, they will redirect them to Salem, even if there are so many people eagerly waiting for Mettur. I have lot of issues to report here like, few of the mare, 1. No proper timing for buses to Mettur and Dharmapuri 2. Conductors unethical offensive behavior 3. Not stopping buses in all/passengers needed bus stop Also on Sunday morning, from Mettur to Dharmapuri, there is no bus till 5.30am. It is really too much as previously they use to operate on bus from Erode to Dharmapuri via Mettur around 2.30am in Mettur, but now a days this bus is not at all coming, Another bus around 3.45am departs from Mettur, that bus is also not coming in these days. Another bus starts arounf 5.00am from Mettur, this bus is the first bus to Dharmapuri from Mettur. Please look into this issue, really this annoys many of them who are traveling for some business purpose, work related, marriage, etc. As a whole I just want you to monitor how buses are being run between Mettur and Dharamapuri.

                  EXPRESS BUS FARE FROM TRICHY TO KUMBAKONAM

                  Respected Sir/ Madam, I am residing in BHEL township area and my native place is located in Kumbakonam. I am regularly visiting to my native place in every week and used to travel by bus. Most of the time TNSTC buses or some times private buses.                     Govt A/C Bus not available from chennai to trichy and trichy to chennai . In sundays the private bus people sold the tickets very high amount .previously GOVT A/C bus ticket only 300 rupees but private bus ticket selling now above 900 rupees in trichy . There is no proper billing also . kindly take a action to reduce the rate from private sector .

                      Ticket Balance not Given

                      Yesterday evening I have travelled from Madurai to Chennai in TNSTC-MADURAI (TN 58 N 2146) bus. The Ticket charge was Rs. 280 and I gave Rs. 300 to the conductor. But he didn't give me the balance of Rs. 20 in-spite of reminding two times. He didn't care to give the balance while getting down at the stop (At Guduvanchery bus stop) when I asked again for the balance, he didn't provide my balance and also he ignored my words.                           Respected sir, Am writing this email to you while am in the bangalore chennai bus. Surely not sleeping in the bus with the red rashes and lumps in hands, done by the bed bugs. I'm not satisfied with the service of tnstc mainly on the maintenance part of the buses. I am using the chennai, trichy - bangalore services regularly. To explain in brief about the maintenance, 1. Bed bugs, 2. Seat is not comfortable to travel, 3.windows. If I want to travel in ksrtc or in any private sector buses I need to pay a amount which is slightly higher. For example bangalore to chennai is 489 rupees in ksrtc . In tnstc it's 360 rupees. I don't think this 130 rs. Makes the better interior and well maintained buses. And I also want to highlight this point as I have to pay for my 3 year kid a half ticket. I don't think so that my kid is enjoying the seat or comfortable journey in the bus except sleeping in my lap. In many transports they charge only if the child is above particular height or above 5 or 6 years. Kindly consider if possible and kindly take action. As a common man I can write a mail and inform you about the services. But as to continue the services for a longer period transport corporation has the authority. And the email address provided in site is not working. I attached the snap for your reference. And my humble request is, please conduct a survey about tnstc bus services comparing others.                             Dear sir/ madam Registering complain against conductor of bus from sivagangai to Madurai timing 8.45pm from sivagangai. I have taken ticket from sivagangai to Madurai 27rd paid him 100rs as I was busy on phone and tierd I forgot to ask for balance ..as soon as it reached mattuthavani I asked for balance but conductor was not willing to give and started arguing with me..Even driver started shouting at me .. I requested conductor to tally his cash fro any difference butThe was adamant and not willing to do so saying he will be only tallying in the morning ..I have noted the bus number attached for reference .                             நான் திருச்சி மாவட்டம் பெட்டவாய்த்தலை, எனது பெயர் குமரவேல் நான் 12.7.2017 அன்று சுமார் 2.40 மணிக்கு, பேருந்து எண்:தநா.68, நா 0590, திருச்சியில் இருந்து கருர் செல்லவதற்க்கு திருச்சி சத்திரம் பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் திருச்சியிலிருந்து ஈரோடு சத்தியமங்கமலம் பேருந்தில் ஏறினேன் அந்த பேருந்தில் அன்று பணியில் இருந்த நடத்துனர் பேருந்து காலியாக இருந்த இருக்கையில் அமர்ந்த கணவன், மனைவி, குழைந்தைகள் உள்பட உள்ள குழந்தைகளையும் தரைகுறைவான வார்த்தைகலால் அவர்களை திட்டி இரக்கினார்!!!.ஏன் என்று கேட்டதிற்க்கு எங்களிடமும் மரியாதை குறைவாக திட்டினார் !!! சிரியவர், பெரியவர், பெண்கள் என்று பார்க்காமல் தரை குறைவாக நடந்து கொண்டார், தரை குறைவாக பேசினார் அதற்க்கு காரணம் நடத்துனர் உறவினற்களுக்கு நடத்துனர், இருக்கை ஒதுக்கி வைத்தருந்த சீட்டில் அந்த குடும்பத்தார் உக்கார்ந்தது தான்!!! அரசு பேருந்து நடத்துனர் எண்ணமோ பேருந்தின் உரிமையாளர் போல் இவர் சொந்த பந்தங்களுக்கு இருக்கை வசதி செய்து கொடுத்தது இல்லாமல் சக பயணிகளிடம் தகாத வார்த்தைகளால் மரியாதை குறவாக பேசி பேருந்தை விட்டு இரக்கியதற்க்கு???ஞாயம் கேட்டவர்களையும் தரைக்குறைவாக பேசினார்???நாங்கள் உயர் அதிகாரியிடம் முறையிடுவோம் என்று கூறியதற்க்கு அவர் நீ எவன்கிட்ட வேனும் னாலும் சொல்லிக்கோ!!!வேண்டும் என்றால் போக்குவரத்து துறை அமைச்சரிடம் சொல்லு நான் பார்த்து கொள்கிறேன் என்கிறார்!!! ஒரு அரசாங்க பணியில் உள்ள சாதாரண நடத்துனர் உயர் அதிகாரிக்கும் மற்றும் அமைச்சரக்கும் பயமில்லாமல் பேசி மக்களின் பணத்தில் சம்பளம் வாங்கி மக்களை மதிக்காத நடத்துனருக்கு என்ன தண்டனை?????இவரை போல் உள்எ நடத்துனரை என்ன பன்னலாம்???சட்டத்தை மதிக்கும் நாங்கள் நினைத்திருந்தால் அந்த நடத்துனரை என்ன வேண்டுமென்றால் பன்னியிருப்போம்???அதனால் தான் இங்கு முரையிட்டோம்!!!நீங்களும் துறை ரீதியிலான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவில்லை என்றால் அமைச்சரிடம் முறையிடுவோம் ???அப்படியும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவில்லை என்றால் போக்குவரத்து துறை மீது திருச்சி நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடருவோம் .பேருந்தில் வந்த எனது ஊர் காரர்களையும், அருகில் உள்ள ஊர் காரர்களையும் சேர்த்து வழக்கு தொடருவோம்!!!அனைவரிடமும் கையெழுத்து வாங்கிய மனு உள்ளது.தக்க அதாரத்துடன் உள்ளோம்!!!

                              The Root From Vellore Bagayam, via Kangeyanallore to Katpadi Railway station. ( 1G and 2G buses ): Here at Kangeyanallore, the root bus 1G and 2G service is very poor. The bus timing also not according to the public service timings. The buses at a time 3 to 4 buses go to Katpadi railway station and after 4 to 5 hours some buses one after one 2 to 3 buses go to bagayam. Also they stop the buses at the house, next to my house, No.2, 24th East Cross Road, Gandhinagar, Vellore 6, near Auxilium and chit chat with the person Sundramoorthy, who says he was a conductor. I never seen him in the conductor uniform here at my house area, but I seen him once, issuing tickets at Coimbedu outstation bus terminal to vellore passengers in conductor uniform, when I come from chennai to vellore regularly on weekends. He creates huge problem to me, may be this also one reason. His house residents entered my house for attacking me, when I complained to POLICE he cleared the issues by making Chennai POLICE speaking to the local POLICE. I mailed this to Vellore SP, made phone call on 16th May and even I met DSP Katpadi on this issue. He makes phone call to my mother, giving false information on me to bring chaos within family. He misuses POLICE name for the complaints on me. Even some chennai and Bangalore buses Tamil Nadu as well as Bangalore, Karnataka bus 444 passes this way ( passing my house ).

                                sir i am already given complained Chief minster cel reg town bus Route No 38A can not run proper time daily run 8 single from state bank colony to ukkadam / townhall / selvapuram Air bus in this bus came 11 am single after that came 1.20 pm state bank colony but more then seven month cannot run proper time after 2pm some days run some days cannot run and then 38A express TN38N 1382 this bus not appoint permanent driver only one driver operate reguraly opposite driver not oppiont reguraly so this bus also cannot run proper time i am give complain and ukkadam branch also no body cannot take action reguraly i am cal ukkadam branch this no[protected] bus cannot run take action he told bus run simply otherwise traffic jam he told but this is not reson in this route not appoint regular driver other buses 27A, 87, 83A, S9D, 62 all other buses run correct time or late run but 38a cannot run 1.30PM AND 2.15PM in this time no buses in this route going to town so more pepoele waiting kindly take action

                                  I have tried two times to book through online from Nagercoil to chennai on 30.05.2015 but deducted money from credit card which is not booked then i went to resrvation center and booked. I have travelled nagercoil to chennai 198UD on 31.05.2015 at 3.00 PM, It looks worst condition compare than other state bus, Seat back side dont have cover for all seat and we can see the internal part of seat, Raining water is coming inside of buses, No mirror in both sides that bus got accidedent left front side got damaged completly, Brake not working, TV is not working condition, Pushback seat is not working condition. Tamilnadu state buses are not maintenance properly, How RTO approved which is not maintenance teared seat, no mriror in both sides, Pushback is not woking, TV is not working condition, Brake system is not working. Do we have fund for Bus maintenance? or Is Tamilnadu transportation is running losses? or Who is eating our fund amount? or what Tamilnadu transportation head is doing?
