We are travel in TN38 N 2035 at 9am on 02.07.15 Conductor Name - Mr. Su.Selvaraj, he spoked very harshly to passengers and also use very vulgur bad words because of they are not bring change. We have one doubt only bus fare charge Rs.9/- we give Rs.10/- how we bring change for this fare. We request you to behave your staff friendly.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring notice that i am faced the problem in the TNSTC-COIMBATORE bus route NO 5 somanur-tiruppur TN 38 N 3015 bus(express).me and my father was boarded at mangalam 6:03 to tirupur railway station stop(town hall)6:23, Mr.SINRAJ who was the conductor of the bus he was gave 9.00 rupees ticket instead of 8.00 rupees to us ticket no is 57899 and 57900, me and my dad asked about it why your given this ticket we used this bus regularly but you cheat us, then his replied was not good manner, his words are too bad and he told that wherever you may complaint against me, you can not do anything then it's incident cheated and hurt my father and me.so please you have to punish him by law. this should not happen again for any of the passengers.

      Dear Deputy Manager (Commercial), We are facing frequent issues with SETC buses while travelling from Coimbatore to Bangalore, since the employees are droping us in the middle of travel near to Hosur and asking us to change the Bus. And the employees in the bus that we take on second bus treat us like some unpaid persons for the tickets. So I request you to please check it futher, as there is no maintainence of Bus seats also. 3 complaints are: 1. Frequent change in Bus from Coimbatore to Bangalore near Hosur spoils our travel sleep and makes our mondays work Horrible 2. Treatment with 2 bus employees that we change is worst he treats us like Unpaid person for the ticket 3. Seat are horrible with Bedbugs and most of the seat are not repaired properly.         Sir, we are not able to book a query through mail to TNSTC.when i sen a mail it Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: [protected]@tnstc.in is shown the following details only i want get clarification I am a person with disability living in villupuram. Last weak i planed to go to bangalore for that i tried to book a return ticket i.e bangalore to pondicherry. while i try in online i cant book a ticket under PWD discount. Announced by state government of tamilnadu. Then i myself went villupuram SETC booking counter to book a ticket.the Staff in that office told to me we are not book any ticket here.we give that online booking facility to some browsing center near to the office in bus stand.while went that browsing center they also not able to book in PWD quota.then planned to book a ticket in bangalore Shantinagar counter.there by giving RS1/- i get a form to book a ticket.After complete the form i give to counter staff they also told that we can't book a ticket under PWD Discount.it is very disappoint for me that government of tamilnadu give some scheme to the PWD.but why we are not able to get those benefits from state owned corporation.           I book my bus ticket from chennai to tiruppur on 03.07.2015 at 20.45 bus. Due to heavy traffic we cant make it to the bus stand on time. So we cant able travel. I request you to refund the amount. Here i attached the ticket i had booked.

          I booked my bus ticket from Ooty to nagercoil on 07.04.2016 at 05.30pm bus. Due to heavy traffic i could able to reach the ATC bus stand at 5.25pm.But the Bus didnt wait for me and it went before 5.25pm...So I cant able to travel in bus. So I Kindly request you to refund the amount. Hereby i have attached the eticket which i had booked.

            Giving a wrong ticket. I was traveling from pondy to kalpakkam which cost only 60 but he gave m a ticket 80rs with which i can even travel til kovalam he was not ready to change the ticket or not even return the money. The driver was also talking in mobile and was driving. It's not just for 20rs. A frequent traveler like me i know the rate but for unknown people if he gave the they would have not known he gave the wrong ticket

              Date: 29/06/2015 (9.00 P.M) client Number [protected] Bus No : TN 25 N route: thiruvannamalai to Bangalore (uthangarai) Description : In thiruvannamalai Bus stand i was waiting with my family member for bus. I got a Bangalore Bus i ask the conductor we want to go to uthangarai. he told only bangloare Passengers were allowed to get in the bus. More than 30 - 35 seat are free so only i asked but he didnt allowed into the bus and than i ask what is the reason and what is ur name tell sir. But he suddenly told who are u and y u asking name and u are not a my head office like that he told. and he didnt learn how to behave with the passengers. Regarding this U people take action sir . This a biggest request.

                I was about to start from thiruvannamalai to cuddalore at 8.30 pm on 28/06/15. I saw a bus to chidambaram which can go till panruti and get diverted. I asked that bus conductor who said a bus to cuddalore will come which start at 9pm. I ve waited until 9.30 pm as no cuddalore bus came. So I have to opt for that chidambaram bus which can go till panruti. It started at 9.30 pm and left us at panruti at 11.40 pm. Till then I am waiting for more than 1 hour as no bus to cuddalore from any route came. Usually bus which start from salem to cuddalore will be available during midnight. With that confidence we are waiting. But only 40-50 buses to chennai from tanjore kumbakonam and neyveli came via that route. Those buses wont go to cuddalore. Even if buses to cuddalore from salem start by 8pm, they would have come to panruti. So I contacted the customer care of salem. But they didnt attend the phone. Then via net I have got tnstc complaint no. this forum number. they attended the call and cut it immediately. Why the government is maintaining this tnstc phones? I dont know. pls cut those connections. I will surely go for RTI as I have evidence of calling for those two numbers. also this sunday night is a muhurtham where many marriages take place. I am writing these complaints in full frustration. I ll definetely not leave until I take action...

                  Dear Sir/Madam, Last Tuesday night (23/06/2015 - 9.30PM) I was travelled Chennai to Udayarpalayam to my wife through TNSTC ordinary bus. The vehicle id is TN-45 N-2976.The driver continuously hearing the songs with full volume from Chennai to Udayarpalayam, the total distance will be around 275km. Pl note it down all songs are adults only. I have requested conductor to reduce the volume sir, we can’t sit there and also many lady passengers are there, at least Please change the songs and reduce the volume. I have requested 2 or 3 times, but he replied very rubbish talk. Not even ready to hear my voice. After that he was increase the volume further more. Then, again he replied, if you want, you get down the bus or go to private bus. Why you are coming to Govt transport??? And he told, if you want to complaint anywhere??? Do it... Nobody doing nothing for us... So we both reached my native with complete mental irritation. The next day we both got severe head ache and fever. I request you to take severe action both Driver and Conductor. They not even are treating like us the human. For reference, here I enclosed some vehicle photo graphs of tap recorder..                     The timings of bus-17H/10W from Waverock to ECIL, during peak evening hours is very poor, not even a single bus approaching the Jubliee Hills Check post or Venkatagiri bus stop during 6:30PM to 8:00PM. Passengers who have obtained metro luxury bus passes are forced to travel in ordinary services due to non availability of metro luxury buses during evening hours particularly between 6:30PM and 8:00PM. Many passengers are complaining to the conductors and drivers about this problem, but there are not bothered and giving irrelevant answers. The bus services after 9:00 PM (approaching back to back 3 in a row) in this route are travelling with minimal passengers, thus leading to revenue loss to RTC. I, on behalf of whole passengers request you to please sort out this issue and request you to please provide sufficient metro luxury bus services in this route for safe and comfort of passengers. Also, there is severe ambiguity on the route of this bus (17H/10W -from Kondapur to ECIL). The Bus is supposed to travel along Jubliee hills check post (through Chirenjeevi eye and blood bank), but due to metro rail construction works in the city the bus is taking different route, thus, bypassing Jubliee hills check post bus stop and approaching Venkatagiri bus stop(next stop of Jubliee Hills bus stop) directly.So, passengers who are supposed to board this service near Jubliee hills check post are unaware of this route leading to confusion and missing this bus service. For last 1 week, the bus is taking another route, travelling through Panjagutta (which is totally new route) while the same bus travelling form ECIL to Kondapur(return journey) is sticking to old route. There is no clear idea to passengers about the route of this bus. Neither the driver nor the conductor giving us proper instructions regarding the route and timings of this bus service.They(conductors) are replying as"some buses will approach Vekatagiri and some buses will travel through Panjagutta" .So, the Passengers of Jubliee hills check post bus stop are totally unaware of the bus stop. They are travelling in ordinary service because of this confusion even though they have obtained bus passes. In above regards, I request you to please look into the matter and give the passengers proper instructions and service regarding metro luxury buses. I once again request you to increase the bus service during evening hours so that passengers can utilize this service which further lead to increase in revenue for RTC.

                      Hi Sir/Madam, I am highly disappointed with the maintenance on the bus when am travelling. I got bitten by the some poisonous insects inside the bus seat and could bear the pain caused and the dust inside the bus caused me breathing trouble. Please take a proper action on this issue. This bus is from Kanyakuamari depot and the bus number is TN01 N5347.

                          Dear management, I travelled to kumbakonam from koyambedu in TNSTC Super deluxe bus on 19th june 2015 at night. They charged me Rs. 200. But when I returned back to tambaram from kumbakonam on 21 june 2015 at night, the conductor gave me a ticket for Rs.210. The fare should be less than 200 as I am getting down in tambaram. But they charged me 210. This is not happening for me first time. I had seenbthis issue many times. Please let me know why there is no fixed bus fare. This is the problem for all the passengers travelling in TNSTC and no action was taken so far. I request you to take necessary action regarding this issue. Thank you.

                              Sir, I travelled in the bus with register no TN 01 N 4844 from vellore to koyambedu bus stand, chennai on 16.06.2015 .conductor's name is senthil(employe code : 40383) and the driver's name is arul[protected].The time of travel is (boarding time )2 pm at vellore bus stand. I have encountered two major problems while travelling 1.) a/c was not working properly & the a/c vent is directly above head, which blows air on the head at a very close range, which is really inconvenient to travel, I have spent ₹160 which is not worth at all . The service and quality of travel is more worst than I can put forth to you . 2.) The important matter is that ticket issued by the conductor is reflecting some other register no TN 23 N 2026, but the bus I am travelling bearing vehicle no is TN 01 N 4844. This is strictly unacceptable . Kindly take required action to sort it out in time .conductor didnt give a proper explanation.This kind of non performance and negligence of duty is highly condemnable .i request you to take proper action & reply the action taken.

                                Bus no- TN 01 N 4844 NUMBER PRINTED IN TICKET ISSUED -TN 23 N 2026 The bus number TN 23 N 2026 is printed in the ticket issued by conductor Mr. Senthil Kumar in the air conditioned Government bus running between Vellore and Chennai on[protected] where as the real bus number is TN 01 N 4844. The ac facility in the bus is worst. When we asked the conducter in the bus he did not give proper explanations to the passengers of the bus.We identified that the number printed in the ticket differs from the bus's real number when we tried to book complaint with the tickets issued to us. Kindly look into this issue. The ticket fare charged (Rs.160) is insane and unfair for the poor transport service provide. Conductor Name: Senthil Kumar Conductor Employee number: 70939 Driver Name: Arul Driver employee number:40359 We also have the video footage of the conductor's irresponsible reply to the passengers. I will send that too.

                                  I usually be travelling between Mettur and Dharmapuri. I am always facing problem like on friday night I will never get bus to Mettur and I have to wait for more than 1 hr or 1 hr 30 mins. I find buses very rarely around 8.00pm to 10.30 pm. Mostly only one bus depart to Mettur at this time range. If we inquire about this to the available TNSTC supervisors, they would respond in a offensive manner or they will tell 'Bus vandhathan!'. This is not happening in recent time it is happening for months and years. If it is special occasion then thats all, we have to wait for atleast 2 hrs for single bus and that too they will tell only people going to Mettur should get in and it will not stop between Thoppur and Mecheri. As most of them waiting for Mettur are farmers, these TNSTC staffs treat them very badly and they too try to beg them to stop in some place, but no courtesy. There will be so many Mettur buses come from Mettur to Dharmapuri, they will redirect them to Salem, even if there are so many people eagerly waiting for Mettur. I have lot of issues to report here like, few of the mare, 1. No proper timing for buses to Mettur and Dharmapuri 2. Conductors unethical offensive behavior 3. Not stopping buses in all/passengers needed bus stop Also on Sunday morning, from Mettur to Dharmapuri, there is no bus till 5.30am. It is really too much as previously they use to operate on bus from Erode to Dharmapuri via Mettur around 2.30am in Mettur, but now a days this bus is not at all coming, Another bus around 3.45am departs from Mettur, that bus is also not coming in these days. Another bus starts arounf 5.00am from Mettur, this bus is the first bus to Dharmapuri from Mettur. Please look into this issue, really this annoys many of them who are traveling for some business purpose, work related, marriage, etc. As a whole I just want you to monitor how buses are being run between Mettur and Dharamapuri.

                                    Respected Sir/ Madam, I am residing in BHEL township area and my native place is located in Kumbakonam. I am regularly visiting to my native place in every week and used to travel by bus. Most of the time TNSTC buses or some times private buses.                                     Hello Team, Yesterday[protected], Our family travelled AmmaPettai to Needamangalam via Route Number 7A at 9.00Pm. Actually our need to go Needamangalam Railway station Stop, But he returned the bus in Annaselai. While we asking the operators they are saying we intimated before itself, Actually thery were not intimated us.                                       Govt A/C Bus not available from chennai to trichy and trichy to chennai . In sundays the private bus people sold the tickets very high amount .previously GOVT A/C bus ticket only 300 rupees but private bus ticket selling now above 900 rupees in trichy . There is no proper billing also . kindly take a action to reduce the rate from private sector .
