I was waiting in hosur bus stand @ 9pm on 16th May 2015 for the ordinary service bangalore to palani. I was suppose to reach palani. The bus had occupied with 2 passengers in 3 seats. I asked conductor to vacant 2 seats because I was with my wife and 2 yrs old kid. That conductor replied that you guys can't sit like couple. You need to sit each in different seats. This is the way the transport employees are working. Has he do the same thing for his family while travelling. I am going to take a legal action against the conductor.

Dt.[protected] cell: [protected] Sub: Complaint against the Attrocieous behaviour of the Conductor in Bus belonging to Oru Irrikkai Panimani – Depot – travelling from Kanchi to Tiruttani – reg. Sir/ Madam, I am resident of Vadaseri Village in the above stated residential address. I am a priest in the local temple here. I state that I had a owe to go to Tirumala Hills for the darshan of Lord Venkateswara and in order to reach Tirumala, I reached Kanchipuram and boarded Bus. I purchased ticket no.477297 to reach Tiruttani. Since it is early in the morning, I was a little bit sleepy when the bus reached the outskirts of Tiruttani. The bus conductor suddenly woke me up from the seat and asked to show the ticket. When I was trying to show the ticket from my pocket, the bus driver took my luggage bag and did throw it out of the window and pushed me out of the bus. I was shocked and rushed to get down the bus to collect my luggage lying by the side of the road. The Driver and the bus conductor turned deaf ears and proceeded without caring about me. I left my other bag in the bus, which contains my regular medicines, torchlight, some cash and a pair of clothes. I like to bring this to your notice, not for my lost belongings. It is my sincere request to check this type of atrocious behaviour of either the driver or the bus conductor on a senior citizen like me. I am deeply agonised to get treated in this manner by a public servant, while i am legally travelling with a valid ticket. -2- I am also enclosing the Xerox copy of the ticket to aid you in searching the conductor, who is responsible for this incident. I can identify the conductor who misbehaved and assualted me without the least and minimum manners. I hereby complain by way of this letter, against the conductor for the loss of bag, money and other belonging and also for the atrocious and rude behaviour, which is illegal and unlawful in the eye of law. I request you to immediately take action against the said conductor and I am ready to appear before any appropriate forum for giving any evidence or to identify him.       This is Sasikala Rajendran, used to travel daily from kumbakonam to bharatidasan university. on 13th may 2015, when i was travelled from trichy central busstand to bharathidasan unioversity the bus conductor was vry rude in asking for the change. Actually for bharathidasan university ticket rate is 11rs. But i didnt have one rupee change.so i have given 12 rupee ..but he refused to give the change. and also used very harsh words against me. This is not fair. even if they said me politely or normally that he does nt have change that time i could not bother about it..but he was really rude in that and his expressions an all really hurting ..please take action against such kind of conductor.           Traffic rules are not followed by most of the *TNSTC* drivers near Mahindra city, Chengalpet Tamil Nadu. Attached picture is taken on[protected] @ 6 PM at Mahindra City Junction, GST Road, Chengelpet, Tamil Nadu. The driver deliberately crossed the white line and threatened pedestrians including me. This is occurring everyday. There is a signal at MCITY junction, most people don't wait for green signal. Especially *TNSTC* drivers. For your note, a *'TNSTC'* driver ran over a scootarist six months ago in the same place. I Request you to advise your employees to follow traffic rules. It would be a shame if a government employee didn't follow rules made by the government.

            the 102 route bus going from chennai to vellore TN 23 - 2371. It runs through sunguvarchatram. This particular conductor in today's route in this bus which reaches kumAnanchavadi by 9:05 always refuses to pick up sunguvarchatram passengers. Sunguvarchatram is a place in SIPCOT sriperumbudur belt with 4 nationalized banks post office registrar office and other government offices . Moreover it is a place where people from in and around 26 villages take bus to various places . We condemn the action of the conductor. Severe action may please be taken on him and communicated .             The date appears as 5th May. But today is 6th May and my complaint is on the bus conductor in this bus in the route 102 on 6th may.

              Date: 04-May-15, Time: 7:20 am, Place Tricy chennai bypass opposit of SRM universiy Potheri. Chennai. Today morning i driven my car on Tricy- Chennai bypass towards chengalpet. There was a road traffic and all vehicles stopped. My car also stopped in-front of the TNSTC deluxe bus TN 68 N 0659. Suddenly i felt shake with terrible sound.I tried to move my car but i not able to move.TNSTC bus front bumper compressed on my car rear wheel. Driver hit my stopped car. I call driver to see the accident, But the irresponsible driver not even listen my words. I refused to get down.I captured that incident in my mobile. The irresponsible driver refused to show his face. Such kind of irresponsible driver should be punished and he he should realised on his fault. I hope it will be happened with honest way.                 I'm entirely dissatisfied with the behaviour of the bus conductor in my travel today between RAMNAD to BANGALORE..! I booked 4 tickets online, and made payment online.. One of the 4 members is a 12year old child, the conductor asked more money for the kid, because it's mentioned child in the ticket..! As you would be aware of your system, in online booking, it automatically takes the age and calculates the charges accordingly.. When we conveyed the same, the driver started behaving inappropriate, , by shouting and using indecent words..! Soo embarrassing..! Hence we ended up paying again for half ticket..! Very disappointing, it seems private buses at least behave much better, though the cost is little higher..!

                  Bus no. TN 45 N 3008 Hi Sir/Mam, Today (04.05.2015) i was riding bike with mu mother from dindugal highway this bus is also same dirction...it has more space on the road ... when we reach Ramji nager the bus driver was uncontrol driving so at that place many two wheeler rider schold driver. My bike gone from the road and down from bike.. again i over take bus and asked the bus driver he laughing... just he didnot asked sorry.. no guranttee to the travel bus byt bike on the road.dueto wrost driver ...i hope you to warning or any action to that person

                    Date :[protected] Vehile No : TN 01 N 7774 / MDU 8462 / SETC Route : Bangalore - Madurai Sir, I am Kannan i am travelling frequently from bangalore to salem and vice versa. On that day i boarded the bus on[protected] nearly 9:30 PM at bommanahalli bangalore. Once the Bus reached hosur they stopped the bus in hosur bus stand for more than 15 minutes. In between when i asked driver why we are waiting more than 10 minutes in hosur busstand even the bus service is bypasss rider then he replied that no need to answer your questions and we will not tell all the timings and reasons for waiting to passengers and this is none of your business. then the bus conductor replied to me saying as per the order we need to wait in Hosur Bus stand if we have free seats and top of that the bus stopped for food (only for driver conductor) more than 10 minutes at krishnagiri. I felt really bad with driver behaviour. He treated the passenger like at work. Driver does not have responsibility to answer about passenger question's ? Is there any rule to wait if the bus has free seats ? what are the benefits to avail SETC ? Please reach me if you have answer for my questions. Regards Kannan ([protected]@fgmail.com)

                      Hi, I have booked my ticket on online for the date 01/05/2015 from Hosur to Madurai, but when i went to Hosur at 7 in the morning, i was shocked to hear that service of the semi deluxe bus which i booked has stopped its services one month ago and it was still in online for booking.I was really disappointed and i had no choice than to travel in other buses where i was standing for 5 hours in a bus which went to salem, then i took a bus to madurai.I kindly request the department to take necessary actions to refund the amount for me & also the other people who booked that bus & also that online booking service for that semi deluxe bus, which is affecting many people.                           Dear Sir/Madam- This is to keep you appraised about the malfunctioning of air conditioner in Volvo bus which services from Chennai to vellore. Travelled date-today 2-may-15, start time 12pm, TN 01N 7729, Due to inefficiency of AC, and sweltering heat outside, breathing is becoming a problem sitting inside with all the door's completely closed. This doesn't serve the need of paying 160Rs/- to travel from Chennai to vellore. Would like to highlight, the way conductor acted before the bus taking off from platform. "AC will not work properly, and don't expect for cooling effect, complaints would not be encouraged" then started immediately. But the same conductor managed to full the seats by the Volvo AC logo, which shouldn't have been done. On self and public interet when I asked him to complain it to necessary authorities instead of giving such subtle announcements before taking off, he reacted its not his duty to do it, and we public has to do it. Hence writing this to appropriate authorities to have frequent checks on AC's and other requirements for a comfortable journey as per standards and safety. Would request your reply on this mail and further course of action. Thanks.

                          Hi All- Your views and comments pls.
                          I also faced the same problem.
                          After getting into the bus, the conductor said A/C cooling is low. Don't Complain afterwards.
                          I said it is alright. The bus got full and left koyambedu.
                          Only then we realised, the A/C was not working completely. Only the front 2 seats A/C were working.
                          If ordinary buses, we can open the window. Here we cant do that too.
                          The heat was not the problem. The problem was suffocation due to absence of air circulation.
                          The conductor was blaming on the management and he told us not to complain to the depot or he will be in trouble.

                            Hi, Myself is JUSTIN G, PNR No. T10555251 and my seat no is 32. Yesterday I travelled in the AIR CONDITIONED bus from Chennai to nagercoil vadacherry ( Route No : 198AC ) but the A/C has stopped working before we reach trichy. Then they tried to make function the A/C but they couldn’t and they took the vehicle to the depot, there also no use and finally they opened the top door to make us cool. That’s how our journey ended upto nagercoil. All the passengers were very very dissatisfied about the journey including myself. For this kind of long journey if the A/C is not working means what we will do? Any arrangement of another bus is also not done. For your reference the bus no is (TN 74 N 1108) also I have attached my ticket details for your notice. Anyway I am going to raise the complaint against this one in consumer forum.                               Today (May 1, 2015), with family, I started from Kumbakonam to Thirunallar for having divine dharshan of Lord Saneeshwara. We took a private bus at 7:15 AM and we reached Thirunallar by 8:40 AM (1hr 30mins) for a distance of 53kms. After the darshan, we took the RTC bus TN 68N - 0514 at 11:45AM at Thirunallar and the bus reached Kumbakonam at 2 PM. It took 2 hrs 15mins to cover a distance of 53kms. When I enquired both the driver & conductor for such a slow driving, the conductor replied rudely. Amidst the slow driving, the driver took 10mins break to have coffee at Kollumangudi, keeping all the passengers seated in the hot climate. I with my family, on April 29, 2015, travelled in one of the same transport bus from Thiruchendur to Kumbakonam. We boarded the bus by 9:10AM and reached Kumbakonam by 7:15PM, covering a distance of 410kms in just 10 hrs. That conductor and driver were very friendly and the speed was really good. My wife passed a comment today that if the Thirunallar bus driver/conductor were assigned for the Thiruchendur route, they would have taken 10 days instead of 10hrs. While we were frustrated about today's travel, the regular commuters told that it happens everyday and that they were used to it. How unfortunate! Hope the concerned authorities take proper steps.

                                Dear sir, This has reference to the above subject, I booked a ticket for Chennai to Trichy on 30.04.2015. Ticket details are as follows: Name : Senthil Nathan K Seat No : 30 PNR No : T10452202 Departure : 10.25 PM Date : 30.04.2015 But I'm still at bus stand looking for my bus. I didn't get any kind of response from anyone here. There is no announcement about the status of bus. It has come or not we don't know. There are chaos everywhere. People of all the age group are struggling to board in. I have to attend an important marriage today. I don't think it is possible now. The service from SETC is not up to the mark. My money and time wasted here searching for the bus. I request you to take necessary action for all the problems that I faced today.                                   On 30th of April I booked a ticked in the bus route chennai to madurai 137UD and boarded the bus at perangulathur but the driver and conductor allotted my seat to someone else from koyambedu and refused seat for me. I was forced to stand all through the travel. I am very much depressed and annoyed. I am going to file a complaint against setc in the court.

                                      Hi Sir/Mam, This is regarding the fare charged in few Tamilnadu buses which have a board "Flyover Service". 95% of the Tamilnadu buses from Hosur to ECity come by flyover only. They charge Rs.35 which is the normal rate. But then there are few buses where Rs.55 or Rs.65 is charged. I seriously wonder on what basis they charge different amounts. I asked the bus conductor today (Ap-29 2015). The bus had a board "Flyover service". He charged Rs.65. When asked for the reason, he is telling the charge is extra because the bus comes in only flyovers and there is no stop inbetween. All the Tamilnadu buses(95%) come by flyover ONLY. When they DONOT CHARGE EXTRA, what is wrong with these people. It would be of great help if the Admin of this site considers the issue in prior as many people are facing this issue. Only after Electronics City, the flyovers come n to picture. Till Electronics City all buses come by flyovers only. AAnd there is no toll also for these flyovers. The only toll is the one in Karnataka-Tamilnadu border. People like me who travel on daily basis, it is a waste of money when this much is charged. Tamilnadu Govt, Please consider this. If these type of issues are not addressed by government, India will never have growth.

                                        Dear sir, On, 26/04/15, while booking a eticket(from Chennai to salem)amount Rs.286 was deducted but ticket not booked it show as booking failed.so please kindly refund my Rs.286.also attached the deduction details for your reference.
