அனைத்து டைம் கீப்பருக்கும் வேறு பணி கொடுக்கலாம் . தனியார் பஸ்சிடம் இருந்து பணம் பெற்று 1 மணி நேரம் வரை அரசு பஸ் போகாமல் பார்த்து கொள்கின்றனர். தனியார் பஸ் இதற்காக தினமும் 300-500 ரூபா வரை லஞ்சம் கொடுக்கின்றனர் . 500 ரூபா லஞ்சம் கொடுக்கிறவன் 500 ரூபா திருடுவான் ஆக 1000.00 ரூபா கொள்ளை . பஸ் ஒனேர் 1000.00 ரூபா கொள்ளை ஆக 2000.00 ரூபா ஒரு பஸ் க்கு கொள்ளை தமிழ்நாட்டில் 5000 பஸ் கள் ஓடுவதாக கணக்கில் கொண்டால் 5000 பஸ் * 2000.00 ரூபா * 365 நாட்கள் =365, 00.00, 000.00 கோடி ரூபா கொள்ளை வரி இல்லை, வருவாய் கணக்கு இல்லை .நஷ்டம் தன கணக்கு ?????????????? பொதுமக்கள் இந்த வெயிலில் காத்து கிடக்கின்றனர் . யார் இவர்களை திருத்துவது ? எவ்வளவு பணம் தான் லஞ்சம் வாங்குவார்கள் ? ஏழை சொல் அம்பலம் ஏறுமா? ரயில் இ - டிக்கெட் போல அரசு பஸ்களில் இ - டிக்கெட் ஆதர் எண்ணுடன் வருமா ? வந்தவாசி டு செங்கல்பட்டு வழியா தாம்பரம் பஸ் 30 நிமிடங்க களுக்கு ஒரு பஸ் ஓடுமா ?     Respected sir, Am writing this email to you while am in the bangalore chennai bus. Surely not sleeping in the bus with the red rashes and lumps in hands, done by the bed bugs. I'm not satisfied with the service of tnstc mainly on the maintenance part of the buses. I am using the chennai, trichy - bangalore services regularly. To explain in brief about the maintenance, 1. Bed bugs, 2. Seat is not comfortable to travel, 3.windows. If I want to travel in ksrtc or in any private sector buses I need to pay a amount which is slightly higher. For example bangalore to chennai is 489 rupees in ksrtc . In tnstc it's 360 rupees. I don't think this 130 rs. Makes the better interior and well maintained buses. And I also want to highlight this point as I have to pay for my 3 year kid a half ticket. I don't think so that my kid is enjoying the seat or comfortable journey in the bus except sleeping in my lap. In many transports they charge only if the child is above particular height or above 5 or 6 years. Kindly consider if possible and kindly take action. As a common man I can write a mail and inform you about the services. But as to continue the services for a longer period transport corporation has the authority. And the email address provided in site is not working. I attached the snap for your reference. And my humble request is, please conduct a survey about tnstc bus services comparing others.       Dear sir/ madam Registering complain against conductor of bus from sivagangai to Madurai timing 8.45pm from sivagangai. I have taken ticket from sivagangai to Madurai 27rd paid him 100rs as I was busy on phone and tierd I forgot to ask for balance ..as soon as it reached mattuthavani I asked for balance but conductor was not willing to give and started arguing with me..Even driver started shouting at me .. I requested conductor to tally his cash fro any difference butThe was adamant and not willing to do so saying he will be only tallying in the morning ..I have noted the bus number attached for reference . Request you to look into this issue .it was not the balance but the rude attitude of the conductor that was unacceptable Regards Abraham Mathew [protected]

      நான் திருச்சி மாவட்டம் பெட்டவாய்த்தலை, எனது பெயர் குமரவேல் நான் 12.7.2017 அன்று சுமார் 2.40 மணிக்கு, பேருந்து எண்:தநா.68, நா 0590, திருச்சியில் இருந்து கருர் செல்லவதற்க்கு திருச்சி சத்திரம் பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் திருச்சியிலிருந்து ஈரோடு சத்தியமங்கமலம் பேருந்தில் ஏறினேன் அந்த பேருந்தில் அன்று பணியில் இருந்த நடத்துனர் பேருந்து காலியாக இருந்த இருக்கையில் அமர்ந்த கணவன், மனைவி, குழைந்தைகள் உள்பட உள்ள குழந்தைகளையும் தரைகுறைவான வார்த்தைகலால் அவர்களை திட்டி இரக்கினார்!!!.ஏன் என்று கேட்டதிற்க்கு எங்களிடமும் மரியாதை குறைவாக திட்டினார் !!! சிரியவர், பெரியவர், பெண்கள் என்று பார்க்காமல் தரை குறைவாக நடந்து கொண்டார், தரை குறைவாக பேசினார் அதற்க்கு காரணம் நடத்துனர் உறவினற்களுக்கு நடத்துனர், இருக்கை ஒதுக்கி வைத்தருந்த சீட்டில் அந்த குடும்பத்தார் உக்கார்ந்தது தான்!!! அரசு பேருந்து நடத்துனர் எண்ணமோ பேருந்தின் உரிமையாளர் போல் இவர் சொந்த பந்தங்களுக்கு இருக்கை வசதி செய்து கொடுத்தது இல்லாமல் சக பயணிகளிடம் தகாத வார்த்தைகளால் மரியாதை குறவாக பேசி பேருந்தை விட்டு இரக்கியதற்க்கு???ஞாயம் கேட்டவர்களையும் தரைக்குறைவாக பேசினார்???நாங்கள் உயர் அதிகாரியிடம் முறையிடுவோம் என்று கூறியதற்க்கு அவர் நீ எவன்கிட்ட வேனும் னாலும் சொல்லிக்கோ!!!வேண்டும் என்றால் போக்குவரத்து துறை அமைச்சரிடம் சொல்லு நான் பார்த்து கொள்கிறேன் என்கிறார்!!! ஒரு அரசாங்க பணியில் உள்ள சாதாரண நடத்துனர் உயர் அதிகாரிக்கும் மற்றும் அமைச்சரக்கும் பயமில்லாமல் பேசி மக்களின் பணத்தில் சம்பளம் வாங்கி மக்களை மதிக்காத நடத்துனருக்கு என்ன தண்டனை?????இவரை போல் உள்எ நடத்துனரை என்ன பன்னலாம்???சட்டத்தை மதிக்கும் நாங்கள் நினைத்திருந்தால் அந்த நடத்துனரை என்ன வேண்டுமென்றால் பன்னியிருப்போம்???அதனால் தான் இங்கு முரையிட்டோம்!!!நீங்களும் துறை ரீதியிலான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவில்லை என்றால் அமைச்சரிடம் முறையிடுவோம் ???அப்படியும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவில்லை என்றால் போக்குவரத்து துறை மீது திருச்சி நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடருவோம் .பேருந்தில் வந்த எனது ஊர் காரர்களையும், அருகில் உள்ள ஊர் காரர்களையும் சேர்த்து வழக்கு தொடருவோம்!!!அனைவரிடமும் கையெழுத்து வாங்கிய மனு உள்ளது.தக்க அதாரத்துடன் உள்ளோம்!!!

        The Root From Vellore Bagayam, via Kangeyanallore to Katpadi Railway station. ( 1G and 2G buses ): Here at Kangeyanallore, the root bus 1G and 2G service is very poor. The bus timing also not according to the public service timings. The buses at a time 3 to 4 buses go to Katpadi railway station and after 4 to 5 hours some buses one after one 2 to 3 buses go to bagayam. Also they stop the buses at the house, next to my house, No.2, 24th East Cross Road, Gandhinagar, Vellore 6, near Auxilium and chit chat with the person Sundramoorthy, who says he was a conductor. I never seen him in the conductor uniform here at my house area, but I seen him once, issuing tickets at Coimbedu outstation bus terminal to vellore passengers in conductor uniform, when I come from chennai to vellore regularly on weekends. He creates huge problem to me, may be this also one reason. His house residents entered my house for attacking me, when I complained to POLICE he cleared the issues by making Chennai POLICE speaking to the local POLICE. I mailed this to Vellore SP, made phone call on 16th May and even I met DSP Katpadi on this issue. He makes phone call to my mother, giving false information on me to bring chaos within family. He misuses POLICE name for the complaints on me. Even some chennai and Bangalore buses Tamil Nadu as well as Bangalore, Karnataka bus 444 passes this way ( passing my house ).

          sir i am already given complained Chief minster cel reg town bus Route No 38A can not run proper time daily run 8 single from state bank colony to ukkadam / townhall / selvapuram Air bus in this bus came 11 am single after that came 1.20 pm state bank colony but more then seven month cannot run proper time after 2pm some days run some days cannot run and then 38A express TN38N 1382 this bus not appoint permanent driver only one driver operate reguraly opposite driver not oppiont reguraly so this bus also cannot run proper time i am give complain and ukkadam branch also no body cannot take action reguraly i am cal ukkadam branch this no[protected] bus cannot run take action he told bus run simply otherwise traffic jam he told but this is not reson in this route not appoint regular driver other buses 27A, 87, 83A, S9D, 62 all other buses run correct time or late run but 38a cannot run 1.30PM AND 2.15PM in this time no buses in this route going to town so more pepoele waiting kindly take action

            I have tried two times to book through online from Nagercoil to chennai on 30.05.2015 but deducted money from credit card which is not booked then i went to resrvation center and booked. I have travelled nagercoil to chennai 198UD on 31.05.2015 at 3.00 PM, It looks worst condition compare than other state bus, Seat back side dont have cover for all seat and we can see the internal part of seat, Raining water is coming inside of buses, No mirror in both sides that bus got accidedent left front side got damaged completly, Brake not working, TV is not working condition, Pushback seat is not working condition. Tamilnadu state buses are not maintenance properly, How RTO approved which is not maintenance teared seat, no mriror in both sides, Pushback is not woking, TV is not working condition, Brake system is not working. Do we have fund for Bus maintenance? or Is Tamilnadu transportation is running losses? or Who is eating our fund amount? or what Tamilnadu transportation head is doing?                   Sir. I'm sending this mail after many disheartening experiences from CTC POLLACHI COIMBATORE buses .daily I am traveling from Tamaraikulam to Pollachi. Morning hours maximum buses are stopping at thamaraikulam but during evening hrs at pollachi drivers and conductors are not letting us in to the bus..even in standing. In spite of being a people service depth why they hesitate to do their duty. Their way of reaction in unacceptable. That time we don't have town buses..We have to waste nearly one hr to reach our place. Pl kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

                    This is for your kind attention regarding route number 12. The current route is from Virudhunagar via villipathiri, Azhagiyanallur to kariyampatti. There are some areas in between where there is only 3 trips a day. The places are Solaigoundanpatti, Keppilingampatti and Periyaperali Junction (Details in the map attached). All other trips are directly villipathiri to azhagiyanallur, where there are no stops in between. I humbly request to consider this as a suggestion to alter the route through these areas (The distance remains the same). Kindly do the needful so that it could benefit the public and the transport corporation

                      I have booked the bus for Bangalore from Karaikudi. Bus timing was 19.45. I was waiting for more than one hour. When I asked tnstc department. They told they used to have dinner at some place bus will reach after 2 hours. I really got frustuated so many times because of tnstc booking. Buses are really worse than any other corporations. If it is raining when you travelling, then you are gone case. Please avoid booking tnstc buses

                          Sir, i booked ticket for coimbatore on[protected] at 7.30pm. i reached busstop at 7.40 but the bus which i was booked is still there. They told that we cancelled your seats and alloted your ticket to somebody and asked me to rebook the tickets. My question is who gave the permission to cancel our tickets and alloted to somebody. We had an important schedule on that day. Because of them we lost our future. Please make steps to refund our amount.

                            Sir I am a keralate used to travel in tnstc Chennai to Guruvayur ultra deluxe bus on may 14th. On my journey the bus has haulted for taking food at Vilupuram near toll booth. The hotel was too bad same time they are asking more money. For eg. Two dosa 60 rs. We are ready to pay but its not upto the standard. No cleaniness taste nothing. Also there is a toilet facility., by paying 5rs such a dirty place. They are realy missusing the passangers that they know everyone coming from different places nobody going to ask them or complaining. I am requisting you to take a quick action regarding this.                               Dear Sir I have done a booking from Velankanni to marthandm for four members on 22/5/2015. The trnsaction id is DIOB[protected] The amount was debited and the ticket was not issued . Please do the confirmation or initiate the refund. i tried all the customer care numbers. No one picked the Call.

                                Yesterday Myself boarded at pondy around.8 pm to Travel to Chennai, through the TNSTC.bus.Route No..157 Express service considering that.it will be late hours and I can get.down at the Anna International Airport, which is prime location in the chennai city, which i got confirmed at the time of boarding at Pondy, unfortunately due poor maintenance of the bus due to some engine belt damage the bus got breal down, after a long hours of waiting at the unknown location, on the, Pondy ~ Thindivanam highway, I was transfred to the local bus until Thindivanam, Once again from Thindivanam I was transfered to TNSTC chennai bus, around 10.30Pm. The bus reached the Chennai International Airport -meenambakkam around 12.45 Pm, but I was dropped down far from the Airport stopping by the Driver and Conductor [Before the Airport Overbridge ] saying that this is the normal practise, without considering the safety of the passenger that too I am Lady on that Late Hour, they where not ready to go beside the Airport stopping and it was confirmed that.All the Moffsal buses never enter the Prime Airport stopping and Keep Crossing over through the Overbridge, So we.here by request the concerned Authority to take necessary action and Advise and Monitor that Buses drop the passenger's on the right location considering the safety of.Passenger's to keep law and order.                                   I travelled with my family (spouse & 2 small kids) from Chennai Koyembedu - Trichy 30th Apr'15 evening. Evening around 5.30 pm bus started, before get the ticket checked with conductor whether this bus will go in between villages (OR) byepass only. Conductor confirmed that it will go only by Byepass. But they went into 2-3 places (Mathuranthagam, Thindivanam, Vilupuram, Perambalur, etc., ) Because of this in between villages travel bus nearring Tholuthur mid-night arond 12.30 night. The actual travel time for Chennai - Trichy is approximately 6 hours. But but due to above mentioned activities it crossed its actual travelling time. Hence I kept informed the conductor well in advance as "we need to drop @ Thiruvaanai Kovil instead of Bye-pass" since it is mid- night. He also accepted twice (which after cross Tholuthur & before Samayapuram). But suddenly after Samayapuram stop instead of get into Srirangam, bus continued in bye-pass. We asked conductor immediately, but he replied with irresponsible words 'we can not drop @ your door step'. So I fought with him as 'then why you accepted initially to drop @ Thiruvanaikovil'. He replied with same above sentence. We got irritated and finally paid huge amount to auto during the mid-night to reach our home. Details below to take action: Date : 30th Apr'14 Start Time : 05.30 pm End Time : 01.30 am (next day) early morning Bus Reg No : TN - 32 N 4006 Conductor Age : Approximately 50 years Conductor identifcation : Slight balled head Kindly take the necessary action against this irresponsible Conductor for using unnecessary words and leaded us to unnecessary expenses & time delay.                                     I have compleint with one of the bus driver and condector. I have travel to chennai to kumbakonam on 18/05/2014 bus no is TN32 4034 at time of 10.00 pm from koyambedu bus stand i waiting for kumbankonam bus line because i am going to vaddalur is onethey way to kumbankonam salai.I told the bus condector sir i am going vaddalur will you travel me.He said no stoped in vaddalur only kumbakonam will stoping no need to stop in vaddalur .Than i am fiting to condector he said some wrong words to talk me .But i never expect in the driver and condector.since i am scured than i am travel to another bus.I need action from the that time to travel the condector and driver to take immediate action .If anything to want to meet him i will also ready to come with meet him.This serious matter .Because they are missing using the words from the part of koyambedu busstand .I do know the name of condector and driver.Please you can track the bus number and timing and date i have mention .Please take action.                                       I was waiting in hosur bus stand @ 9pm on 16th May 2015 for the ordinary service bangalore to palani. I was suppose to reach palani. The bus had occupied with 2 passengers in 3 seats. I asked conductor to vacant 2 seats because I was with my wife and 2 yrs old kid. That conductor replied that you guys can't sit like couple. You need to sit each in different seats. This is the way the transport employees are working. Has he do the same thing for his family while travelling. I am going to take a legal action against the conductor.

Dt.[protected] cell: [protected] Sub: Complaint against the Attrocieous behaviour of the Conductor in Bus belonging to Oru Irrikkai Panimani – Depot – travelling from Kanchi to Tiruttani – reg. Sir/ Madam, I am resident of Vadaseri Village in the above stated residential address. I am a priest in the local temple here. I state that I had a owe to go to Tirumala Hills for the darshan of Lord Venkateswara and in order to reach Tirumala, I reached Kanchipuram and boarded Bus. I purchased ticket no.477297 to reach Tiruttani. Since it is early in the morning, I was a little bit sleepy when the bus reached the outskirts of Tiruttani. The bus conductor suddenly woke me up from the seat and asked to show the ticket. When I was trying to show the ticket from my pocket, the bus driver took my luggage bag and did throw it out of the window and pushed me out of the bus. I was shocked and rushed to get down the bus to collect my luggage lying by the side of the road. The Driver and the bus conductor turned deaf ears and proceeded without caring about me. I left my other bag in the bus, which contains my regular medicines, torchlight, some cash and a pair of clothes. I like to bring this to your notice, not for my lost belongings. It is my sincere request to check this type of atrocious behaviour of either the driver or the bus conductor on a senior citizen like me. I am deeply agonised to get treated in this manner by a public servant, while i am legally travelling with a valid ticket. -2- I am also enclosing the Xerox copy of the ticket to aid you in searching the conductor, who is responsible for this incident. I can identify the conductor who misbehaved and assualted me without the least and minimum manners. I hereby complain by way of this letter, against the conductor for the loss of bag, money and other belonging and also for the atrocious and rude behaviour, which is illegal and unlawful in the eye of law. I request you to immediately take action against the said conductor and I am ready to appear before any appropriate forum for giving any evidence or to identify him.
