On the evening of 13th March 2023, I was waiting at bus stop (laxmi mill bus stop) to board the bus (coimbatore to Anthiyur via avinashi road) which reaches at 03:05 pm on that particular bus stop. However, when the bus arrived, it did not stop at the designated bus stop, and instead continued on its journey without noticing me.
This is not the first time that I have experienced such poor service. On several occasions in the past, buses have not stopped at the designated bus stops, causing inconvenience to passengers like me.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Iam writing to complain about a recent incident that occurred while travelling on one of your TNSTC buses. I am a regular passenger who commutes from college to home on a daily basis, and I have been using your services for quite some time now and have always appreciated the reliable and efficient service provided by your organization.

However, I would like to bring to your notice a recent incident that has left me extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by TNSTC. On the evening of 13th March 2023, I was waiting at bus stop (laxmi mill bus stop) to board the bus (coimbatore to Anthiyur via avinashi road) which reaches at 03:05 pm on that particular bus stop. However, when the bus arrived, it did not stop at the designated bus stop, and instead continued on its journey without noticing me.

This is not the first time that I have experienced such poor service. On several occasions in the past, buses have not stopped at the designated bus stops, causing inconvenience to passengers like me.

Iam disappointed with the lack of consideration shown by the driver towards the passengers, and I believe that such incidents should not occur in a well-established organization like TNSTC. I request you to look into this matter urgently and take necessary measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

On 4th march i had booked a ticket in TNSTC app from karur - chennai my money has been debited from the account but ticket not booked later i had call to toll free number they replied your ticket has been cancelled amount will be refunded in 7 working days but still now i didn't receive my money . Recently i had a call to toll free number they said soon will be refunded but not yet money received

On 13/03/2023 on Monday morining at 9.30 I was trying board a TNSTC bus no 4904 which was from Bangalore to thiruannamalai at roopenagaraha stop. Bus conductor asked where you want go. I said hosur. He further asked do you 60 rs change. I said no I have 100 rs. Conductor not allowed be to board the bus.

It was very embarrassing some conductors are behaving very badly with public. Is there policy of TNSTC that we should carry always change then only we will allowed to board the bus.

I was trying to book a ticket online from Karaikudi to Bangalore as a guest. I was trying to pay online and the transaction was completed. But ticket wasn't booked and I then I tried again and booked the ticket. I am waiting fo refund. Its been one and a half months but till now I didn't receive refund.

I booked my ticket on 11 March 2023 from tirunelveli to ooty in SETC. Amount rs 540 is debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. so I kindly request you to resolve the complaint and refund my money back.

I traveled on 11 March 2023 from Thiruthuraipoondi to Chennai (via ECR)- Route number -340 UD, Trip code-2030TPOCHE. After I got off the bus, the conductor/driver of the bus misused by mobile number which I entered for reservation. He called me and spoke unwanted things.

I have attached the ticket details and call history for reference.

TN38N3451 Trichy To Coimbatore. Today (11.03.2023) Driver wears wireless headset and hearing songs while driving from Trichy to Karur. Driver was not stopped at Gandhigramam bus stop. I asked him to stop when stop came near by. He was not able to hear my voice first few times. There is no conductor also in bus. Kindly take action soon for unsafe driving.

He is bery agressive and very bad response

On 11/03/2023 I tried to book a ticket from Chenani to Keela Eral through UPI. The booking hasn't been completed but the amount was debited from my account. I was travelling from Chennai to Trichy in SETC AC bus, PNR - TNSTC Corporation:SETC, PNR NO.:T42156717, From:CHENNAI-PT Dr.M.G.R. BS To TRICHY, Trip Code:2250CHETRIAB, Journey Date:10/03/2023, Time:10/03/2023, 23:40, Seat No.:30, 29.Class:AC SLEEPER SEATER, Boarding at:PERUNGALATHUR.
AC is not working inside bus and also we can't open the top hatch which made passenger to suffocate. Driver and conductor knew this issue with bus before yet they were lethargic.

41D conductor Thangaraj not stopping properly on bus stop.He is scolding people inside the harshly if we ask anything about that. Please take this issue on high priority

I have booked a ticket for salem to Chennai bus on 05-Feb-2023 through tnstc booking app. My money was deducted from my bank account but my ticket has not been booked.
So kindly refund my deducted amount back.

The above mentioned bus had taken bus before people entering in the bus. Many of the drivers and conductors doing like this . Shame on themselves. So many school children are using the in the morning...

I am traveled from singnalloor to ukkadam time 4:30AM. Conductor name A. SURESH vehicle Humber TN38N3472. He said the ticket amount is Rs20. But the ticket is Rs19. He did not return one rupee for around 50 passengers. This is not acceptable. If one trip the conductor collects 50rupees per day how much he will collect? So kindly take action.
