Iam writing to complain about a recent incident that occurred while travelling on one of your TNSTC buses. I am a regular passenger who commutes from college to home on a daily basis, and I have been using your services for quite some time now and have always appreciated the reliable and efficient service provided by your organization.
However, I would like to bring to your notice a recent incident that has left me extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by TNSTC. On the evening of 13th March 2023, I was waiting at bus stop (laxmi mill bus stop) to board the bus (coimbatore to Anthiyur via avinashi road) which reaches at 03:05 pm on that particular bus stop. However, when the bus arrived, it did not stop at the designated bus stop, and instead continued on its journey without noticing me.
This is not the first time that I have experienced such poor service. On several occasions in the past, buses have not stopped at the designated bus stops, causing inconvenience to passengers like me.
Iam disappointed with the lack of consideration shown by the driver towards the passengers, and I believe that such incidents should not occur in a well-established organization like TNSTC. I request you to look into this matter urgently and take necessary measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
