My journey date from 23.2.2023 from salem to trichy. Bus no TN 45 N 4132.Conductor asked ticket for my below 3years child. He said, if you want seat for that child, I put half ticket of your child or i[censored] not pay, keep this child in your seat. But this travel am having my 10months kid also. How is it possible, two kids keep in my seat. Too worst in this conductor. I accept half ticket (61 rupees) for my child. CM sir please immediate action in this conductor.

Today 75A bus to Irugur didn't stop at manigundu town hall(Coimbatore) bus stop at 5.30AM on the first trip. Please tell them not to repeat it.

I supposed travel from madurai to sempati on 25th feb at 11 pm. as per time keeper, all palani bus should go via sempati. But when I check with conductor they said like all busses will go only bypass and they not allowed to board ... there are 4 female and 2 kids and five male passenger was waiting nearly 45 min but all palani busses not allowed us to board. I raised the issue with tnstc office and they said like go and take the seat but didn't speak with driver and conductor... finally after few bus I took bus but conductor argued me.. but denied to get down... I took the ticket and traveled but rest of them not boarded because they got panic like if the bus went through bypass then again travel from Dindigul... Driver and conductor not bothered about passengers struggling and they drive only in bypass road which is actually not the permit route... I have mentioned bus numbers and my ticket number as well.

Dear govt I travel town bus today from Salem to tharamangalam at night. Bus number 59 . Here I saw one incident passenger got a ticket and he tried to get a money from his pocket its take little bit time. That's the time conductor speak some unnecessary words and and catch the neck of the passenger.
I didn't know conductor name. But I know the details

But this incident hurt me more and also other passenger.

I'm requesting the refund of Rs 1535(tried to book 2 tickets) because the ticket is not registered but the amount was deducted from my account through UPI payment on 24th February 2023;
The boarding pt is Salem and destination is Chennai for 25th February 2023 and the timing is 11.15pm ;

Taken bus from Kanchipuram to Vellore, it took 2.15Hrs today for 60KM. Same distance was covered in 1.15 to 1.5Hrs earlier. Bus is diverted to Ranipet, stops at pootu thakku, visharam. Earlier bus never stops here. Asked driver and conductor for delay reason, they said their heads are asking them to stop all the places . We are in 2023, 2.15 Hrs for 60KM that too national highways is not acceptable. Request you to address this concern.

Issues : Firstly the bus was delayed by 50 minutes without any notification to passengers .
Secondly the bus was already full in Puducherry, but still the bus was taking excess passengers and has been stopping in every single stops and also adhocly every time someone on the road shows hand to stop the bus . The bus has extremely exceeded the capacity and several people were on standing( very aged person, lady with a kid, etc) . Already the Ac was very low and since it is over crowded it is sweating badly for everyone inside the bus and the windows are sealed cannot be opened. There is no ventilation . When raised with conductor, His responses was very rude and continues to stop the bus and taking more passengers . This is absolutely unacceptable to travel in this conditions and crowd despite paying high ticket charges .

23.02.2023 (Today) Morning I have travelled from Dindigul to Palani in government bus (No.TN.63N.1910) . When I was given Rs.100 to conductor for to take ticket, a fair from Dindigul to Palani is Rs.44 but he has given 6.Rs change only. I thought he will return remaining Rs.50 in sometimes. But he didn't return that. After sometimes I asked him " you have not given remaining Rs.50 yet", but he replied I have already given a change I can't give anymore in a "Very Rude Manner". For this kinda matter and behaviour of conductor not only me, so many passengers are affected like me. So please take necessary action to solve this problem not to happen again.

I booked a ticket on the TNSTC website from Trichy to Bengaluru on 23/Feb/2023. I paid 615 rs by scanning QR code in PhonePe App.The amount is debited from the account but there is no response in the page. So, again I paid 615 rs by using UPI id and the ticket got confirmed.

I called to toll free number but there is no proper guidance from them, kindly help

I booked bus ticket from pollachi to chennai on Feb 22 11.15 pm. During this process I pay rs 1180 via gpay on 11.31pm. Amount transferred successfully. But ticket not booked . When will I get money. Please refund my amount.

I am traveling from Coimbatore to Salem bus timing 12..05 pm on 23/2/23. Ticket amount gave rs2000 for amount 465 rs. 3 ticker. He did not give balance amount, when we ask i am busy, when see front he is sleeping in front disk. I have attached ticket no for ur reference. He is not giving proper response for people rude and worst behaviour. He look like drunk. How government staff drunk and coming for the job. Their is superior manager towatch this type of people, giving burden to public, already so many avoid government because of bad thinking of it. In this case government bus people also behaviour is like this means how to travel in government bus. Government people requesting to take action on it

This is to place on record that buses running through vedapatti through r s puram and gandhi park from gandhipuram and town hall are not at all running in time and daily public are forced to wait for hours to get a bus. All cannot afford to travel through personal hired vehicles like auto or call taxi and many a times buses do not stop also.
Most of the buses are normal buses and free for ladies, and this decision made on political grounds for which we are made scape goats. Either increase the number of bus services or permit share autos in such routes frequently.
Specifically between 2 pm to 3.30 pm there are almost nil buses and we are made to wait for long hours.
Paid buses may be run instead of free for ladies, which will not only increase the income to tnstc but also our waiting time shall be reduced tremendously

Not having proper schedule for bus timing from Gobichettipalayam to perundurai . Bus timing between previous bus are about 45 min to 1hr. Even though route have more than 8 bus but it not comes with proper schedule. Please take savior action and change the timing of the bus in proper.

I have booked a ticket for Vellore to coimbatore bus on 11.43am 22feb 2023
through tnstc booking app. My money was deducted from my bank account but my ticket has not been booked. So kindly refund my deducted amount back

Back to back two srt bus ( coimbatore to tripur bus routes) was there but this bus only tripur passenger only not Picaping low amount passenger then why private bus allowed by bus stand
I am very disappointment and mently worse

We missed things on travel SETC PICKUP POINT Perungalathur @ 3.30pm and DROP POINT NO.1 TOLLGATE # 9.20pm, There's no support from department. I went to enquire location both in twice TVS TOLLGATE and Bus stand TRICHY main.
