As I travel from Gangaikondan, Tirunelveli to Tirunelveli new bus stand through Madurai byepass rider bus TN 58 N 2390 on 20/02/2023 around 6.30 am. The conductor charge as a fare of rupees 35 instead of 15 rupees and he didn't give any explanation. Please do the needful and take action against this types of issues. Thank you.

I was boarded at Thanjavur new bus stand and i wish to dropped at SASTRA DEEMED TO BE UNIVERSITY in thirumalaisamuthiram, normal fare rate for sastra is Rs 16 only but the conductor collected RS 20 and they entered valambakudi in ticket, i asked at him why you entered valambakudi instead of satra. They replied that " What's your dropping point, Sastra! Then leave at sastra this is express you don't ask anything to me". There are 2 more people also have the same dropping location, the conductor collected rs 20 from they also.

I am from Mangalampet, Virudhachalam. Today I am waiting for the bus at the Summai Thangi Bus stop, Mangalampet. A bus from Chennai going towards jayankondam didn't stop even though both the driver and Conductor seen us. It's happened several times.

A conductor in a bus distributed tickets in a random way and responded in a immatured way to me and delivered false words with me regarding my work.

I booked two tickets from madurai to chennai at 26th february on boarding time (10.00 - 6.00) non ac sleeper seater bus. Amount debited from my account but the tickets were not booked. Refund my money as soon as possible. Atleast give me the information about refund.

Hi I'm Ruban from tenkasi and i posting this complaint so that tnstc can take action. On 18 Feb 2023 i took bus from tirunelveli depot bus number something (tn 72 7311) (tirunelveli to tenkasi 123) departure evening at 6:30pm i gave him 150rs each ticket cost for tenkasi is 51rs so 2 tickets is 102rs he told with attitude give me 2rs and take your 50rs back i asked him 3 times he never gave me till tenkasi then angrily i shouted at him and told him to give back my 50rs he told me that he will call police station and make a complaint and he will say that i stole his bag rude behaviour whole passenger is disturbed by this guy rowdy attitude and using abusive language finally he threw me 50rs worst attitude tnstc should dismiss that conductor

The conductor age must be above 50 short slim guy with spects blue uniform

I not want to see that guy face again in my life

This bus driver is driving the vehicle so recklessly knowing that he is travelling with 30 to 40 people including elderly people and infants. I have checked with some apps for the vehicle speed he is just going so fast in single lane roads without any lane split barricades around speed of 60 to 65 on time around midnight 1 Am .

Today I am travelling rom Tindivanam to Thiruvakkarai (started @ 8.35) in local TNSTC town bus no.28B. One of senior citizen lady passenger try to close the window glass, the window glass was suddenly fallen with sound. Fortunately not fallen on that lady's hand. Then the conductor of the bus came and scolding the lady with bad words and also said that you are traveling with free of cost (ossy) you cannot keep quiet?. If glass broken your father will pay? like that he asked the lady passenger.
Sir, this is for your kind information and necessary action against the conductor please.

I am traveling from villupuram to ananthapuram on February 18 and i boarded the bus on 12.30 pm, and the bus route number is 8A and the bus no is TN32 N3151. I was unaware of the ticket price and i took 100rs to take the ticket. Suddenly the conductor starts to scold me for giving 100rs for the tickets. I asked why are you being so rude to me. He got more angry and ask me that are u expecting me to salute you and ask me to get down from the bus. Similarly both the conductor and the driver shouting atevery passengers while getting in and out of the bus. I don't know who gave them permission to shout at every passenger. And they are setting a very bad example for the conductors and drivers. Kindly take action or alteast warn them not to do so.

In yercaud in a turning i was waiting to bus to pass over my car but driver of the bus (TN30N1500) senthil kumar rush driving hit my car with is irresponsible driving and tell my nus dont have insurance waste to talk with me

There are quite around 4 town busses from malasamudram to ariyanur.Im standing from 7.15, now time is 8.50 Still I can't find any town bus..I'm requesting you please take actions...most of the times they are doing the same things.

In Thiruvarur, the conductors are not allowing the government medical college students to travel in busses for free as they have their Id card. While the government arts college students are allowed to travel in busses for free by showing their Id cards to the conductors Why the government Medical college students are not allowed to travel? Kindly take an action over this issue. Thank you

Bus conductor using bad words and talks rudely to passenger, He didn't come and take ticket. I started my journey in karapakkam till camp road(medavakam) he didn't collect ticket due to heavy crowd in bus I can't able to go back. finally he(conductor) came and ask about ticket.Told I want ticket to Tambaram he suddenly shouted and using abusive words and then he gives ticket balance amount(5rs) he takes not given to me. Also he stop the bus and forced a boy to leave from the bus and also said stage is closed so he(conductor)can't able to give ticket for that boy.he stopped the bus and drop a boy in middle of the journey.I didn't know the conductor name.I mentioned the bus number and shift time and date please do needful.

This is to notify TNSTC about the behavior of a conductor in 4A bus(Route : Gobichettypalayam to Chengapalli).
On 15.02.2023 exactly at 6.05 PM, 4A bus traveling from Gobi to Chengapalli, rude behavior of this bus conductor really makes me upset.Since this is peak time there is too much crowd in the bus and I unable to see the conductor because I got a seat to sit already.He just came near me and shouted like "Don't u want to get tickets, I am going to throw u away in the next stop.Since I cannot able to see the conductor in such a crowd, I though he is standing in other side.This words he spitted too harshly which is unbearable.I kept mum and I haven't replied anything or fight with him.Later I started noticing this conductor behavior with other passengers.He spoked same way to another female passenger also.He scolded a female co passenger who is having kid for not getting tickets.My journey took around 1 hour and 15 mins to reach Chengapalli. The conductor rudely behave with his harsh words to female passengers.I want immediate action to be taken towards that conductor.If not I am ready to escalate this issue to any higher level as this complaint I am not registering only for me but to those who already suffered and who are yet to suffer.

Simply conductor showing rudeness to female passengers as we are traveling free of cost because of tamilnadu government announces free travel for women passengers in Town bus.

Note:We women haven't asked to provide free bus service and for merely around 15 to 20 Rs of bus ticket we cannot tolerate such rudeness.

I[censored] ask for any evidence I am sorry everything happened within few seconds I am unable to capture anything.

The conductor mask his name batch with paper so i unable to notice the name also.
But I have provided information about bus details, timing and date.So it is government responsibility to take action against that conductor orelse I will go to any extend to make this complaint addressed.

Note 2: conductor wearing specs and above average height.

Irregular bus Services by Tamilnadu govt transport

we are public from Rendadi Village in Ranipet district, Sholinghur Taluk, This complaint For Irregular bus service. Arcot to Shollinghur bus route number is 39. this route has two bus has same no (and 6 trips per day) available for our village. At morning trip Arcot to Sholinghur not reached destination they stopped at intermediate stop then returns to actor, at evening Arcot to Sholinghur always delayed. From Arcot Lot of Students and from Sipcot Industrial area has lot of Workers / Employees all are middle class citizens very struggle to reach home at evening The bus is not run properly 6 trips and does not arriving particular time.The bus is very damaged and very bad condition bus, because it may fault Anytime in middle on the way.We have More problem and worry always because fault then no way alternate bus to Tenkasi, when ill problem solved after then run the same bus, we are all basically farmer family.Our children s can't going to school & college and jobs and our agricultural product like vegetables and fruits can't Bring to the Markets.So if Irregular bus service then " Our Life is Spoiled " by bus that day. we asked lot of time to Driver and Conductor they said this is free for womens so we do need to submit collection amount to Arcot or Sholinghur Bus Depot but didnot take any action. They thought Rural, uneducated People".So He Didn't take care about this problem.I[censored] can solve our problem Plz help us. How can we solve our problem we dont know really.plz arrange good condition bus for us without fail 6 trips.i[censored] possible to arrange the Extra bus for us then ok do it ...

Im from kanniyakumari distict, my home town is kulasekharam, there is no proper bus facility during 7am to 8.30am to reach kulasekharam to thuckly, maximum days bus facility has been cutted, one day bus may available next day their wont be it, it leads to stress during morning itself(Bus No: 13 D, 349 Kanniyakumari).Please provide these to busses as possible because most of the working persons and students depend on those busses.
