Good evening,
I traveled from Erd to Cbe in a government bus(Bus No. TN 33 N 3543)at 4'o clock bus. They displayed as covai we had a doubt whether it's 1 to 1 or they'll have several stopping on the way. We asked the conductor and he said it's 1 to 1. As soon as the bus moved outside BS the conductor told the passengers to have change 40 something for Avinashi and 83 for Cbe. I was confused, still I continued my journey thinking that we'll be having Avinashi stop before cbe. But at perundurai stop people asked whether they would stop at perumanallur before they board. The conductor said "yes". Then they stopped at every main stop on the way. That was very uncomfortable due the conductor's false information. During AN time we could reach Gandhipuram within 2 hrs bur due to this we reached in 2hrs 40 mins. If the conductor had told it before I would've moved to someother bus. What's the purpose of Conductor? To give false information just for 83 rupees?

    The government bus of Tamilnadu denied the passenger to get into the bus. More than 5 bus was crossed for manapparai to trichy route. Yes seriously bus conductor and driver denied the passengers... We were about 50passengers in the bus stand.TN57 N2299 was one of those bus. Please take serious action over it. People are now a days suffering alot on Government buses. A big shame over government of TN

      We are six (ladies) people were waiting for the bus to go Arni for half an hour at veerasampanur kootroad which was located in Devikapuram to arni main road. At 5:40m TNSTC bus no. 8B was reached the bus stop. We were rushed to the bus. But the conductor refused to board us in the bus and said it was for girls only. The bus was not so rush, some seats were also look free. We asked him to take us in the bus. Some have to go hospital and also we told we were waiting for an half an hour. The next bus is for 6:05 pm. We have to wait for more time. Already this route bus has not come for time And some not stopping in a bus stop. Eventhough the schools were finished early today, they did not allow us in the bus. Both the schools were finished early and and all the students were went in the 5'o c bus. Before some months, 5'o c bus 8C was fixed as 'Girls Students Bus'. That time we have another private bus which was come 10mins after the bus 8C. It was convenient for us. But now we have to wait 1 hour to go Arni. We are living in village. We have to go Arni for hospital, Market, School, and so on. They didn't allow us but the same time they take public people in bus from Thatchur onwards. Why didn't us? One o[censored]s was old lady. She have to go hospital. She have severe leg pain nd also low BP. Who is responsible for this? Kindly take action against this incident. If you make a bus for students, then arrange another bus to public. We were suffered. We need explanation!

          The bus driver ( guruvadi patti, ) vallam to guruvadi patti bus driver using abusive language to the lady passengers for using government free bus. The bus timing 8.50. He is not stop on right stopping where we drop. More worse language he used

            Sir on 08/02/2023 at 5.10 PM, Bus No. TN 72 N 1912..
            Tirunelveli town carrying fewer passengers to Tenkasi. The government bus didn't stopped at Lakshmi Theater Bus Stand. Like this many times happened. Peoples suffering without bus.So I humbly request you to take action against the driver. And please provide ample of buse tenkasi to tirunelveli

              The Bus Driver and Conductor is not waiting for the passenger to get in the bus. They are just rushing. In a bus stop group of colleges girls are waiting for the bus stop till the last one gets in the driver is not waiting he just started to move the bus. This happens all the time. Bus No: TN 38 N 2432 . This Bus is from Kovilpalayam to Ganthipuram.

                  Address: Post office nagar toll gate

                  I was the only one waiting for the bus on the bus stop of post office Nagar toll gate, madurai on February 07, 2023 at 7 40 pm to 8 10 pm.

                  The bus came approximately at 8 pm. They didn't stop the bus even though I called for. They just went.

                  The bus bo is TN 57 N 1739- they had Kulamangalam To Periyar notification board.

                  The tamil Nadu government announced that whenever ladies was called for bus anywhere they have to wait and pick them. They have to be polite to passengers. For ladies free bus they should not collect bus fare. Passengers safety. which is all opposite here in a few bus.

                      I am a final year engineering student.I leave my college in 4.45pm. On 5.05pm, I took TN63 N1626 paramakudi bus. Then I had my 35 rupees ticket by giving 100rupees. Conductor giving 60 rupees balance and turn back. After 3-5 minutes bus cross the next stop. So I ask my 5 rupees balance in soft manner. But he reply me rudely .Then after some minutes he give balance and blame me to ask balance. I ask to the reason to rudeness. But he continuously blame me.Then he said "I never stop your college stop again".Then he tell bad things about me to many people in the bus. He tell bad about my education.Anyone ask him why he say blame about them too.It deeply hurt my mind.So please take action on him

                        On online I have booked e-ticket from Tirunelveli to Chennai as detailed
                        above.Due to some personal reasons I have cancelled my ticket from
                        Tirunelveli.Its almost more than one week and I haven’t received my refund yet.I
                        have tried calling the customer care number from tnstc website but there was no
                        response. Hope you would help me to get my refund money as soon as possible.

                              Problem: NEDUNGUNDRUM peoples are waiting for a long time at morning and evening.no proper bus available at morning 8 am to 9 am and also 4 pm to 5 pm for travelling fron nedungundrum to vandalur.above mentioned timings are very important for both school and colleage students.just make sure to put more buses on the route vandalur -nedungundrum-perungalathur on mentioned timings.main thing is that Bus no:55c(TN 01 N 9128), time:5.45 pm @ Nedungundrum.above mentioned bus driver and conductor not stop the buses properly at the bua stop and take the buses before passenger enter into bus.poorly treating the public.just take proper action against them and also put enough buses to nedungundrum - vandalur route.

                                  Amount debited booking not confirmed

                                  I tried to book bus from Chennai to Thanjavur for my journey dated 25th Feb in AC Sleeper seater bus. I have used guest profile in TNSTC app and the amount of Rs.530 got debited from my bank account but I didnt see booking confirmation. Please initiate the refund process and provide the OB number for tracking purpose...

                                    Today morning 10’o clock in sivagangai district kalayarkoil taluk. The bus from sivagangai to vellakudi town bus the bus driver was talking rude.
                                    In silukapatti bus stop I missed the bus little bit 50m from the bus stop I stopped the bus from driver side I can’t able cross the road because the road is short

                                    The driver stopped the bus and said me you don’t have eyes. U did not see the bus I rushly going and come back early

                                    This is the answer it’s an village aft reached the main stop I asked him the way you speaker is right

                                    He said I did not say anything u did not follow the rules

                                    The driver and me conversation the conductor said take the bus we don’t have time

                                    Here I attached the bus number and the time for Kalayarkoil is 9.40

                                    The incident happen at silukappati at 10am

                                    Kindly look in to the matter

                                      Hello,
                                      I booked bus ticket from HOSUR to AVADI(CHENNAI) for the journey date 06.02.2023. The payment was done through UPI(GPAY). The amount of ticket fare Rupees 360 was deducted and accounted in the SETC account.
                                      The transaction details as below.
                                      UPI transaction ID :[protected]
                                      paid to : tstcl.[protected]@icici
                                      Paid from : ranjitraja.[protected]@okicici
                                      Google Transaction ID: CICAgJD1isn7Hw.

                                      The transaction was carried out on 06.02.2023 at 8:31AM.

                                      But the ticket was not booked and the same is reflected in my SETC login page.

                                      Kindly look into this issue and please sort it out.
