I was waiting for more than 3 hours in perungalathuru bus stand for 148 bus which goes in our route . Not even single Bus has came here from 1 am to till 4 o clock and the buses are also not coming on time
I don't it is mistake of transport corporation or the bus Driver fault kindly take an action on this and provide us a proper bus service
If it happens like this how can we go emargency situation it's the very worst experience i had faced when i got one bus at 1 am they said another bus will come nothing i had found only the i be had insects bite at my body
Kindly take an action on this and provide us a better'service

    Respected sir and Madam;
    Am in thirumangolai bus stop for i want to go sivagangai then I see this bus and i get it.am just asking to conducter and driver this bus going to sivagangai
    They not reply to me
    And then I touch the countucter shoulder and he reply like rude and irrespective like the road was going you don't know
    and then he teaching rude and irrespective
    Am just asking why are you sir angry..
    He just destroyed my mind and mood off etc...am just want to know how they actually replay to me why he do like that
    ...

        Address: Nabisa illam, puthumariamman kovil street, M.R.N Nagar

        Bus number TN 21 N 1328. I got bus from kallakurichi to SP kovil. But the conductor gave me tambaram stage ticket. I asked don't you have stage for SP kovil. Why are you giving wrong stage ticket. The conductor behavior is too bad. Date and time of journey 31Jan2023 01:08AM. I need to complain about the conductor.

          I'm udhaya kumar.On 24/01/2023, I tried one week before to book 2 tickets from Coimbatore to Mandharakuppam in SETC. Amount Rs.730 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked.

          Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

            Sub: Compline agenised TN Conductor for getting unfair amount

            I am travelling continuously from SV MANGALAM to DINDUGAL the ticket is of Rs 55 in all printed format bus, but in TN57 N2198 bus conductor is collecting Rs 60 for slip ticket, when I asked that the ticket is Rs 55 his response is we will collect Rs 60 you can complaint to anyone but that's my wish to collect his response is very aggressive. I am ready to have the direct enquiry with the conducter so please take the immediate action for the above.

              Dear Sir,

              I am travelling to kulithalai to Karur Bus No. TN45 /N4087 - 29/01/2023 today morning time -9.20am in kulithalai.

              In this bus, they make a lot of noise and play songs. The conductor says he can't ask to lower the noise a bit.

              So I request you to take action so that such mistakes do not happen again.

                I tried to book a bus ticket for a setc bus yesterday. The payment got deducted from my bank account and the ticket booking failed. I tried to contact Helpline number, but they are out of service.

                  Dear Sir, I am akash Biswas foreigners from Bangladesh, Last day 28 January I forgot to take my bag from annur bus stand. I booked tickets two times 5:00pm cnoor to mettupalayam and mettupalayam to annur. It's a black colour laptop bag. I have my passport and students I'd card on bag including some clothes. the bus took break before mettupalayam at 6:45 to 6:55. please help me to find my bag. I can't recall the exact bus tickets but here I attached some tickets.

                    On 25/01/2023, I tried to book a bus ticket from Chennai to Trichy in SETC App. Amount Rs.755/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                      Complete ### about tnstc..The town buses for sub urban areas are totally making fool out us .. We as common people choose public transport as we are common people. The bus drivers are too lethagic . I am a college student staying in hostel come to my home once in a while like twice a month whenever I come to Avinashi (In tirupur) and wait for my area bus It will never come..what a bad luck I am having.As my parents having work I don't want to disturb them.So i choose to come by bus it will always disappoints.The buses are 1G, A7 as these buses were only running in our area . I kindly request you to solve the problem so the people here and I would not suffer and disturb my parents..

                        40 H is main bus from Avadi, which functions from morning, from 12.30 to 2.00 (12.30, 12.50, 1.00 1.20, 1.50)these are timings with more frequency as stated by mobile apps and TNSTC, but recent month times, the busses being stationed in depot not even single bus came to pick people and the reason being lunch time, bus need to come from pattabiram which is absurd and common answer by timekeeper bus will come just 5 minutes, it will come sharp 1 all these. We People depend on these bus for transport and it's college time, we often tend to miss our work..I would wish that this will regulate bus timings and frequency and proper time board maintenance, efficient time checking by the incharge timekeepeer

                          We are not having adequate buses and on time buses from Tirunelveli To Papanasam route... Mostly we don't have enough buses or on time buses at peak hour for this route.. (7.30 to 9.00 a.m).. we working people mostly affected badly... Please consider our request and make necessary arrangements for this issue...

                            Respected Sir/Mam,
                            One of the chennai bus conductor (TN 32 N 3691 )in Kallakurichi bus stand not allowed me to enter the bus because I have to reach Ulundurpet. He said that this is the chennai bus and I will take passengers to chennai alone.. And he said that you guys are not allowed to take a journey in this bus.. He talked in a extremely rude and harsh manner.. While Ulundurpet is in the route to chennai, why this bus conductor not allowing us to take a ride? kindly look into this matter in a serious manner.. This is extremely causing defamation to citizens..

                              Respected sir/madam
                              I am a young girl working in the health care sector. I take public transport for my travel to work. But the way the bus drivers and the conductors treat the women are unbearable. They often do not accept us to board the Bus may be due to free transportation for women. They behave very rudely with the elder Citizens who are once the pillars of our country. They often take off the bus before the students as well as the young women board the bus.
                              So I hereby request you to provide us with safe transportation rather than providing us with free transportation.
                              I hope you will look into this and take proper action regarding it and help us know that the government which we choose is still there for us to protect.

                                Yesterday 25.01.2023, the tnstc bus I had book has been slated to depart from Thanjavur to Nagercoil at 10.15pm.
                                As I'm new to the town, I faced difficulty in finding the exact location of the bus. The bus driver who called me over the phone verbally abused me in a very bad manner. So kindly look into it and instruct the workers to atleast be respectful. I've attached the details below. "[protected]" is the number which the driver used to verbally abuse me.

                                  I'm Safeek Raja J. I tried to book a bus ticket of (Dindigul to Chennai on 29/01/2023) on 25/01/2023 at 9:06pm. I've made the payment of Rs. 475 using my UPI id '[protected]@oksbi' with the reference number of '[protected]'. When I get back to the webpage after the payment, I'm shown with the error message. I'm attaching the screenshots of payment and error info. Kindly make a refund process to me after verifying my payment.

                                    Hai, I tried to book tickets using the SETC Mobile app on Dec 31st 2022 from Chennai to Nagercoil (Rs 2616) for 4person after I paid the amount ticket was not booked but amount deducted from my account and I paid once again the same amount and the tickets were booked successfully, been waiting for a long time to get the deducted amount into my account but till the date I didn't receive the amount for the last 25days
