    Address: Negamam new busstand, Pollachi Road, Negamam -642120

    Buses coming from tirupur to Pollachi are not comming inside the negamam new busstand, They all are directly going to Pollachi without comming inside busstand.. This also happens for the bus which are travelling from Pollachi to tirupur also. i am waiting in busstand from 3.10P.M to 3.45P.M two of the busses passes by without coming inside the busstand. Please take a leagal action against the drivers and conductors who are all doing this violation. And some of the private buses changing the route also according to their convenience like a bus from gandhipuram will come to negamam usually depart at 6.30pk and reach negamam by 8pm. But they will ask the passengers like it will go only to kinathukadavu so you can better change the bus, I don't say everybus drivers are doing this but mostly it is happening.. Please take this complaint and resolve this issue as soon as possible

            I travelled from karaikal to Pondicherry on 21.01.23 at8.45 am, in Kumbakonam transport corporation bus . I seated in the very first seat of backside of driver seat. Place for placing the foot is too less, where I can't place my leg, and just above the seat there is a sharp box which hit my head and got injured, pls take necessary action to resolve this issue, because others should not got this my discomfort travel

                I have booked three tickets from Madurai to Chennai 10am non ac sleeper bus. Amount got deducted from my account, but ticket was not generated.

                    Hi, I have booked bus ticket today (20.01.2023 ) for travel on date 28.03.2023 From Coimbatore to bangalore and i paid through UPI transaction i have received message and mail confirmation ticket amount has been debited Rs.1555 but ticket not booked it's showing failed.                       I had booked ticket from villupuram to coimbatore at ( 21.15 Ultra deluxe) seat number 21 . On 13.01.2023, I had booked for Rs .390, amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked and the reference number is OB20476868.

                        DearSir/Madam,

                        I am living in B.Nadur vill, Dharmapuri district Tamil Nadu. Bus depot is located at Thurinjipatty 1km before my bus stop.Bommidi Bus stand Pin 635301 is located after 1.5km from my bus stop. Which means my bus stop is located in between Thurinjipatty depot and Bommidi Bus stand. Bus No TN29 N 2795 started at 7:50AM in Bommidi which means 7:45 bus will come at my bus stop Nadur. Usually all the buses are stopping in my bus stop. But especially this bus not at all stopping whenever I provide proper hand signal. while I asking the regard Mr.Suresh Driver and Mr.Prabakaran conductor shouted on me. And told like there is no stop for your bus stop, so we can not stop bus at your bus stop and showing rude behaviour. Also driver mentioned that, after this bus one private bus will come you take that the bus. I doubt that they are intentionally not stopped in my bus stop to favouring the private bus.

                        Now I am telling that there is police station located in my bus stop. And more than 1000 families are living in my village Yes, officially no specific stop is provided for Nadur. But all the time, all buses are stopping in my bus stop (B.Nadur). If there is no stop for my village means how public will access the police station.

                        So first I request you to take necessary action against the mentioned driver and conductor for rude behaviour and non stopping the bus in my home town. Second, kindly provide the official stopping to my bus stop for public convenience to access my village and police station.

                            Dear Sir,
                            Today (19-Jan-2023) I travelled from Thirumangalam to Koyambedu Chathiram by way of TN Bus No: TN-01-N-9704 at 8:15 pm.
                            I gave 10 Rupees to Conductor for Ticket and the Conductor said to give the exact 6 Rupees Change. I replied to the conductor that i dont have the exact change. For that the Conductor Using Bad & Vulgar words (like., saavugraki, saniyaney, uyira enda vanguringa) for not giving the exact change. That Bus Conductor is treating every Passenger with angry & disrespectful manner. Kindly take proper action against that Bus Conductor.
