Money got debited but ticket not booked

Greetings of the day sir/Mam,
I have booked my ticket today(4th jan 2023) in sectc website from Bangalore to coimbatore from the user id: [protected]@gmail.com,
Ticket is not booked but money got deducted from my account (rs.520).I have attached my account statement for your reference.so kindly do the needful, and refund the amount as soon as possible.

Bus transportation fee reduction and refund

On 4.1.2023 I booked a ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore on setc ticket booking app departure on 13.1.2023 OB ref number OB20319714 . Amount of ₹972 was deducted through g pay but ticket was not booked. Kindly check and refund the amount as soon as possible....

Booking ticket problem

I booked a ticket from CHENNAI to COIMBATORE on 4TH JANUARY 2023 in TNSTC.. OBB NO:OB20319714 seat number 23, 24 made payment Rs972.. after payment done it shows error occurred..but money is debited from bank .. please repay amount ..I can book again .....

Money debited but no ticket confirmation

I booked ticket from chennai to my homeplace on the night of 2nd January 2023 . I was taken to paytm page and the money was debited

When i went back to to the tnstc app it said "the transaction has failed try again sum kther time", but money has not been returned as of 2 days now . There is no sign of refund status initiated.

Local bus service - running over stops

Bus number: TN 37 N 3387
Date & Time: 3 Jan, 2023 :: 21:30
Did not stop the bus even on major bus stop, Perur, Telugupalayam Pirivu etc.. even after chasing for more than 2 stops because of emergency. Driver and conductor don’t bother to hear no matter how properly you request.
They reply saying “You can’t buy the ticket since it is special and costly” .....

Refund of amount which is debited but the ticket not booked

On Jan 1, 2023 around 4.13 pm i tried to book SETC Ticket from vaithishwarankoil to chennai
Trip route no.307 AB (ac sleeper seater)
Rs.625 is been debited from my account but the ticket not booked.

Again i booked the ticket for 625 around 5.45 pm and that got confirmed.

Please process refund for the amount debited towards my first transaction as above....

Complain about drop point -Regarding

Dear Sir/Madam,

Issue is relate to drop point of point to point bus(1 to 1 Bus) Coimbatore to Salem .There is drop point in kondalampatti bypass but recently no bus stopping in the byepass junction .There is pickup point from kondalampatti byepass while leaving Salem to Coimbatore .

Kindly support to stop in Kondalampatti byepass, I hope there is drop point .

If consider point to point bus, Conductor...

Refund of amount debited but ticket not booked

On Jan 2, 2023 around 1.45 i tried to book SETC Ticket for 1005.My account got debited but ticket not booked and my amount also not refunded.

Again i booked the ticket for 1005 around 3 pm and that got confirmed.

Please process refund for the amount debited towards my first transaction as above....
