    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Issue is relate to drop point of point to point bus(1 to 1 Bus) Coimbatore to Salem .There is drop point in kondalampatti bypass but recently no bus stopping in the byepass junction .There is pickup point from kondalampatti byepass while leaving Salem to Coimbatore .

    Kindly support to stop in Kondalampatti byepass, I hope there is drop point .

    If consider point to point bus, Conductor and driver aligned for drop and pickup points, Please support and do the needful

      On Jan 2, 2023 around 1.45 i tried to book SETC Ticket for 1005.My account got debited but ticket not booked and my amount also not refunded.

      Again i booked the ticket for 1005 around 3 pm and that got confirmed.

      Please process refund for the amount debited towards my first transaction as above.

                  Vellore to sholinganallur Bus services issue not conformtable as seat are not proper and unable to site as i am physical challeged person due to this bus service and maiantained issue unable to travel as i am travelling alround 4 to 3 days daily
                  since last one week bus services i have facing lots of issue please look into this is possible please replace the bus with proper accomdation

                    Address: Theni new bus stand

                    While I was sitting in the seat where there is full of ladies though I asked them do you have any problem me sitting right next to you and she replied I don't have any problem with that but the conductor said this is ladies seat and it has to occupied only by ladies but there were several people who were sitting as family (men, women and children) in ladies and then he touched me which is his first violation and secondly he gave me an example that will you allow some random men to sit right next your mother he asked me.

                      We asked the bus conductor and the bus driver weather they will stop at Ariyur pillayar kovil, the said they will and they were saying ariyur means pillayar kovil stop only, so I believed and got into the bus and they did not give ticket for the people over there and they collected only money from that too extra 5 Rs per person and bus was standing there from 10.55 to 11.15 am nearly 20 mins they started the bus after collecting money from everyone in the bus that too over crowed and they did not stop the bus in pillayar kovil stop and took us to narayani hospital sripuram after we had a query and gave the ticket after a verbal fight so I took the photo of the bus with clearly visible of the bus number and they took the bus very fast that they denied us take photo .

                        On 01.01.2023 I have tried to book 2 tickets from Coimbatore to Tirunelveli in SETC (amnt-870). I tried many times but transactions got failed due to network issues and 2 to 3 times it got failed after entering the OTP due to domestic ecom settings in my dlite app-KVB. After that I tried with my UPI id and amnt deducted but transaction got failed. Tickets not yet booked. I tried many these transactions as a guest user.

                          I am anbalagan i was board bus no. Tn 25 0751 in vikrivandi toll gate

                          take a ticket to villupuram
                          and i was asked conductor to stop bus at annamalai hotel bus stop near bypass

                          bus driver trying to stop the bus but conductor told him dont stop the bus

                          i asked conductor why dont stop
                          conductor behaves very wrong manner and slabbed and hitted me brutally

                          please take immediate action against him

                            No proper bus services are provided by bus no.96.
                            Always people are made to wait more than a hour to board the bus.
                            Drivers and conductors are not upto the time.
                            Sometimes more than 2 buses are landed in gandhipuram and not getting ready for the depature at the time...
                            It feels very difficult to go to certain places at time...
                            Also requested and complained about this to the driver and conductors but they are behaving very harsh and aggressive.
                            Please make sure that u take an action regarding this.

                              Hi,

                              I tried to book a Ticket in TNSTC Official App at 11:52 AM on 31/12/2022. The amount ( ₹475 ) is debited from my account, but the ticket is not booked yet. After the amount got debited, the app showed this below error message which I have added in the screenshot below. I didn't get any PNR number or any mail/text to confirm my ticket has been booked. I have also attached the screenshot of the transaction done from my end through Paytm application below. I need a refund now.
