On 23/11/2022, I tried to book a bus ticket from Bangalore to Nagercoil in SETC. Amount Rs.850/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. And one more ticket On 23/11/2022, I tried to book a bus ticket from Bangalore to Marthandam in SETC. Amount Rs.890/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I was traveling from Bangalore to hosuru by bus. I didn't have the change so bus conductor was telling me to get down from the bus in the middle of the way, and also behaved very worst. Same thing happened with another women passenger also.
        Kindly take the necessary action on him and help the passengers.

          While travel in the bus route from punjai puliampatti to sathyamangalam (bus no: 6B/10, timing 12.50 pm, date:[protected], the bus conductor speaks horrible and hard words before issue the ticket to me. It's hurts me alot in the bus. Not only me he spokes to everyone in the bus like hurting the peoples in the bus. Please took an action as soon as possible. I'm here to compliment not only for me, as all the people who travel the regularly.

            Complaint for conductor of bus number 29C - TN01 AN0619
            I got 1 ladies and two children ticket (overall 3 tickets) issued at Chetpet For BesantNagar Kovil stop. When we reached Adyar depot the conductor took back my tickets. I asked reason but he just walked away. Later before my stop when I was looking at him and asking him, he returned 2 of the paid tickets while I didn’t get back the ladies ticket.

            I again asked the conductor why he took my ticket but since my stop arrived and the bus stopped he just said for checking. I have been traveling so many times but I have never seen a conductor demanding the ticket back. In case the ticket checker had come at this point, it would have turned out to be bad for me.

                        On 16/11/2022, i have booked ticket from Chennai( Perungaluthur) to Trichy in AC SLEEPER SEATER BUS. Bus timing 21:15 From Koyembedu. i have selected boarding point as perunglathur it will reach at 22:00. I have booked two AC SLEEPER TICKETS through upi transaction and finally transaction failed & amount debited from my account.

                          Dear sir / madam,

                          The bus roof condition is very poor. There are lot of small holes on it, during rain the water spills on us. Atleast 20 passengers were affected due to this. Why this bus is still running without proper maintenance. Kindly request you to resolve this issue.

                            I tried to book the ticket to travel from Theni to Chennai on 12/11/2022 ( journey date 13/11/2022) through SETC official website. After selecting the seat, the portal was directed to payment. I have paid through UPI id. The payment was successful, but after the payment the ticket was not booked. It showed that there is an error in ticket processing. And the seat which I have selected was again vacant. Still I didn't get the refund for that. Please take necessary steps to refund the money as soon as possible.

                              Hi I'm manjunath 41 years old I'm traveling from salem to Bangalore today that is on Monday 14th November 2022 in the bus number TN 30N 1800 here the driver is using the transport to personal use when there are lots of passengers where inside the bus, when i questioned this not the route he told yes we have in list and took inside where there a difficult to take a bus inside the road, some how he managed to take inside and stopped in a place to meet his friend and after a while came back and taken bus to normal route, 1 boarded a bus @ 10am from Salem to Bangalore at its almost 2:30 still he didn't reach I'm very upset about the service, pls kindly have inquiry and take an action on that, I'm open to give a complete statement at any time and my number is [protected]

                                I am Ashwini, mother of 2 kids, was travelled in bus TN29 N2949 on saturday[protected].
                                As my son is 9.5 years, i bought half ticket for him and my daughter is 3 years, i didn't bought any ticket for her,
                                since to the bus is empty with many seats. he was forcing me to seat my daughter in lap, and shouting at me, using rubbish words and disrespecting manner,
                                he even warned me like if you cant make your daugther seat on lap, "get down of the bus"

                                    Dear Team,

                                    Am from Inamkulathur, Trichy(district).
                                    Our bus route number is 120.

                                    We don't have proper bus service in this route. Sepcially at night time from 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm there is no bus service in this route, we are waiting for a very long time. As there are lot of working women who will be returning back yo our home at this time we are facing lot of issues as we don't have any bus service during this time.

                                    Also its not safe for girls and women who is waiting for 120 Inamkulathur bus from 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm.

                                    Since bus is coming at 10.30 it take nearly 1.30 hrs to reach Inamkulathur its not safe for ladies.

                                    So please arrange for enough services at this time.

                                      Hi, I have booked a ticket from Puducherry - Bangalore on 14th, on 12/11/2022 at 11:27pm. The amount I paid through my Gpay (Transaction ID :[protected] to tntci.[protected]@icici. The transaction was successful and the amount Rs 960 was debited from my account. But on the booking page it showed an error and ticket was not booked. Please book the ticket or refund the amount. TNSTC customer care is worst, you would never be able to connect with them or reach them through other means.

                                        I have booked 2 tickets from Chennai to Tirunelveli on 20-Oct-2022. The timing for the bus for departing is at 13.00 IST. I have booked 2 tickets and the payment was completed successfully using UPI. But I didn't get any confirmation regarding the ticket. It was showing the payment processing page for about 20 minutes and then the app closed unfortunately.
