    Address: 11/36 B6 indirastreet, Ananthan nagar, Asaripallam Road

    Mr Satish Kumar, travelling by Bus from Puducherry to Chidambaram on bus number, TN68 N 0933 starting at 8:00pm was handled rudely by the conductor who did not wake him up at Chidambaram even after personal request. When found to have crossed Chidambaram, Satish requested him to drop him at nearest bus station by charging hime extra fare but instead he forcefully put him out of the bus at unknown location between Sirkali and Mayavaram. This ruthless attitude of the conductor shows the lowered value of life ndtv principles. How can one feel safe in travelling with TNSTC. I request to take strict action against the bus driver and conductor with Imediate effect so as avoid such ruthless and inhuman, conduct with any other person in future.

      Booked 1 ticket on 24rd October 2022 from Vellore to coimbatore scheduled on 26th October 2022 at 21:30 for amount of Rs.475

      Amount was debited but got a message saying error occured after that and the booking failed.

          On 11/10/2022, I tried to book 1 ticket from Tirupati to Madurai in SETC. Amount Rs.645/- has been debited from my Bank Account. But ticket was not booked (showing as ticket booking failed).

            On 22/10/2022, I tried to book 1 tickets from Bangalore to puducherry in SETC. Amount Rs.480 has been debited from my account but ticket waa not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

              Address: Corporation Bus Stop, Bangalore.

              Date: 22 Oct 2022.
              Time: 20: 20 Hrs.
              Tamilnadu Buses marked 444 Bangalore to Vellore. Were behaving unusually. Did not allow passengers from Hosur, Krishnagiri, Natrampalli, Vaniyambadi Byepass, Ambur, Pallikonda to board the bus. Only Vellore passengers were allowed to board the bus. Above mentioned names were on the display board.

              Kindly took into it. And take action.

                    I had a bitter experience while traveling from Trichy to Mayanur today(20.10.2022). In Trichy central bus stand I am searching for the bus to mayanur at 10.15PM. At the time one bus driver said to me to board the bus, which was drive by him (Bus no TN45N4242). After getting confirmation from the driver only I get into the bus, bus started moving. After some meters that bus conductor came to me and give ticket to karur. I said him my dropping point is not karur. I want mayanur ticket. He suddenly said if you want to continue the travel or step out of the bus. I ask the driver, you only said to me that's why I'm step into the bus. He said you have to take ticket for karur. Then they stoped the bus at one bus stop. No one is there in that bus stop. Im out from the bus. Kindly look into the matter and take a appropriate action in this matter

                                I have booked 2 tickets from Chennai to Tirunelveli on 20-Oct-2022. The timing for the bus for departing is at 13.00 IST. I have booked 2 tickets and the payment was completed successfully using UPI. But I didn't get any confirmation regarding the ticket. It was showing the payment processing page for about 20 minutes and then the app closed unfortunately.

                                  My Son was Travelling back from School on route number 382A from Pammam to Nagaercoil in TNSTC Bus registration Number TN37 N1893 @ 4pm on 19/10/2022. Conductor forcefully issued ticket to TOW students travelling in the bus instead of being in school uniform and having the ID card.
                                  Also he made a phone call and acted roughly with the kids. The person speaking from other side threatened to snatch the ID card. Since they are studying in school labelled as "international School" they are not entitled for free travel.
                                  Please look into the matter and keep me informed if the rule from Tamilnadu govertment is such that the free travel is not entitled for students studying in "international School"

                                    I started my journey from Madurai to tirunelveli on 19th October mrng 3.50am from Madurai.
                                    While coming, in the bus there is heavy sound in radio for songs.
                                    Iam unable to sleep and not comfortable.
