I tried to book the ticket to travel from Theni to Chennai on 12/11/2022 ( journey date 13/11/2022) through SETC official website. After selecting the seat, the portal was directed to payment. I have paid through UPI id. The payment was successful, but after the payment the ticket was not booked. It showed that there is an error in ticket processing. And the seat which I have selected was again vacant. Still I didn't get the refund for that. Please take necessary steps to refund the money as soon as possible.

Hi I'm manjunath 41 years old I'm traveling from salem to Bangalore today that is on Monday 14th November 2022 in the bus number TN 30N 1800 here the driver is using the transport to personal use when there are lots of passengers where inside the bus, when i questioned this not the route he told yes we have in list and took inside where there a difficult to take a bus inside the road, some how he managed to take inside and stopped in a place to meet his friend and after a while came back and taken bus to normal route, 1 boarded a bus @ 10am from Salem to Bangalore at its almost 2:30 still he didn't reach I'm very upset about the service, pls kindly have inquiry and take an action on that, I'm open to give a complete statement at any time and my number is [protected]

I am Ashwini, mother of 2 kids, was travelled in bus TN29 N2949 on saturday[protected].
As my son is 9.5 years, i bought half ticket for him and my daughter is 3 years, i didn't bought any ticket for her,
since to the bus is empty with many seats. he was forcing me to seat my daughter in lap, and shouting at me, using rubbish words and disrespecting manner,
he even warned me like if you cant make your daugther seat on lap, "get down of the bus"
The conductor name D.Shankar "Cr-7343". Please do the needful.

Dear Team,

Am from Inamkulathur, Trichy(district).
Our bus route number is 120.

We don't have proper bus service in this route. Sepcially at night time from 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm there is no bus service in this route, we are waiting for a very long time. As there are lot of working women who will be returning back yo our home at this time we are facing lot of issues as we don't have any bus service during this time.

Also its not safe for girls and women who is waiting for 120 Inamkulathur bus from 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm.

Since bus is coming at 10.30 it take nearly 1.30 hrs to reach Inamkulathur its not safe for ladies.

So please arrange for enough services at this time.

Hi, I have booked a ticket from Puducherry - Bangalore on 14th, on 12/11/2022 at 11:27pm. The amount I paid through my Gpay (Transaction ID :[protected] to tntci.[protected]@icici. The transaction was successful and the amount Rs 960 was debited from my account. But on the booking page it showed an error and ticket was not booked. Please book the ticket or refund the amount. TNSTC customer care is worst, you would never be able to connect with them or reach them through other means.

I took the Tn57 N2210 Palani to Theni bus to go Vathalagundu inside the bus it's completely rusted and rain water is leaking inside everywhere. Also the bus got right side tyre puncher to change it they don't have any equipment or additional pair of Tyre while try to stop other vechile every TN vechile is saying that local point vechile is on the way so wait for it we can't take the passenger almost we've stayed in the rain on middle of road for 1 hour because of this issue. Really you've to look in to these kind of issues and need to clear and stop these kind of very old damaged vechile.

I am from Hosur. My wife is travelling from Hosur to Bangalore(Town Hall) everyday. For the last two days, my wife and along with the co-passengers were dropped down near st. johns hospital for the reason unknown. They bought the tickets for town hall but bus fails to reach the destination. Conductors are failig to answer the reason for this drop. some says they are running out of time.

Its very difficult to go to the office on time and travelling charges costs twice as normal days. Requesting you to please make all the busses from Hosur to bangalore to reach proper destinaton for the given fares, if not please make them to inform before leaving Hosur bus stand.

Only there are 1 stop after karur is kodumudi..

Bus conductors are saying even unjalur, ganapati Palayam people not come in this bus...

They say go to private buses...

This is told by most of route bus conductors form tamilnadu..

Today 7/11/2022, the 5o clock bus has not arrived in the town 635111. It's from Krishnagiri to coimbatore bus. It usually crosses our stopping between 4:50-5:05 am. But today the bus has not arrived. They've gone in bypass. I request you to take the necessary action on the particular drive and conductor immediately.

I booked 4 tickets in sleeper class from Puducherry to Bengaluru on 04/11/2022. 2 seats sleeper, 2 seats seater. The scheduled departure time of the bus was 10:05pm, but the bus came at around 11:40pm. As I already said I booked for sleeper tickets, but the bus came doesn't have sleeper seats. I paid for sleeper ticket, but forced to travel in seater.
I need compensation for bus delay and refund for not giving me sleeper seat.

Availability of bus between Tirunelveli and Tenkasi during peak hours are very low. People has to run to get seats and which is absolutely dangerous. Please provide adequate buses between Tirunelveli and Tenkasi route.
