Charging luggage for merely 3 kg bag

Hi sir I am traveling from tnagar to thiruporur bus NO 19. The conductor charged me for luggage for bag which is not even weighing 3 kg. When asked conductor the need to pay luggage charge as we have put 2 small bags into a big bag for carrying purpose, and had it near our leg.He responded that we will be fined for rs 200 if ticket checker saw and never gave back money.For carrying my personal purchase bag which is not even 3kg I had paid...

Hi..on 8th October 2022 I tried to book ticket online from Nagercoil to chennai, I selected UPI payment system (payed via Paytm UPI).My money got deducted but booking was not completed..
Nagercoil to chennai bus ., which was scheduled to depart at 19.00
Rs.750 debited from account, but not booked and no refund initiated so far, requesting for refund..

Amount deducted ticket yet not confirmed

Booked 1 ticket on 4rd October 2022 from Nagercoil Vadachery to Nagapattinam scheduled on 5th October 2022 at 19:15 for amount of Rs.540

Amount was debited but got a message saying error occured after that and the booking failed.

Unfair behaviour of the conductor

I've travelled from Coimbatore to Salem in TN 38 N 3363 bus. I've asked the conductor when the bus will reach Salem to inform my dad to pick up me. But he shouted at me for asking this.
Really this is unfair...

Bus not on time regularly, sometimes No bus to the route, Hosur To Kothakondapalli.

I booked a ticket for (24.10.2022) from Trichy to Banglore on October 6th in TNSTC.. tripcode 2100TRIBANAB seat number 16w.. made payment Rs615.. after payment done it shows error occurred..but money is debited from bank .. please repay amount .....

Stopping in multiple stops

I was travelling from salem to Bangalore from one to one bus (tn 30 N 1999) the bus was supposed to go to Bangalore without stopping and collecting passengers but it stopped in Bangalore and was collecting passengers and one to one bus don’t have conductors how can they do this .Then what is the purpose of putting one to one . I boarded on bus on 6th of October early morning 4.40....

Transaction failed but money not refunded

I booked bus ticket in setc website, amount also deducted ref no :[protected], Issue is transaction failed money not refunded, i am waiting for more than 4 days

Misbehave and lied about bus stops during travel

Today we traveled from Salem to Hosur. When we checked with a conductor said it is 1 to 1. But after salem city he stopped at omalur, dharmapuri, karimangalam, kauveripattinam, krishnagiri, soolagiri, hosur. He lied to us and when I check with him behaved very harsh. Spoken very bad. Dye to this we missed booked bus towards bangalore at hosur. Please take necessary action against this bad conduct.

Regarding intentional bus timing change

Me and my family booked an setc from salem to papanasam PNR:T38224611, DOJ:04/10/2022, Conductor Mobile No.: [protected], Vehicle No.: TN01AN1109.

The bus starting at hosur delayed by 1hour so I called the conductor and asked for status ..he refused to start bus and reasoning that he will be suspended for 2days if he start bus without some quantity of tickets ......

Transaction done but ticket not booked amount not refunded

I tried to book ticket on 28/09/2022 for journey date 29/09/2022 from Bangalore to paramakudi 1810BANRAM route code 885UD seat number 24W, amount 685, UPI transaction code[protected], amount deducted but ticket not booked.. since i had waited for 5 working days for refund but not yet refunded.. kindly resolve the issue.....

Paid But not Confirmed

I tried to book my tickets in TNSTC website. From Mattuthavani bus stand to Chennai Dr M. G. R. bus stand. The process went, the payment page opened, I have done my payment using PAYTM UPI and payment was done from my side of ₹.1155/- but in the next page it showed error and the process couldn't be completed.
So I kindly request you to confirm my tickets or refund the money soon.

Booked 3 tickets on 3rd October 2022 from Salem to Tiruchendur scheduled on 6th October 2022 at 21:30 for amount of Rs.1210

Regarding my reservation request on October 3, 2022

My name is Abhi. I made reservation for 7th October from Neyveli to Chennai today.
The amount got debited from my account. But the booking wasn't confirmed yet.

Please check and confirm whether 29W at 3:30 am and 17 W at 4:00 am is booked under my name or not.
Please refund my amount otherwise.

Money got deducted but ticket is not booked yet

I booked a ticket on 1.10.2022 in TNSTC official application.
The ticket is not booked yet.But the amount has deducted from my card.
So kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.I booked a ticket for Traveling
Date(21.10.2022)and i booked in this number([protected]).And in Application its showing transaction successful message ...
So please solve this and refund my amount.Check the transaction history in my number...
