Yesterday I am booking Chennai to Trichy two ticket booking, The payment has done but booking is failed.. The transaction is completed but ticket that I holded have not yet booked.

Amount of rupees 1125 has been deducted. But ticket is not booked.. Kindly resolve this issue.

My sister is traveling from singanallur to women's polytechnic for college purpose. As per state government laws, ticket price is free for all women in tamilnadu and she is also having bus pass to go to college but conductor is using abuse words to make ladies especially college and school students to buy tickets forcefully. please look into this on priority and update me

It's almost a month that I am boarding the bus from the Virudhunagar police station stop and almost same bus. My bus ticket fare was around Rs.20/-.But I noticed that one of the conductor is collecting Rs.30/-from me for the same Destination quoting that he has to close the stage or else board the bus from the next stop. I want to know the correct bus fare for the stop I am boarding from ....

Bus no :21 A, Daily morning 4 30-5.0 clock bus will be arrived our area (kurumbampalayam), This bus can't travel to town hall it's drop only ulavar sandhai market. This bus effect all the people at the morning time... So please provide kurumbampalayam to town hall bus....

Bus driver driving very fast and not stopping in all stops. Shouting at passengers. Before all getting in or out he is taking the bus. Conductor shouting at all since ladies get free tickets. I almost travelled in this continuously for 2 months and noticed....
