Good morning sir
Booked 3 tickets on 12th October 2022 from tuticorin to Chennai scheduled on 25th October 2022 at 21:45 for amount of Rs.3985 via UPI.

Amount was debited from my account but got a message saying error occurred and the booking failed.

    I am studying in tiruttani government college.Daily i am going college by government bus.But the government buses are regularly not come and also not came in correct time.That was my studies suffers and my lectures are scolding us.So please take an immediate action sir.This is my humble request.

      Booked 1 ticket on 12th October 2022 from Thanjavur to Thiruchendur scheduled on 20th October 2022 at 21:15 for amount of Rs.395 via UPI.

        On 11/10/2022, I tried to book ticket from Bangalore to Trichy in through TNSTC Official App. Amount Rs.750 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked.           My wife and my stepdaughter were waiting today (11.10.2022) at 3.15 pm at Edappadi Karthik Hospital Bus Stand to board bus 5B from Salem District Edappadi Bus Stand to Elampillai. But even after they signaled for the bus, the driver of bus 5B saw them and left without stopping the bus. Even after a pregnant woman flagged down the bus, the driver acted inhumanely.
          I already posted this complaint. But there is one mistake in date. In old complaint, I registered the travel date was 10.10.22 instead of 11.10.2022. so actually this incident happened on 11.10.2022 at 3.15 pm

            On 26/09/2022, I tried to book a bus ticket from Panrutty to Coimbatorein SETC. Amount Rs.390/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

            I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account.

              ஐயா வணக்கம், எனது மனைவியும் என்னுடைய சித்தி அவர்களும் சேலம் மாவட்டம் எடப்பாடி பேருந்து நிலையத்திலிருந்து எளம்பிள்ளை வரை செல்லும் 5B என்ற பேருந்தில் ஏறுவதற்கு, எடப்பாடி கார்த்திக் மருத்துவமனை பேருந்து நிறுத்தத்தில் இன்று (10.10.2022) மாலை 3.15 மணிக்கு காத்திருந்தனர். ஆனால் பேருந்துக்காக அவர்கள் கைகாட்டிய பிறகும் 5B என்ற பேருந்தின் ஓட்டுநர் இவர்களை பார்த்துவிட்டு பேருந்து நிறுத்தாமல் சென்று விட்டார். ஒரு கர்ப்பிணி பெண் பேருந்துக்கு கைகாட்டிய பிறகும் ஓட்டுநர் மனிதாபிமானம் இன்றி பேருந்தை நிறுத்தாமல் சென்றுள்ளார். மேலும் எங்கள் பகுதிக்கு எடப்பாடியில் இருந்து இரண்டு மணி நேரத்திற்கு ஒரு பேருந்து தான் உள்ளது. எனவே வேறு பேருந்தில் இரண்டு கிலோமீட்டர் தூரத்தில் உள்ள பேருந்து நிறுத்தத்தில் இறங்கி கர்ப்பிணி பெண்ணான என் மனைவி நடந்து வரவேண்டிய நிலை ஏற்பட்டது. மேலும் இதுபோன்று மழைக்காலங்களில் கூட கர்ப்பிணி பெண்கள் என்றும் பாராமல் பேருந்தை ஓட்டுநர் நிறுத்தாமல் சென்றது வருத்தம் அளிக்கிறது. எனவே தாங்கள் இதற்கு தகுந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

                Government bus, red colour, deluxe bus number TN 01 AN 3414 was over speeding and chasing my car when I was with my kid in the back seat... it was so terrifying... there was no space for me to move and he was about to hit my car...he literally threatened to hit... please terminate the bus driver from job as he may put lady lives to risk...

                    Hi, I'm Balaji L here. On 5th October-2022, I tried to book a ticket from Dharmapuri to Chennai for 6th October-22 10:00 PM in TNSTC AC BUS. The Amount credited into your TNSTC account but not the ticket booked (I hereby attach the screenshot of transaction).

                    So for 2nd time, I booked. now it worked, I got 27-A seat no on 6th Oct-22 10:00 PM.

                    But the Issue is: please refund my 1st transaction money - 470rs.

                          Unsafe public transport and very bad condition for use i don't think this bus is having valid documents maintenance certificate.

                          Puducherry to villupuram government public transport.

                          While traveling suddenly the top of the bus fell down on passengers. Co passanger helped me from getting injured. But he got hurt in his hand.

                          We cannot assure for the safety of the passengers traveling inside this bus.

                          I request you to take action at this as soon as possible.

                                I boarded bus in Pudhur travelling to kallakuruchi on Oct 9, 2022 at 12.:10pm where the usual ticket charge is ₹₹22-25 and the conductor gave ticket as vadaponparupi to kallakuruchi which costs ₹32. When I asked why is ticket not given from where I boarded. Conductor didn't give proper response and suggested to take another bus and he can't respond. Bus no Tn 32 -N-4681. He was doing the same for many passengers. He refused to say his name and not even wearing the name badge. The bus no is different from the ticket which was printed. Ticket had a different bus no Tn 32 N-3219 Please take necessary action... Thank you.

                                  I have booked bus ticket from Trichy to Chennai ..While booking 15UB & 16UB seats are not filled..So I have booked this seat 15UB for My wife..Ticket also booked ..While boarding she has been shocked because 16UB one Gents is lying..How it was happened..If one seat is booked for ladies means how another Gents will book the seat ..What is the purpose for Govt ID Proof details mentioned while booking...How the way Safety Concern is following in TNSTC ...And Also Water leaked in bus inside...there is no proper bus maintenance followed..Compare to Private Omni Bus booking TNSTC is Worst..

                                  My Wife is not sleeping in bus...I have afraid of her journey..I am also not sleeping..We are in very depression mode..

                                      Hi sir I am traveling from tnagar to thiruporur bus NO 19. The conductor charged me for luggage for bag which is not even weighing 3 kg. When asked conductor the need to pay luggage charge as we have put 2 small bags into a big bag for carrying purpose, and had it near our leg.He responded that we will be fined for rs 200 if ticket checker saw and never gave back money.For carrying my personal purchase bag which is not even 3kg I had paid 33 rs extra charge

                                        Hi..on 8th October 2022 I tried to book ticket online from Nagercoil to chennai, I selected UPI payment system (payed via Paytm UPI).My money got deducted but booking was not completed..
                                        Nagercoil to chennai bus ., which was scheduled to depart at 19.00
                                        Rs.750 debited from account, but not booked and no refund initiated so far, requesting for refund..
