Bus no :21 A, Daily morning 4 30-5.0 clock bus will be arrived our area (kurumbampalayam), This bus can't travel to town hall it's drop only ulavar sandhai market. This bus effect all the people at the morning time... So please provide kurumbampalayam to town hall bus.

    Hi Sir,

    Myself N.R.Prakash I booked ticket today from bangalore to chennai for 3 person ( 2 adults and 1 child), total fare was 1275. Amount was deducted from my ICICI credit card bank account but ticket was not yet booked. Since it got refreshed few times booking was not successful. can you please refund my amount. when i checked the history it was showing multiple retry.

      In salem to Nangavalli bus (No : S3), Conductor C.Sakthivel, scolding me by bad words while i'm showing my Government medical College salem id card, and he telling arts college students are eligible for this offer.And he take ticket charge on me.         Myself Muralidharan studying 11th std cbse school I'm a school student 27/9/2022 Tuesday I was travelling in bus TN 32-N-4681 . The conduct uncle treating the passenger very bad . I brought ₹100 I gave it for ticket I don't have ₹37 to buy ticket instead I gave ₹100 for that he misbehaved with me. Kindly take mediate action on him, as a school student I'm requesting.           Coimbatore to kilkundah bus not stopping in bus stops properly.5.30 am bus dated 27/09/2022, not stopped in koundampalayam bus stop .When following the bus till gounder mills in my two wheeler to catch the bus, the conductor was rude with rough behaviour.His response is that have to go and stand in middle of road and show off hands to stop the bus.Lady passengers alone suffering, since it is the only bus route directly to manjoor from Coimbatore... Kindly take necessary actions.Bus registration number is TN43N0698.

            Hi, I've tried to book a ticket to Dindigul from Chennai on 21 Sept 2022. The amount Rs. 475 got debited from my account but the ticket didn't get booked due to failed transaction. I did pay through UPI and the transaction failed at billdesk. I've attached the screenshot of the payment for your reference. It's been 6 days and I have not received any refund. I request you to issue me the refund immediately. I booked the same seat again after paying the same amount.

                Address: Sitra to saravanampatti bus Coimbatore TN 38 N SC 55+2

                Bus driver driving very fast and not stopping in all stops. Shouting at passengers. Before all getting in or out he is taking the bus. Conductor shouting at all since ladies get free tickets. I almost travelled in this continuously for 2 months and noticed.

                  Hi, this is D GAUTHAM RAJU,

                  I booked a ticket yesterday from,

                  Tirupati to nagapattinam bus, which was scheduled to depart at 19:00

                  535 rs debited, but ticket not booked
                  and no refund initiated so far, need a refund immediately.

                  Payment was done through paytm upi

                  Transactions details are given below in attachments.

                  Please refund immediately its going to be a day nearly since it got debited.

                  On 06/10/2022 I tried to book a bus ticket from Ramanathapuram to Chennai in SETC. Amount Rs.575 has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.through gpay

                    I'm Balaji from thiruppuvanam sivagangai district, i was travelled to chennai for my personal work when i return from chennai i had to take my bus on perungalathur on time of 11.30pm saturday 17.09.2022. I leave my brother from tambaram railway station and i take a government bus red colour M500 bus board number and the bus number is TN 01 2277. I travelled on this number bus from tambaram to perungalathur i give the conductor rupees 10 and i asked the ticket, the conductor were told me the ticker is 13 rupees and seach the 3 rupees change in my change but cant find and i used to give a conductor a 50 rupee note the conductor were return me a 40 rupee change but not the 7 rupee chnage and i asked the conductor about my 7 rupee change the conductor were told me collect the change of 7 rupee when i leava the bus, and i offen look the conductor for my change and i asked when i leave the bus when the perungalathur arives but the conductor were whistle and the bus were start moving i start shouting to conductor and ask my change of 7rupees the conductor were not consider my conversation and whistle again and the bus start moves from there. The conductor were not consider my conversation and he cheated me i want my 7 rupees back and want to take a right action on the conductor. Please consider my complaint and take action on the conductor and provide justice to me and never let that happen this type of actions of conductors to others like me.

                        The incident happened exactly 8 km from porur TOLL plaza . Driver of setc vehicle no TN 01 AN 3541 was at moving in the left most lane and from there he just overtook a vehicle and without bothering about the vehicles behind him changed over to the right end lane . It is because of such irresponsible ### accidents happen and people driving properly too loose their lives. Wish the concerned authorities take necessary action .

                          Here is a rush driving in city traffic and in traffic signal there is no meter (1 or 2 inch gap only) between bus and any other vehicles. In place (near perks school signal) coimbatore. The vehicle number is TN 38 N 3196 route number is 1C.
                          Pls make note hereafter pls warn driver about this concern.

                            On last Tuesday(13 September 2022) 3.48 PM , I booked two tickets from Coimbatore to Tirunelveli in the bus Trip code :2015COINKTM, Route No: 662UD for the journey date 30 Sep 2022 for the seat numbers 25 and 26.The bus fare was Rs.860.I have paid the ticket fee using Phonepe
                            UPI by scanning the QR.Transaction was successful but the tickets were not booked.
                            Please help me in refunding the amount.

                                  We are working people who usually takes Bus from Kamraj College (Thoothukudi)
                                  Route Thoothukudi to Sathankulam Morning 9.10 AM at Kamaraj College
                                  Driver never stops the bus properly in that Bus stop . Driver on who drove today (Monday 19th September)he didn't Stop at bus stop and leaves around 15-20 people to wait for another bus which comes between 9.35 - 9.40 he made us wait for 30 mins in the bus stop .Main thing today he is going without any crowd in bus around 20 people only the bus .If he do like that how the transport department will go into profit it will still go in loss only . Please take necessary action on him .

                                    As I travelling from Kallakurichi to ulundurpet at 3.45 am morning on the date 19/9/2022 in the tnbus going from salem to chennai bus no. TN 32 N 4604[tnstc, (villupuram ) Ltd] The conductor talks rudely and collected ticket money of Rs.60. (usually it takes Rs. 33 from Kallakurichi to ulundurpet). Also put wrong ticket place from thalaivasal to ulundurpet. As I am college going student, I don't have enough money to pay, the conductor compelled me to pay this, even though I gave correct money with change.
