The incident happened exactly 8 km from porur TOLL plaza . Driver of setc vehicle no TN 01 AN 3541 was at moving in the left most lane and from there he just overtook a vehicle and without bothering about the vehicles behind him changed over to the right end lane . It is because of such irresponsible ### accidents happen and people driving properly too loose their lives. Wish the concerned authorities take necessary action .

Here is a rush driving in city traffic and in traffic signal there is no meter (1 or 2 inch gap only) between bus and any other vehicles. In place (near perks school signal) coimbatore. The vehicle number is TN 38 N 3196 route number is 1C.
Pls make note hereafter pls warn driver about this concern.

On last Tuesday(13 September 2022) 3.48 PM , I booked two tickets from Coimbatore to Tirunelveli in the bus Trip code :2015COINKTM, Route No: 662UD for the journey date 30 Sep 2022 for the seat numbers 25 and 26.The bus fare was Rs.860.I have paid the ticket fee using Phonepe
UPI by scanning the QR.Transaction was successful but the tickets were not booked.
Please help me in refunding the amount.

Sir there is no proper bus from iyyappanthangal to tambaram, 166bus is not in time in iyyappanthangal, very few bus are there that too not coming in time

We are working people who usually takes Bus from Kamraj College (Thoothukudi)
Route Thoothukudi to Sathankulam Morning 9.10 AM at Kamaraj College
Driver never stops the bus properly in that Bus stop . Driver on who drove today (Monday 19th September)he didn't Stop at bus stop and leaves around 15-20 people to wait for another bus which comes between 9.35 - 9.40 he made us wait for 30 mins in the bus stop .Main thing today he is going without any crowd in bus around 20 people only the bus .If he do like that how the transport department will go into profit it will still go in loss only . Please take necessary action on him .

As I travelling from Kallakurichi to ulundurpet at 3.45 am morning on the date 19/9/2022 in the tnbus going from salem to chennai bus no. TN 32 N 4604[tnstc, (villupuram ) Ltd] The conductor talks rudely and collected ticket money of Rs.60. (usually it takes Rs. 33 from Kallakurichi to ulundurpet). Also put wrong ticket place from thalaivasal to ulundurpet. As I am college going student, I don't have enough money to pay, the conductor compelled me to pay this, even though I gave correct money with change.

The bus told without change, he will through away me from the bus, there was rules like this in TNSTC, and he uses bad words .And i replied that tomorrow i will complaint to Branch manager/General manager of depot. The bus conductor of that bus told, His branch BM has given permission to do, so he will manage with political union. And he told he pityfully allow me to enter into the bus. And scold with bad words, while taking video only he leaves. He told that you can do whatever, he doesn't fear of anyone.

One thing reveal, the vellore Branch manager is not controlled the employers, The employees only controlled the Branch manager.

Long travel bus there is no window stopper, no foot rest, no hand rest and dangerous rusted steel plates were in the foot resting area which was high chance tof injury, waste of money,
Generally travelling by night wants sleep, but we lose sleep.
This my second complai, I don't know wether action will happened against my complaint. Vehicle number is TN-68N 0630. Route, Chennai to Kumbakonam.

Sirs I travelled at 4 pm on 29th August 2022 from Sivakasi to Sattur by bus bearing number TN 67N 0903 (Sivakasi Depot bus).

It was heavily raining out side and equally leaking inside.None of the passengers in the bus could sit or even stand as the entire roof of the bus was leaking.

Please withdraw such old buses from service and help the passengers.

I am 70 years old and due to drenching in the bus I felt sick for a fortnight

While travelling in Government buses, Before Ammapalayam in Tiruppur, Gopald mill stop is there. But none of the bus is getting stopped in the bus stop, Because of that this stop customers/people getting delayed in their works as they have to return walk for nearly an Kilometre for their point of work.

So requesting to do the needful to stop the bus at the right stopping if required.

Chennai buses are not available at morning sessions it's very difficult to travel for college students and employees please ensure the bus for Chennai route at thirukovilur bus stand

Bus no's-21A and 99A departing from gandhipuram bus stand Coimbatore to the destination of Narasipuram are not operating at the specified timings in the morning during the school and college timings. so, college students and school students can't be able to reach the school or college at a particular time. so, the students are forced to travel on footboard on buses during school time to get to the school on time. i request you to operate more buses at that time.

Dear sir Or madam I'm Rengaiyan Ramasamy living in trichy September 14 2022 I was traveled to trichy from thiruparaithurai toll plaza the bus number is TN33 N3542 at the time of around 10.45pm I step in the bus from the back steps and i searched conductor I couldn't find him then I moved to the front seat number 1&2 then I saw the conductor was deep sleep in seat number 6 7 8 so i dont know what to do even I want to wake up or let it wait for wake him up by the time driver saw me i sitting near driver only the driver asked me after 10 minutes did u took ticket I said not yet sir the conductor is sleeping suddenly he asked me why u get in the bus if anyone one came for checkup we need to give them answer and we get trouble I said don't say why u get in the bus I have right to travel the mistake for the conductor he was sleep by the time me and the driver argue harshly then the conductor wake up he's also came to fight with me why u step In the bus I was so upset then I try to call karur the depot manger the number is [protected] didn't reached up so please take action for those who's Unresponsible staffs my contact number is [protected] even they charge me 28 rupee instead of 22

The money of 1195 Rs has been debited but I have not got any ticket.
Kindly refund the amount or give me confirmation for the booking.

I'm a college student. I am facing trouble to go to college by government buses. There is a lack of buses during peak hours. I'm making dangerous travelling, standing on footboard. Please provide more buses during peak hours for college students.
