I'm a college student. I am facing trouble to go to college by government buses. There is a lack of buses during peak hours. I'm making dangerous travelling, standing on footboard. Please provide more buses during peak hours for college students.

      I have tried to book ticket from Tanjore to Chennai CMBT in SETC AC seater cum sleeper. Using UPI I made my payment and money was debited (455/ticket) but the ticket isn't booked. We tried booking thrice and money was debited, none of the booking got booked.

        Sir/Madam,
        I'm Venkatesh G from Karaikal. I was traveling from Puducherry to Karaikal yesterday(12/09/2022) time 1:00 PM .Ticket price is Rs.112 .I gave the conductor(Name: Subramanian) Rs.200 and Rs.20. But the conductor returned only Rs.8. I asked him for balance Rs.100. But he said that he gave that already to me. I requested him if he could count the amount he had so that he could find extra amount.But Instead he scolded me harshly and with vulgar words and assaulted me infront of other passengers. I have not faced this type of situation before. Such a dishonest Person he is. He would create bad impression of TNSTC. I kindly request you look into this matter and take action against him. I have enclosed the ticket below. Bus No. 1188

            Bus route: Vellalore to Gandhipuram

            Due to the breakage in the Noyyal river bridge in vellalore, we did not get buses at the proper time. So, school students and working women mightily struggle to get buses, especially in the morning and evening.

            Also, due to more populated areas, the buses in peak hours are insufficient due to irregular services. People are more struggling and even tired. So, we need additional bus services (even though we are willing to pay ticket fair).

            We request you to take action immediately and help to vellalore peoples as soon as possible.

              83L bus Conductor marking rude about change and he says he not give change if you want change you have to bring in form home ur self. i think its not fare we are a passenger we have self respect how can conductor say he don't give change it's just a 100 rs it's not about money i am saying about his behavior to speak to customer

                In bus rout between Anaimalai and Pollachi. I saw a bus conductor who behave rude to poor person ( looks like beggar ). The conductor began to shout that " get down " . The poor person were get down in one stop where others could get into in . But the poor person were stand aside by the bus conductor purposely and the bus went . Even though he paid 10 rupees fare . The conductor behaves partiality among peoples

                  This complaint is about the harsh behaviour of the bus conductor of the state government bus. As the state government has announced a policy of free ticket to the women, this policy has made the bus conductor to behave hastily and rudely towards the women passengers who are boarding in the bus.I would like to draw your kind attention towards the incident which took place on 11th September 2022 when I was boarding the bus no: 18 route is manamadurai to illayangudi before I board in the bus before I climb the stairs the conductor gave the whistles. Yes I was loaded with the my bags and also with my 3 years old little daughter, this act can be resulted into a devasting accident which can result to the death of my daughter and me.
                  So kindly take the necessary action against the conductor who was in service on 11th September 2022 Monday at 7:00 p.m.
                  I do believe that justice will be taken into consideration and I will get the correct justice which can avoid the death of many innocent womens.

                    I was waiting for (30minutes) surandai bus (madurai to surandai bus ___ Rajapalayam departure timing 4 o'clock )in Rajapalayam new bus stand with my parents .Around 04:05 PM surandai bus came from madurai . That bus was not picked passenger from that bus stand. just came and went . Some of the passenger (Ladies & old people's includingmy parents) not able to catch the bus in that time due to that bus was skipped that bus stand. Not able to note the Bus registration number, due to sudden pick up of bus. Please take necessary action for this incident. This is repeated incident going on daily and people also get suffer

                      On 12/09/2022 I tried to book a bus ticket from Marthandam to coimbatore in SETC. Amount Rs.540 has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                            I have booked a ticket from Trichy to Chennai tomorrow (11.09.2022). The amount is debited from my account, but the TNSTC app displays nginx error and redirected again to the payment page.

                            Now I don't have any tickets in my ticket section. I have called the customer care numbers, but all numbers are busy all the time. How can I get the refund?

                                  Bus No. 2527, started journey from Banglore to thiruchandur on 08 September 2022 at 5pm from shantinagar through reservation
                                  During salem pit stop Bus left us alone and started journey due to delay during restroom inspite of informing
                                  After we consulted the conductor he asked us take a auto and reach a place far from bustop at 10: 45 pm despite knowing we are 2 female traveller's alone
                                  And what if something happened to us during the travel, who is responsible
                                  On reaching the bus he humiliated us by speaking bad words in other language
                                  PLEASE TAKE ACTION SO THAT NO ONE GOES THROUGH THE SAME, THERE COULD BE NOTHING DONE IF THE AUTO DRIVER TOOK US SOMEWHERE ELSE AS WE ARE UNAWARE OF LANGUAGE AND PLACE PLEASE MAKE THEM REALISE THIER MISTAKE WHAT IF THIS HAPPENED TO YOUR HOUSE WOMEN

                                    As I was travelling from Salem (4:30pm) to Coimbatore on(9:09:2022) in TN30N2080 AC BUS. the bus is MAINTANENCE is so poor. Every mobile charger ports are damaged. And AC maintenance is so poor. So please take timely action

                                        Respescted sir/mam,
                                        There is insufficient bus service for people for the route of sankarankovil to puliyangudi and vice versa. I have been waiting at mullikulam bus stop more than one hour. And 2 KTC bus had not stopped due to heavy passenger.please take action as soon as possible.
