TN 33 N 3150 buys from erode to Namakkal is total un maintained bus where every nut bolt panel bench board are lose and making hell lot of a noise. Even the window panel is not opening. Dirt and mud everywhere. It was like traveling in a pile of dumpster bus. I was wondering why people where rushing to private bus. After traveling in this noisy and Shaky bus. I understood.

வணக்கம் ‌‌, எனது பெயர் ச.ராஜா 29/08/2022 அன்று நான் எனது அம்மா உடன் ஹொசுர் செல்வதற்காக திருவண்ணாமலை பேருந்து நிலையத்திற்கு இரவு 09:30 pm மணி அளவில் வந்தேன். அங்கு ஓசுர்றிக்கு தனியாக எந்த ஒரு பேருந்தும் வரவில்லை, ஆனால் ஓசுர் வழியாக செல்ல கூடிய பெங்களூர் பேருந்துகள் அதாவது 1 to 6 பேருந்துகள் 10 நிமிடங்களுக்கு ஓரு பேருந்துகள் சென்று கொண்டிருந்தன. எனவே நானும் எனது அம்மாவும் அந்த பெங்களூருக்கு செல்ல கூடிய பேருந்தில் பயணிக்களாம் என்று சென்றபொழுது நடத்துனர்கள் எங்களை பேருந்தில் ஏற அனுமதிக்கவில்லை, நானும் அடுத்தடுத்து 5 பேருத்துகளில் ஏற சென்ற பொழுது அனைத்து நடத்தனரும் கூறியது பெங்களூர் க்கு செல்பவர்கள் மட்டும் ஏறுங்கள் என்று . பின்பு நான் அங்கு இருந்த மேல் அதிகாரியிடம் இந்த பெங்களூர் வழியாக செல்ல கூடிய பேருந்துகளில் ஓசுர்றிர்க்கு நிருத்தம் உள்ளதா என்று கேட்ட பொழுது அந்த மேல் அதிகாரி C.E.O அந்த பேருந்துகளில் ஓசுரில் நிறுத்தம் உள்ளது என்றே கூறினார், பின்பு நான் அவரிடம் புகார் அளித்தேன் இது போல் எங்களை நடத்துனர்கள் பேருந்தில் ஏற அனுமதிக்கவில்லை என்று.அதற்கு C.E.O அதிகாரி அதெல்லாம் ஒன்றும் இல்லை நீங்கள் சென்று பேருந்தில் ஏறுங்கள் நடத்துனர் ஏதேனும் சொன்னால் நீங்கள் C.E.O அதிகாரி தான் எற சொன்னார் என்று கூறுங்கள் என்று அவர் என்னிடம் சொன்னார்.பின்பு நான் ஓசுர் வழியாக செல்ல கூடிய பெங்களூர் பேருந்தில் ஏறிவிட்டு இரண்டு நபர் அமர கூடிய இருக்கையில் அமர்ந்துவிட்டு அம்மாவை மேலே ஏறி வர சொன்னேன், அப்போது நடத்துனர் என் அம்மாவிடம் விசாரித்தார் எங்கே செல்கிறிர்கள் என்று, அதற்கு என் அம்மா ஓசுர் என்று கூறியதும், உடனே அந்த நடத்துனர் கோபமாக ஏம்மா கீழ இருங்குமா என்று அவமரியாதையாக பேச தொடங்கிவிட்டார்.பின்பு என் அம்மா பேருந்தின் கீழுருந்தபடி என்னை அழைத்தார் பின்பு நான் நடத்துனரிடம் கேட்ட பொழுது, அதற்கு அவர் யோவ் உன்ன யாருயா ஏற சொன்னது மொதல்ல கீழ இருங்குயா என்று கூறினார் நான் அவரிடம் பொருமையாக கூறினேன் நான் உங்கள் மேல் அதிகாரியிடம் கேட்டு விட்டு தான் பேருந்தில் ஏறினேன் என்று . அதற்கு அவர் யோவ் நீ யார்கிட்ட சொன்ன எனக்கு என்ன யா மொதல்ல கீழ இறங்கு யா என்று தரைகுறைவாக பேசினார், இருந்தாலும் பரவாயில்லை என்று நான் என் அம்மாவை மேலே எற சொன்னேன் அதற்கு அந்த நடத்துனர் என் அம்மாவின் கையில் இருந்த பையை பிடித்துக்கொண்டு மேலே ஏற விடாமல் தடுத்தார். பின்பு நானும் அந்த நடத்துனரிடம் வாக்குவாதம் செய்வதற்கான சூழல் ஏற்பட்டது.பின்பு நான் மீண்டும் C.E.O அதிகாரியிடம் நடந்ததை கூறினேன்.பின்பு அவர் வந்து நடத்துனரிடம் கூறிய பின் நானும் எனது அம்மாவும் அந்த பேருந்தில் பயணிக்க முடிந்தது.. இதை நான் ஏன் புகார் அளிக்கிறேன் என்றாள் என்னை போன்று அன்று நிறைய பொது மக்கள், முதியோர் மற்றும் சில பெண்கள் குழந்தைகளுடன் ஓசுர் பேருந்திற்காக ஒரு மணி நேரத்திற்கு மேலாக காத்து கொண்டு இருந்தனர் அவர்களின் நிலைமை சற்று சிந்தித்துப்பாருங்கள். அப்படியே ஓசுரிற்கு ஒரு பேருந்து வந்தாலும் கூட இளைஞர்கள் சூழ்ந்து கொள்வார்கள் பின்னர் முதியோர் மற்றும் பெண்கள் குழந்தைகளின் நிலைமை என்னவாகும் என்று சற்று தயவுசெய்து சிந்தியுங்கள்.. பின்பு ஓசுர் தொழிற்சாலைகள் நிறைந்த ஊர் ஆதலால் அடுத்த நாள் வேலைக்கு செல்வதும் இந்த பேருந்துகளை நம்பிதான் இத்தகைய சூழலில் நடத்துனர்கள் தங்களின் ஒருவர் வேலையை சுளபம்மாக்கிகொள்ள பயணிக்க வரும் பயணியிடம் கோபம் தரைகுறைவாக பேசுதல் போன்ற யுக்திகளை கையாளுகின்றனர் . இதனால் பயணிகளின் வேலைகள் தாமதமாகிறது. பயணிகள் சுளபமாக பயணம் செய்ய வழிகள் இருந்தும் அரசு இது போன்ற தங்கள் வேலையை சுளபமாக்கிகொள்ள கூடிய சுய நலம் நிறைந்த நடத்துனர்களை அரசு எப்படியாவது சரிசெய்துவிடும் என்ற நம்பிக்கையில் கூறுகிறேன்.. நன்றி..

From ulundurpet to vriddhachalam there are less number bus services available at night, i stood from 10:45 pm-2am, even though single bus came it is fully rushed, but I can see lots of chennai, Salem buses available, please sort this problem, I hope you will resolve this.

On[protected], I tried to book 3 tickets from Papanasam-Tirunelveli to Chennai in SETC. Total Amount of Rs.1840 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. In Booking history also there is no tickets available.
Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible. I have attached transaction screenshot for your reference.

High cost fixed for all food and snacks items.. If anyone asks about the rate to hotel servants they are harassed people using bad words to collect the money.. Hotel located at near bhavani.. Opposite excel college.. Hotel old name is mithiesh.. Now they many complaints raised against to the hotel.. Then they are changed the name as Sri saravana bhavan.. Very worst hotel and poor quality foods.. Pls take action against them and save people. Thank u

I am writting this complaint to let you know that some tnstc bus conductors treat students/children not in a good way. Today I came in a bus that runs in kk district. The bus's number is 13k. The bus conductor scolded us three boys just for standing in the bus. I know we had seats to sit but we didn't because we had bags and it would disturb the other person sitting in the seat. But the bus conductor scolded and blamed us for not using the school bus. I don't feel this as a good service please take some actions because this isn't the first time I am facing this

நெடுங்குளம் வரை செல்லும் பேருந்தை மதுரை பி பி சாவடியில் நானும் இன்னொரு முதியவரும் நிறுத்த முற்பட்டோம் அதே நேரத்தில் பேருந்தினுள் இருந்த ஒரு பெண் பயணியும் தன்னுடைய குழந்தையுடன் இறங்க முற்பட்டார் குறிப்பிட்ட நிறுத்தத்தில் நிறுத்தாமல் 100 மீட்டடர் தள்ளி சென்று பேருந்தை நிறுத்தியது மட்டுமல்லாமல் நடத்துனர் அந்த பெண் பயணியை தகாத வார்த்தையால் திட்டினார்.

எனவே நடத்துனர் மற்றும் ஓட்டுனர் அவர்களுக்கு தகுந்த எச்சரிக்கை கொடுக்கும் படி தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்

I travelled in a mini bus situated in Velur, Namakal. It was so much over crowded and we all underwent suffocation also. Please do proper action against the bus I'm mentioning below.

27.08.22 அன்று பிற்பகல் 04.20 போல் மதுரை மாட்டுத்தாவணியில் இருந்து சிதம்பரம் வரை செல்ல இருந்த பேருந்தில் ஏற சென்ற புதுக்கோட்டை பயணிகளை லோக்கல் டிக்கெட் எனவும் நீ பேருந்தில் ஏறகூடாது என ஒருமையிலும் ஓட்டுநர் மற்றும் நடத்துநர் திமிராக பேசியதோடு எங்க வேணாலும் போய் புகாரளி எவனும் என்னை எதுவும் செய்ய முடியாது, சிதம்பரம் டிப்போ மேனேஜர் மட்டும்தான் வண்டிக்கு பொறுப்பு. வேற எவனாலும் எதுவும் செய்யமுடியாது என கூறி பயணிகளுக்கு மன உளைச்சல் ஏற்படுத்தியதோடு பயணநேரத்தையும் வீணடித்தனர்...

I am from velichanatham, madurai-625014. Today I am travel with my 3 year old son. Conductor argue for buy ticket for 3 year old boy and finally I buy a ticket for my son. I am argue about government rules of no ticket for under age of 5.but conductor said no you should buy ticket. Driver and conductor talking too much rude. Today I am travel 3 other government bus and no ticket collected for my son. Please take a action.

I don't know their name.. but it's village regular bus. So same driver and conductor come daily. Bus time: 8 to 8.30 AM.

I am from vadaranyam, tamilnadu. Now I am in vedaranyam bus stand. Actually I am waiting for Thiruchendur express the scheduled time of the bus is 8:30 Am but now time is 9:00Am. I asked in control the respective parson says bus will come. But upto now the bus not arrived to bus stand.

Buses from nagercoil to chennai are not going on time.The boarding time is 3'o clock in the evening and arrival time is 3'o clock at perungalathur .But the driver is taking break and going at 6'o clock

My name is Iniyan and I was waiting for (1 Hours) checkanurani bus in thirumangalam bus stand on[protected] Time at 01:45 PM. At the same time Umatchikulam, checkanurani route bus came there. That bus was skipped and not picked passenger from that bus stand. Some of the passenger (Ladies & School students) not able to catch the bus in that time due to that bus was skipped that bus stand. One pregnancy lady also to wait for that bus, in bus stand in same time. Not able to note the Bus registration number, due to sudden pick up of bus. Please take necessary action for this incident. This is repeated incident going on daily and people also get suffer. More Complaints also registered to the above incident to the concern depot.

27/08/2022 today i traveling to Puducherry with tnstc bus no TN 21 N 2138 this bus has stopped on break point in near by marakanam ecr they not selling goods on the shop today i buy vadai in this shop while i eating that i found some big size stones in the vadai so please take action against them and also i complaint about the shop they are not care about it so please kindly find a problems there to clear goods to consumer

I have booked 2 tickets from Vellore to Kumbakonam on 28/08/2022 made payment using UPI please accept the request and conform Seats as soon as possible

Please display the charges for all electrical Equipments that was supposed to carry over public Bus Transport.

This conductor in the bus of TN 30 N 1627 have fooled by saying this bus is point to point and does not stop at district bus stop.This happened on 25.08.2022 from Salem to Bangalore bus.I trust that I will get the justice.
We are going to Bangalore for a emergency reason what if it delayed due to his improper activities

In Salem old bus stand bus route no. 94 not stopping the bus on bus stand . passengers are waiting on bus stand but driver not stopped at exit of the bus stand and not waiting for passengers to come in . when some passengers coming inside the driver take the bus and passengers some of them are missed the bus . So, I request you to take action to stop the bus at bus stand & all other bus stops.

வேலூரில் இருந்து இரும்புலி செல்லும் பேருந்தானது நான் வழியில் எவ்வளவு ஒரமாக சென்றாலும் என்னை இடிப்பது போலவே வருகிறது. மறுபுறம் போக இடம் இருந்தும் இடிப்பது போலவே வருகிறது. இவ்வாறு பல முறை நடந்துள்ளது. மீண்டும் இவ்வாறு நடக்காமல் இருக்க தங்களை பணிவுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன். மீண்டும் இவ்வாறு நடந்தால் என் பொறுமை இழந்து விடுவேன்.
