Dear Sir
Route buses coming inside Coimbatore via Trichy road have become very rash in their driving inside the city. Inspite of narrow roads and lot of traffic they keep honking throwing two wheelers off balance in a hurry to reach their destination.
Today a bus from Karur kept honking and was taken by surprise and almost fell. It was early morning 7.20 am, Trichy road near Elgi, sungam is a very narrow strech and expects two wheelers to go out of the road to give way. I stopped the bus and questioned the driver. The driver and conductor sincerely believe that they can horn whenever they please and have first right of way and even if it's a narrow road two wheelers have to get off it when they see a bus approaching. They answered in a very arrogant manner and even threatened to hit me. Unfortunately I couldn't take up the matter further as I had to drop my daughter for a sports meet on time. They don't give any importance to maintaining speed limits and no one to question the arrogance.
Please do something about it before they kill people.

Accidents happen every day because the Velan bus from Natham to Madurai carries too many passengers. So we urge you to do your due diligence.

Natham starting Morning time 8.30 AM to end time Madurai 10.00 AM

Already take up concern department many times and no responsibility pl check and avoid the account.

Over all passengers around 200.
We humble request you to kindly check and avoid the accident in every day.pl do the needful.

Pl note : pl check kadavur bus stop and avoid the accident in Velan transport

Bus ti.e 1.30 pm / 2.15 pm bus not came in right time. We are waiting more than one hour. Avadi bus deppo employees not taking accountability not answering also.

I am filing complaint against irregular/very poor bus service from Arani to Tambaram 279... Most of the time I don't get the bus to travel from/to tambaram.. I gave direct complaint about the unavailability of bus service to Tambaram bus time keeper and time keeper in arani bus stand. But no action taken to regularise the quality bus service from arani to Tambaram and vice versa... Also bus 279 conditions to be improved a lot...

I've tried to book ticket for travel from Aranthangi to Chennai (05/09/2022)on TNSTC android application and used upi for the payment of ₹1625. The amount has been deduced from my bank account but the ticket booking was failed. I want refund.

Dear sir, i kindly want to inform you that I want to travel from Chengalpattu tollgate to Sriperumbudur to go to my office. I didn't get a tiruvallur bus to go to my destination. Since I m waiting from 8:15pm to till now. So, please increase the busses or else maintain a proper time.

I have book a ticket from Nagercoil Vadacherry to Thanjavur on 5th sept and the amount was debited from my account but ticket failed booking.But in Transaction details it shows like that the refund request is not applicable.

I've been traveling from Tambaram to Madambakkam. We peoples have the only bus that is 31G.. we don't have any alternative buses for our area.. and we peoples don't have sufficient buses too.. If there is any delay or any road traffic we have to wait for more than one and half hours for a bus.. Please do something for us.. Arrange extra number of buses to our area.. i kindly ask you to do something.. Thanking you in advance.

This letter is to inform you about the irresponsibility of the conductor for the Ooty to Coimbatore bus starting from Ooty at 6.00 am. . Bus number 3377.

My wife and my daughter were traveling to Coimbatore(Thudiyalur) fom Ooty on September 03, 2022. They got into the bus from Ooty bus stand and were sitting on the left side of the driver's seat. And kept one trolly and one backpack near the front seat.

The bus stopped for breakfast in the Mettupalayam hotel. When getting down from the bus my wife kept her small Nike backpack on the seat. After having breakfast they went to the washroom. Took only 3 minutes to come back. The bus left the hotel without checking whether all the passengers had come or not. All my luggage was in the bus. And this situation caused so much hardship and agony to my family, my daughter's books and clothes who were left in the bus who was going to report to the hostel.

Then my wife got another bus from the place. Luckily another conductor has the bus number 3377 driver's contact number. So he contacted the driver and informed the same. Then they told me they will keep the bags in the new bus stand (coimbatore). But it was a difficult task to return back to Thudiyalur with luggage, we told one of our friends to wait in Narsimhapalayam bus stop and collect the luggage.

Then the conductor was not sure about the luggage which was left in the bus, and his phone was switched off. The name of the driver is Prakash. The ticket numbers are 32538, 32537, 39490, 69490. The images of the tickets are attached for your reference.

Kindly look into the matter and take action, this should not happen again to the ladies who travel alone trusting the transport service.

I along with 40 passengers was travelling from chennai koyambeedu bustand to banglore. The guy photo attached is collecting huge amount ie, nearly 1800 by passenger to traveling banglore stating that it is AC sitting and making to travel in Ac tourist 3+2 seater named lexus holidays reg no : TN 59 CP 2641 and these people are giving fake bills with no amount written on it .This bus has no permit to bangalore hence they are making passenger to get down in hosur main roads 25km away from bangalore. and telling passenger to travel by local buses to banglore. There is lot of money laundring happening in koyambedu bustand. Kindly look into this matter as early as possible ... passengers are mainly aged people.. single ladies/ girls travelling to bangalore for work. This is making passngers the worst journey... feels like we are living with scam people.

I climbed in a chidambaram bus which is started from koyambedu bus stand at nearly 4 am. I kept my bag under the last seat right side corner. It's red and sandal colour. It contains my dresses and shoes. I forgot to take my bag while I'm leaving my bus. I can come anywhere to collect my bag if needed. Plz find my bag.

Hi there today I travelled in a TNSTC bus from Vellore to Bangalore and while getting down at townhall main gate stop I forgot my airpods at the back seat of the bus. The bus departed Vellore at 1:20 pm from and arrived townhall stop around 6:20 pm. The bus conductors knows us as we were the only students from vit.

Today (04/09/22) I travelled from coimbatore to kozhinjampara in TNSTC bus (registration number - TN38 N2925).
I handed the conductor a 500 rupee note as I failed to bring any change. He suddenly bursted out and started to scold me raising his voice. He even threatened me to throw out of the bus. He mocked me that I'm a keralite and I don't belong in Tamilnadu. I searched all over internet to file the complaint. But the contact numbers didn't connect to the relevant office. Please take necessary actions

On 4th September 2022, Sunday 10am i was tried to book bus ticket from Neyveli to Chennai in TNSTC mobile app. Amount Rs.245 was debited successfully but ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

Sir my address is 29 first street Thiruvalluvar Nagar Bharathiyar university post . VADAVALLI. Ours is a dead end road . There are few working people who keep parking their bikes in front of my house and creating difficulties in moving my car inspite or requesting them several times. Iam a doctor working in emergency department. I get called frequently and it becomes very difficult to attend to my work. Please look into it and give me the solution for my problems

The bus number 16 (TN 63 1447) from Sivagangai to Vendiyarendal through Manamadurai at 5.00 pm didnot stoppped at the stoping named Maduraimukku. We keep on running that the bus will stop in a short distance but he didn't stopped at all

This is usual practice in Manamadurai to Sivagangai route.So i request TNSTC to take necessary action

On 30/08/2022 & 31/08/2022 I tried 2 Time to book 3 tickets from ooty to Chennai in TNSTC . Amount Rs.3740 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked two times. I booked 2 tickets from Coimbatore to Bangalore and i completed my transaction but the ticket is not confirmed so take the issue to the site of TNSTC.
Their helpdesk also not in working.

I was traveling from thanjavur to Pattukkottai on bus number Th 68n0892 normal travelling hour 1 hour but bus reached at 2 and half hour

My current location is karumathampatti
Coimbatore district
I'm almost waiting for one and half hour
For karumathampatti to tirupur town bus but still not coming bus
Transportation rules for every half hour once bus coming But Not following the rules
Please solve the problem
