வேலூரில் இருந்து இரும்புலி செல்லும் பேருந்தானது நான் வழியில் எவ்வளவு ஒரமாக சென்றாலும் என்னை இடிப்பது போலவே வருகிறது. மறுபுறம் போக இடம் இருந்தும் இடிப்பது போலவே வருகிறது. இவ்வாறு பல முறை நடந்துள்ளது. மீண்டும் இவ்வாறு நடக்காமல் இருக்க தங்களை பணிவுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன். மீண்டும் இவ்வாறு நடந்தால் என் பொறுமை இழந்து விடுவேன்.

On 23/08/2022, I tried to book 2 tickets from Chennai to Thanjavur in SETC AC Sleeper Seater. Amount Rs.1060 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible. TNSTC username: Karthickprasath, Regards, Karthick

I am from Pudupettai. I traveled from Pudupettai to Barugur in town bus (T9). While traveling both bus driver and conductor were mocking women passenger angrily as they were getting free bus fare and not stopping buses where women passengers were to board the bus(in some places). As this leads to discrimination of women which is against fundamental rights of our Constitution. I request you to take action against bus driver and conductor. The details of the bus were given below.

While traveling from Salem to Coimbatore, I was seperately charged a full seat amount for a small box I was carrying along
upon asking the reason he states that if it's a carton box it will be charged

This rule is very unreasonable and heavy on the pockets of a common man
or is the conductor lying?

Today[protected] i booked two tickets from trichy to coimbatore on[protected] for 525rs in vellankanni bus, amount debited from my account using gpay but in website its said "sorry try again", please refund my money.

I had booked a bus tickiet from banglore to chennai on aug 19, 2022. My OBM ref ID is OB18281681. My money is deducted and ticket was not generated. In TNSTC website, my refund status shows no refund for this request. Kindly look into this issue and refund my ticket charge RS. 625/-
which was not booked.

Pls note today at 4.25 PM I have taken the AC bus ticket from Pondicherry to Chennai vide bus number TN-32-4578 and my ticket no. 009708. Driver name is Mr. Sandil and conductor name is Mr. Sagar.
Pls appreciate the whole way we have requested both of them that AC is not working but they tells that we have already complain in the depo but no action has been taken. Then why should you are charging AC fair whereas AC was not working till the whole way near about 4 hours journey. Why you are making fools to the passengers.
I request you to pls return my amount in my account (account number should be given when you require) or send me the cheque of Rs. 190/- and the amount which I have mentally faced till the whole day at my following address-

Tirunelveli new busstand shop vendors occupied passenger path way by placing extra tables, chairs, and shelfs, and makes abusive comments about on passangers, particular kadayam bus counter portions.

கருங்குளம் ஊருக்கு அதிகமான டவுன் பஸ்கள் வந்து செல்கின்றது ஆனால் அதிலிருந்து வெறும் இரண்டு கிலோமீட்டர் தொலைவில் தாதன்குளம் ஊர் உள்ளது. தாதன்குளம் டு கருங்குளம் இடையில் அரசு ஆஸ்பத்திரி உள்ளது அது மட்டும் அல்லாமல் தாதன்குளத்தில் ரயில் நிலையம் உள்ளது மற்றும் கருங்குளம் பேருந்து தாதன்குளம் வரை நீட்டிப்பதன் மூலம் பொதுமக்கள் பயன்ப்படுவர், பள்ளிக்கு செல்லும் மாணவர்களும் பயன்படுவர். தாதன்குளம் ஊரில் 300 குடும்பங்கள் உள்ளது ரயில் நிலையம் மூலம் திருச்செந்தூர் திருநெல்வேலி செல்பவர்களுக்கு ஹாஸ்பிடல் செல்வதற்கும் உதவியாக இருக்கும் . எனவே தயவு செய்து இந்த பேருந்து சேவையை தாதன்குளம் வரை நீட்டித்து தருமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.
குறிப்பு : கருங்குளம் பேருந்து கருங்குளம் ஊரை சுற்றி செல்லும் தொலைவில் ஊரை சுற்றாமல் செஞ்சாள் தாதன்குளத்தை வந்தடையும்.

TN 32 N 2773 bus conductor charged rs 60.00 instead of rs 40.00 from bangalore electronic city to hosur. I asked him usually all buses charges rs 40.00 only. He said this a fly over service and there is no stop in electronic city. I was staying in electronic city for past 4 months no one said there is no stop in electronic city but he was telling. I don't know this name but bus came in normal road that to not in fly over. Bus came to electronic city at 4.28 am 20.08.2022 that is unfair for all people's.

We have paid 600 rs for normal Friday and Sunday travel but if it's a holiday we are paid upto 1600 rs but they haven't maintain a quality sheets, all the pushback buttons are damaged we can't get better sheet for provided amount.

Needing more number of 570S, 570, 570X buses from Koyambed-Siruseri (Chennai) on peak hours mainly morning 7.15-8.00AM and evening 4.30-6AM as the buses are less compared to the number of passengers . During these peak hours the bus is always overcrowded and its tough for people to pay for tickets and not take seats and stand along the way. Kindly look into this

Virdhachalam to kattukudular town bus number 12 daily break down large peoples there waiting for 2 hours no bus on the root to request to solving problems

There is a delay in buses nearly 1 hour, no buses are coming from kelambakam to Tambaram, struggling lot on this plz do some action.

S43 mini bus doesn't have proper tmings...they keep changing the route as they like...school students are getting very impacted because of thus.

My name is Jaganathan, I’m from Ulundurpet . Today August[protected] i have came to chennai in the morning for attending interview in First Source solutions, Navalur, Chennai . I have Return to Ulundurpet on the same day 7 pm through government bus . I have taken ticket the ticket charge is 160 rupees in my hand i have 570 rupees i gave 560 rupees to the conductor that one 500 rupees note and one 50 rupees note and one 10 rupees note I’m the first person in the bus to take the ticket the conductor have no change so he will put ticket for other passengers in the bus at last I asked him the balance change of rupees 400 . He told me that i have gave only 160 rupees for the ticket. I called the police after tambaram Sub inspector has came and asked the conductor that time conductor also told him that i gave him 160 rupees only other passengers in the bus has seen how much i gave to the conductor for ticket i need my refund and also the conductor and driver will suspend for this behaviour the Bus number is TN21N1977

I've tried to book ticket for travel from Madhurai to Ernakulam on TNSTC website and used upi twice for the payment of ₹970 on August 12th and 13th(total 970×2=1940). The amount has been deduced from my bank account but the ticket booking was failed. I've tried this 2times. Both of the transaction was failure.
This is the first time I'm booking from TNSTC e-ticket reservation.I need your help and support to get refund as quickly as possible.
