I booked two tickets ticket from Tirunelveli to Chennai through the SETC application on 09.08.2022, I followed all steps mentioned on the website while booking I made a UPI transaction, the transaction was successful and the amount was deducted from my account, but the ticket was not booked instead sorry message was popped up. I didn't get any mail or mobile confirmation for booking, I need a refund, I have attached my payment billing for your reference.
