I book a ticket in tnstc mobile app, book ticket from chennai to salem(18/08/2022) ...amount debited from my bank... i didn't receive any confirmation mail or message ...and also i didn't receive a PNR no for my trip.

      Hi,
      I was travelling from vellore to bangalore on (14/08/2022, 19:02 pm), bus stopped at krishnagiri for dinner, I went to have dinner, luggage kept in bus. But when I came back after dinner, bus was already left at 10pm from krishnagiri. I missed it and my luggage is also there in bus.

      Now I am coming to hosur from krishnagiri, please help me in getting my luggage.

        I booked ticket from chennai to kumbakonam in setc online portal . I made upi transaction . Money is debited from my account but ticket is not booked.I didnt get any mail for booking . I need refund, i have attached my payment billing for reference . My ref no:[protected]

          From mathur chennai 68 there is no proper bus for center of city .there are only few buses are running continueously like 121 group, 64c. to reach the center of city its taking 3 buses hardly its too difficult for college student like me. So kindly arrange a bus to center of city like lic or thousands light or teynampet

                I traveled by govt bus from perungalathur to trichy on 14-aug. I paid money for ticket for travel. But the conductor forgot to give me the ticket. When asked for it, he says he had given me the ticket and I missed it. I checked n showed my bag fully that i didn't miss the ticket. He is saying if some one comes for checking tell them that i missed the ticket and not to blame him. Bus number is setc tn45n3631

                I had completely lost peace of mind and travelling with full tension.

                  Beloved transportation department,
                  We are living in a village chokkanchiyalpuram, Manur Taluk, Tirunelveli Dist-627951
                  The bus which is from sankarankovil-kayathar route running on daily basis morning 7.30am. But some days in a week the bus was not coming our village especially in weekends(looks like bus follows some other route) . So our village people who are going to hospitals, coaching claasses are facing inconvenience due to service absense.
                  So kindly request you take action against this and ensure the bus operating in our route daily.

                    I've tried to book ticket for travel from Chennai to Keezhakarai on TNSTC android application and used upi for the payment of ₹590. The amount has been deduced from my bank account but the ticket booking was failed. I've tried this 2times. Both of the transaction was failure.
                    This is the first time I'm facing issue with TNSTC e-ticket reservation. I don't know where is the problem, is it with app or their gateway Billdesk. I need your help and support to get refund as quickly as possible.

                      As a passengers we have facing the situation o[censored]navailability or the period of one bus to another bus arrival is longer after the time 10pm. So kindly provide the bus facilities frequently after 10pm.

                        I booked a ticket from Coimbatore to virudhachalam through the SETC website on 12.08.2022, I followed all steps mentioned on the website while booking I made a UPI transaction, the transaction was successful and the amount was deducted from my account, but the ticket was not booked instead sorry message was popped up. I didn't get any mail or mobile confirmation for booking, I need a refund, I have attached my payment billing for your reference.

                          Hello, I have tried booked a ticket from Tirunelveli to Chennai for 15.08.2022 @ 21:45, trip code of bus is 2145TIUCHE .                             This is to inform you that IIM Trichy does not have any bustop nearby, the nearest bustop has only one bus stopping after 1hr of interval, as students of national institute it is very difficult to reach City .

                            I would request you to please look into the matter at the earliest and provide more buses to stop at the IIM Trichy,
                            It would be better to have a bustop specifically for the college like other other adjacent universities have

                                    On 12th August 2022 i tried booking a ticket through tnstc app for Bengaluru to Madurai 10 PM bus. After making the payment the app displayed some error and asked me to try again later. It seems to be a server issue and at the same time i got charged with the ticket fare of Rs 605. I have attached the screenshots of my bank transaction and also the error which i got on the app. I booked the ticket as guest user. Email-id used : [protected]@gmail.com

                                        Yesterday (Aug 10 2022) I booked ticket from Nagercoil to chennai in ULTRA DELUXE from tnstc site. Amount Rs.750 has been debited from my account two times(Total 1500rs) but ticket was not yet booked.

                                        Please refund the amount to my account and please send me the acknowledgement to my mail id as soon as possible.
