Hello, I have tried booked a ticket from Tirunelveli to Chennai for 15.08.2022 @ 21:45, trip code of bus is 2145TIUCHE . I have paid the money through UPI Payment (attached is the screenshot), money is debited from my account but ticket is not booked. Kindly refund my money ASAP. Thank You.

    This is to inform you that IIM Trichy does not have any bustop nearby, the nearest bustop has only one bus stopping after 1hr of interval, as students of national institute it is very difficult to reach City .

    I would request you to please look into the matter at the earliest and provide more buses to stop at the IIM Trichy,
    It would be better to have a bustop specifically for the college like other other adjacent universities have

      I booked ticket from Chennai to bangalore through setc mobile app, i followed all steps mentioned in app while booking i make upi transaction, transaction successful but ticket is not booked in the app, i didn't get any mail or mobile conformation for booking, i need refund, i have attached my payment billing for your reference

        I booked ticket from Chennai to bangalore through setc mobile app, i followed all steps mentioned in app while booking i make upi transaction, transaction successful but ticket is not booked in the app, i didn't get any mail or mobile conformation for booking, i need refund, i have attached my payment billing for your reference.booking date 15/08/2022.

          I made transaction of rs.505 for sleeper non ac seater on[protected]. I made my payment through gpay upi platform. The amount got deducted from my account but after that site showed "Error! Please try again later". The transaction was successful in gpay. Kindly help me in providing a solution

            On 12th August 2022 i tried booking a ticket through tnstc app for Bengaluru to Madurai 10 PM bus. After making the payment the app displayed some error and asked me to try again later. It seems to be a server issue and at the same time i got charged with the ticket fare of Rs 605. I have attached the screenshots of my bank transaction and also the error which i got on the app. I booked the ticket as guest user. Email-id used : [protected]@gmail.com

                Hi

                Yesterday (Aug 10 2022) I booked ticket from Nagercoil to chennai in ULTRA DELUXE from tnstc site. Amount Rs.750 has been debited from my account two times(Total 1500rs) but ticket was not yet booked.
                TNSTC Reference Number : OB18148102 and OB18146759
                Please refund the amount to my account and please send me the acknowledgement to my mail id as soon as possible.

                    While booking ticket today (11/08/2022) through TNSTC app for travelling from Dindigul to Bangalore on 16th August 2022, while nearing the end of the process the cost of the ticket Rs. 530 had been debited and didn't receive any kind of ticket confirmation. So Kindly refund the money!

                      தருமபுரியில் இருந்து திருவண்ணாமலை செல்லும் சிறப்பு பேருந்து, (பேருந்து எண் TN 29 N 2732 )வழக்கமான பாதையில் செல்லவில்லை. பாதை மாற்றம் குறித்து பயணிகளிடம் பேருந்து ஒட்டுனரோ, நடத்துனரோ அறிவிக்கவும் இல்லை. இதனால் சுமார் 2 மணி நேர தாமதம்.மேலும் பேருந்தின் முன்புற விளக்கு பழுது என்று உத்தங்கரை டிப்போவில் சுமார் 1 மணி நேர காத்திருப்பு. இத்தகைய செயல் பயணிகளை மிகுந்த மனஉளைச்சலுக்கு ஆளாக்கியுள்ளது. இது பயணிகள் மீதான வன்முறையாகவே கருதுகிறேன்.

                        Without informing the passengers Dharmapuri to tiruvannamalai special bus (Bus no. TN29 N 2732) changed its route to reach destination. Due to this almost 2 hours delayed. If they informed priorly we would have changed our bus. And additionally 1 hour delayed in Uthangarai dippo for light repair(I have attached the video clip of this). Though the driver knew there is a fault in light, atleast he would have suggested the passengers to change bus. This kind of act is so ridiculous. We people have our own commitments. I request TN transport corporation to respect passengers.

                          Even on the peak time like around 5pm in evening, the buses are not running in time intervals, busno:51, route tambaram to velacherry,
                          And these buses are coming together like 3-4buses at a time which is completely use less

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            Trichy-tiruchendur bus no:mdu-459 . TN57N2491 . The conductor and the driver and staffs of bustand is not responding to the passengers and treating them irrespectively and they made some passengers to get out of the bus . I have taken this problem to you and hope I will get a positive responce . I this continues I would go to the court and take legal action with copy of this complaint .

No: T14 bus depot Thiruvallur, this bus timing in eve 4.30 but more times its goes on 4.00 pm some it goes on 5.30 but not goes on correct time and also main thing in bus depot person not answering properly he behaving rudely please take action lot peoples and school student affecting

                                  Bus driver stops very far from bus stop. He isn't wait for passengers. Passengers run behind the bus but the driver didn't care. there are some old passengers are there.

                                      I tried to book a bus ticket from Madurai to Chennai in SETC Non AC Sleeper Seater bus Timings: 21:00 to to: 5:00am via Malligai. Seat no: 19. Date of travel: 21st Aug 2022. Date of booking: 8th Aug 2022. But ticket was not booked instead my money was debited from my account. So please refund me my money Rs.505 as soon as possible.                                         In Tiruvannamalai every weekend people's are facing lack of transport for chennai due to poor planning and coordination by the TNSTC team.

                                        Every week people suffered a lot due to lack of transport...
