Hi, On 22/07/2022, I tried to book a ticket from kanchipuram to madurai in TNSTC app. Amount Rs. 450 has been debited from my account but the ticket was not secured. Trip code: 1645MDVTIU. I was driving a twowheeler in trichy Collector office road on 22/7/22 around 7 pm when a tnstc bus with reg no TN 45N 3930 blew a airhorn close to me for which i nearly fell into the bus.
When asked about this to the conductor, he behaved rudely and said i can complaint to anyone and he was not afraid of any higher official.
Kindly register this complaint and proceed

Dear sir, I am anand from thiruvarur. I traveled on 17th july night 12.15 from chidambaram-thiruvarur by the bus TN68N1049, Chennai-thiruthuraipoondi bus. For this bus I waited at chidambaram 1.30hrs. And they dropped me at early morning 3.00am at old busstand. But I want to go newbusstand to take my bike. The conductor refused that he will not go to new busstand. At 3.00am how we will go from old busstand-new busstand. Now only I am, nearly 4-5passangers are their. Then wat is the use of new busstand. I walked 3-4km at 3.00am and reached newbusstand. It's very bad experience and feel bad.

On 21/07/2022 I tried to book a ticket from Tuticorin to Chennai through UPI. The booking hasn't been completed but the amount was debited from my account. Today (July 20, 2022) I booked ticket from NAGERCOIL to COIMBATORE on July 20, 2022 in ULTRA DELUXE bus timing (20:45) around 8.45pm. Amount Rs.510 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. My Transaction UPI Reference Number:[protected].
Please refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.

I frequently use TNSTC bus travel from Thiruvannamalai to Chennai, 122 bus, The bus driver and conductor not stopping in Vandalur Zoo bus stop most of times, request concern department to resolve the issue and make convenient passenger

Iam traveling poonamllee to Arcot Kuppam Kovil in (201 in the display board mentioned TIRUTTANI )bus driver and conductor are strictly told we are not ready to stop the bus at Arcot Kuppam Kovil bust stop.

In the bus we are three passanger with me they also requested but thes guys are not Stop the bus.

Sir/madam i travelled from Chennai koyambedu to Villupuram on TNSTC BUS (DELUXE)to Trichy Plated TN45N3631 dated on 18.07.2022.
Normally the time travel between Chennai koyambedu to Villupuram between 2.30hrs to 3 hrs .about 150 km. But it takes 4 and half hrs because stopping of bus in all places from perungalathur to melmaruvathur that which takes around 2 hrs . We asked conductor and he rudely said we can only go like this and we stop in all places only .what you can able to do you can do it . We board it because of it deluxe and non stop bus and fare also under deluxe related fares
Then why they are stopping in all local bus stops and answer rudely . So please consider and take action against these type of issues because some people have many plans according to travel and finally spoiled by these type of incidents

Morning 9 am bus is not stopping at krishnaraj Nagar kalampalayam bus stop to travel gandhipuram, we are suffered due to delay. Please find the attached video for bus no.

Am travelling from kanchipuram to ponnamalle regularly, today i gave my money inexchage to get busticket(1*20rs 3*10rs notes), inthat one 10rs note was looking old and folded edges are slightly torned not even 1percnt of the size of the currency but conductor refused to accpt my money.kindly look into this and do the needful

Most of the buses are not allowing the passenger who travel between stops of the bus route to get inside the bus untill the last minute of departure.
This is happening for many years by now. And no one is taking action about it.
This is government bus and they have to give respect to all passengers.
If you don't take action we will try even harder for the justice.

While boarding the bus from Chennai (CMBT) to Kalpakkam in Pondichery bus via ECR route, Eventhough the bus is having stop as per the route map the conductors and drivers are not allowing to board the customers to Kalpakkam. They are also acting so rude and giving false information that the bus does not go through Kalpakkam. is there any route in ECR to go to pondicherry without touching Kalpakkam ?! Why do the Drivers and conductors need to give such Fake/False information ?! Kindly require your intervention to make sure passengers are allowed to board in buses that go vie Kalpakkam

Today (16 Jul 2022) at 7.15pm I am the only person who board the bus (UD) semi Sleeper Bus TN 01 AN 2947 (Going to Chennai Koyambedu Bus stand) at Kathankadai Bus stop (near Kalpakkam - 603312, Tamilnadu). I bought the ticket for RTO Thiruvanmiyur and the conductor issued the ticket as per my stop that I asked for (RTO thiruvanmiyur) by paying Rs.200/- and the ticket cost is Rs, 70/- and he returned back the balance after 5 mins that too I asked for the Balance. When I about to RTO Thiruvanmiyur Busstop, I came near to driver and waiting for the bus to stop but the driver did not stop. I asked the driver to stop the bus but he didnt react to my request and he simply driven the bus upto waterford apartment near another signal. Then I immediately asked the conductor why he didnt stop the bus even after the request (though they are supposed to stop since the ticket has been issued). The conductor is saying that I should request the drive. When the ticket has een issued to stop at RTO thiruvanmiyur why should I request the driver to stop where the driver denied to stop and showed his attitude. This is not at all fair and the behaviour is not at all acceptable. These Govt service personnel are the services of the public and they should ne er show any attitude towards the passengers. If fear, if this is the treament to the male passnegers what would happen to female one that too if she is new to chennai. This is very panic and alarming situation where me being the nativve place of Thiruvanmuiyr facing these abnormal incident what will happend to the female passengers. THIS IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE. DRIVERS RUDE BEHAVIOUR, DENIAL OF REQUEST, HIS DUTY HAS NOT PERFORMED PROPERLY, ABUSING WAORDS TOWARDS PASSENGERS, CONDUCTOR ALSO JOINED WITH DRIVER FOR THE ABUSAL WORDS. They are also telling me to complaint wherever I want to go.

Need necessary and required action towards these drivers and conductors to be taken on high priority and their attitude to be stopped entertaining.

Looking for your action on them which will teach them some lesson on how to behave with the passengers.

I travelled with my family from Perambalur new bus stand to labbaikudikadu, myself, my wife and 2 chidlren at the age 5 and 10 respectively, i told conductor to provide me ticket as 2 full and 2 half but he didn't listen me and merely gave me full charge ticket of 4no.

Whether the conductors are delebarately ignoring or ignorant???
