Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] Complaints & Reviews

I am not sure whether the driver is drunk or he is feeling sleepy..he is switching lanes and driving like a drunk man…and also the sound systems in the bus is too loud..
Both driver and conductor are using beetel leaves with some other pan leaves….
I dont know wat else to say.
Bus details : Chennai to Velankanni(ecr)
Boarding point : Palavakkam(ecr)
Boarding time : around 4.15 to 4.30 in palavakkambr...

Frequency of 8b or 38c is less i have to wait atleast 30-45 minutes daily for these buses kindly provide more frequency....

On 29.07.2022, I have booked tickets from chennai to kumbakonam in SETC sleeper seater. Im waiting for bus at thanjavur new bus stand morning 08:30 am to 09:00 am no bus arrived new bus stand to medical college roate old bus stand bus. As i am going to medical college.Then I pay 150 rupees for the auto. road side flex bus timing mention the 8.45 am bus departure time but no bus arrived the bus stand. . many peoples are waiting @ bus stand. what purpose of flex metion the bus stand ?So kindly take action on them,

Government bus service from Hosur to Denkanikottai (bus no.40 at 4:20pm)did not stop in college Of Poultry Production and Management bus stop for the boarding of students.We swayed our hands to let the driver know our presence but inspite of seeing us he did not stop the bus.Also we have very few buses here and this made us wait for another 1 hour.We are having exams and this act led us to frustration.Please take necessary actions.Thanking...

I am here to complaint against a TNSTC Bus driver for rash driving. I was on a two wheeler with my father who was riding. We were on the left most side of the road, riding. This bus driver was unnecessarily honking coming behind us with high speed and almost about to hit is. He honked at us for like almost 10-15 seconds, being behind us nearly at 5-6ft distance with that speed and he didn't apply the break as well.

In 25.06.2022 (saturday) evening .TN57N2406 TNSTC which has singanallur as a boarding point and madurai as destination and there is stopping point in dharapuram and oddanchatram but the bus driver and conductor are not allowing dharapuram and oddanchatram passengers to sit on the bus and the drivers and conductors are not giving proper respect to the passengers they are mentioning that only madurai passengers have to sit others were not allowed...

I tried to book a ticket from Hosur to Chennai for the date 26/06/2022 on 25th June. After selecting and filling all the particular it directed me to the payment page. I chose UPI method and a total of 360 rupees was paid. But it showed some error and the ticket was not booked and money was debited from my account. Kindly provide me with the refund please....

There is no transportation services for Tambaram to Pondicherry. Even I can't find for tindivanam in the morning time (6 am to 11 am)
