    Dear sir/madam,

    While boarding the bus from Chennai (CMBT) to Kalpakkam in Pondichery bus via ECR route, Eventhough the bus is having stop as per the route map the conductors and drivers are not allowing to board the customers to Kalpakkam. They are also acting so rude and giving false information that the bus does not go through Kalpakkam. is there any route in ECR to go to pondicherry without touching Kalpakkam ?! Why do the Drivers and conductors need to give such Fake/False information ?! Kindly require your intervention to make sure passengers are allowed to board in buses that go vie Kalpakkam

      Sir,
      Today (16 Jul 2022) at 7.15pm I am the only person who board the bus (UD) semi Sleeper Bus TN 01 AN 2947 (Going to Chennai Koyambedu Bus stand) at Kathankadai Bus stop (near Kalpakkam - 603312, Tamilnadu). I bought the ticket for RTO Thiruvanmiyur and the conductor issued the ticket as per my stop that I asked for (RTO thiruvanmiyur) by paying Rs.200/- and the ticket cost is Rs, 70/- and he returned back the balance after 5 mins that too I asked for the Balance. When I about to RTO Thiruvanmiyur Busstop, I came near to driver and waiting for the bus to stop but the driver did not stop. I asked the driver to stop the bus but he didnt react to my request and he simply driven the bus upto waterford apartment near another signal. Then I immediately asked the conductor why he didnt stop the bus even after the request (though they are supposed to stop since the ticket has been issued). The conductor is saying that I should request the drive. When the ticket has een issued to stop at RTO thiruvanmiyur why should I request the driver to stop where the driver denied to stop and showed his attitude. This is not at all fair and the behaviour is not at all acceptable. These Govt service personnel are the services of the public and they should ne er show any attitude towards the passengers. If fear, if this is the treament to the male passnegers what would happen to female one that too if she is new to chennai. This is very panic and alarming situation where me being the nativve place of Thiruvanmuiyr facing these abnormal incident what will happend to the female passengers. THIS IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE. DRIVERS RUDE BEHAVIOUR, DENIAL OF REQUEST, HIS DUTY HAS NOT PERFORMED PROPERLY, ABUSING WAORDS TOWARDS PASSENGERS, CONDUCTOR ALSO JOINED WITH DRIVER FOR THE ABUSAL WORDS. They are also telling me to complaint wherever I want to go.

      Need necessary and required action towards these drivers and conductors to be taken on high priority and their attitude to be stopped entertaining.

      Looking for your action on them which will teach them some lesson on how to behave with the passengers.

        I travelled with my family from Perambalur new bus stand to labbaikudikadu, myself, my wife and 2 chidlren at the age 5 and 10 respectively, i told conductor to provide me ticket as 2 full and 2 half but he didn't listen me and merely gave me full charge ticket of 4no.

        Whether the conductors are delebarately ignoring or ignorant???

        Boarding time : 3.35 PM
        1St son DOB : 12.03.2012
        2nd son DOB : 13.12.2016

          I am studied paramedical in govt.mohan kumaramangalam medical College, Hospital. In salem town bus, conductors forced me to pay bus far, while i was show my id card.They told, you pay the charge otherwise step down out the bus.my family is poor family, but daily bus far is 100rs per day . so please do any action on this codition

            Bus driver was really rude and was using harsh words and urged to climb inside a running bus. Has no patience. Was in a rush and was rash driving. Do take action about his behaviour. Had no complaints with conductor.

                From bye pass it may take 1 km, and night time I'm helpless, any crime happened who will answer,

                  Since the government of Tamilnadu has announced a new scheme that benefits women (cost-free system in local buses), the bus drivers and conductors are taking advantage of that scheme and are completely mistreating woman by not stopping at apt bus stops, using vulgar words against them which are completely offendable and punishable.

                  Kindly take action on the drivers and conductors.

                    36 Palam bus drive was scolding the passengers using bad words. He takes the bus before the passengers boarding the bus.
                    Due to this the accident may happen.

                      Last 1 hour no bus in the Erode karur route.Finally 15b crossed Veppamara kalam busstop at 12.45pm .
                      After showing signal to stop also not even cared and left with out stopping.Same situation is happening many times.

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        I am ashok Kumar from thuvarankurichy in trichy dist. We are facing a lot of issues to travel to my native from trichy. From trichy to madurai always providing a non stop busses only. They are providing express busses in (non stop bus)4:1(express bus) ratio. So lot of persons and family are suffering to reach their home. There is lot of stop was there in between and lot of main stop also there(viralimalai, kottampatti, thuvarankurichy, kottampatti, melur, othakadai). Lot of families are waiting in bustand with childrens and old parents for more than one hour to 2 hours for single bus. But in all other route from trichy, mostly they are providing a (nonstop)1: 4(express bus)ratio but, in madurai route only this issue was there. Lot of inbetween stop childrens and families are suffering to reach madurai or trichy for studying for working. So, kindly provide a support to us to provide a lot of express busses to make a easy and flexible transport.

                              Today around 3:10 pm I stopped the 111 bus (TN38 N3487) at prozone bust stop while speaking in my mobile. The conductor was saying to the driver that if someone is on mobile don't stop the bus. I calmly asked him that whether he said like that. 1st he said no then he said rudely that "yes I'm in control of this bus what I'm telling will happen, bla bla. If you fell in bus I have to carry you and my family will be in street because of you, etc" and started pointing his hand. I said *stop showing your hands towards me" for that he replied that "I'll do whatever I want. Get out of the bus". I said "I'm paying for the ticket, why should I get out? " Then he said to the conductor "this is why I'm telling you not to stop now I have to argue with this one". Finally when I was getting out of the bus he whistled before I stepped out of the bus. It's like he did not tell that for someone's safety he said those like he owns the place. It's the public transport and he should treat every passenger properly.

                                Passengers are suffering due to inadequate bus service after making free travel for women, especially govt have reduced the bus for lack of fund, then why should govt give free service for women, government buses aren't reaching estimated destination in the time of 11am to 2pm instead of they are reaching half distance, patients and children are suffering due to this problem. I request you to solve this issue as soon as possible

                                  We are from Krishananputhur(village), Nanguneri(TK), Tirunelveli(DT)-627108. Here we lived more than 500 people's along with school and college students and also daily workers. In this circumstance we need transport convenience but in our Village have no bust stop for regarding that tha buses have not stop in our Village.                                     Hi team, from hosur to dharamapuri, there is a daily private bus with name with SRS, it's private bus and we are also paying full charge only but still they are not allowing passenger from Rayakottai or any other places except dharamapuri, we people are traveling from Bangalore for job purpose, they are allowing us to enter only when all the seets are filled and while staring the bus. And conductor are speaking very rudely.

                                      I travelled from Trichy to thiruvarur in Tnstc on 9.7.2022 and bus conductor collected Rs.97.00 from me and gave ticket and at the palpannai singal bus got break down and that conductor told that "this ticket is valid in another bus I will recommend to use this ticket "I got another bus and this new conductor told that this ticket is not valid and asked me to take another ticket and I took the same so for single track travel of Rs.97 I paid twice the charge because of tat bus conductor.kindly call me in this number [protected] and reverse my ticket amount or else I will file a consumer compliant and claim a lakh rupees.

I have paid the money through UPI Payment (attached is the screenshot), money is debited from my account but ticket is not booked. kindly refund my money ASAP. Thanks

                                        28 july 2022 i booked tickets for bangalore to trichy .490rs debited my account . but reserved tickets status failed how to refund my money ASAP.
