Tamil Nadu, the Nilgiris, route Kothamudi to Ooty, bus no TN43-N0527, May be its tourist destination, while raining you can experience the full rain inside the bus [but you must have an umbrella with you, otherwise you will be wet inside the bus]. Many a time, complained to the local manager on Mob No. [protected]. At times he even avoids answering knowing my number is for a complaint. Pathetic and shameful response from such a TNSTC official....

Bus number 95 in Chennai which travels from Tambaram to Thiruvanmiyur via Perungudi is always delayed on the peak hours. Even though it's a very important road where many people travel for work the bus is always late, it happens to be 1 bus in 35-40 minutes....

Today I had travelled from karaikudi to Keelaneli kothai in TNSTC bus(TN63 #1652), the bus left from karaikudi at 4.50pm, I just travelled 45mins, in which the conductor not properly behaved with senior citizens around 4-5 persons, like he is shouting, rudely talking, using hard words with senior citizen. As a fellow passenger, it's very inconvenient for us. Appropirate action to be taken by TNSTC, to avoid this in future....

I asked the conductor about the difference in the fare but he was not ready to speak and no answer from him . Such a worst...

On 11/06/2022, I tried to book 1 ticket from Coimbatore to Chennai in TNSTC App and amount paid through Gpay amount Rs.560 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. TNSTC Reference Number: OB17522757. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible. Ticket booked in TNSTC App has guest account.
