Bus conductor disrespecting womens in bus he is not giving proper response and shouting in badwords towards womens... He is sitting in the same place and every passengers should get ticket from him he is not going to there place nd give them a tickets... His words was so rubbish...

      BUS timing 9.28 from T Nagar bus stand. In this bus conductor always used to behave like not stopping on the bus, using very bad words to passenger. This is 3rd time im facing this conductor. Many passengers are really felt hurt due to his bad words.

      Please kindly change the conductor.

      Im really happy to use government bus with free service for ladies. Big salute for that tamilnadu government. But now im really feeling hurt infront of all peoples. He insulting with his words. Please accept my complaint. Im regularly using this bus only.
      If any doubt to me. Ask the public. Every one accept this truth. Please kindly make process for this complaint sir/ madam

        Sir, I am Thanuja. As I am a working professional. I need to take public transport for reaching my office. Since the number of buses from Saidapet to besan nagar is very less and the time interval between the buses are also more, so the buses are fully crowded and this leads to the suffocation in the bus and and space for standing in the bus also.
        Kindly do increase the number of frequency of buses to this route

          Hi Team,

          I am waiting in Coimbatore railway station from 3 am to 4am, but no buses came on the way to Ukkadam. This happened last week Wednesday too. request you to check on this.

            I'm Yogeswaran Natarajan from Trichy. In our area CHOLAMA NAGAR located in THIRUVERUMBUR TALUK, TRICHY-620016 has no bus facility from the time of COVID-19 lockdown. People especially students here are in difficulty for going to school, college and for their work. There is no transportation facility at all. We should go by walk for nearly 3kms to catch a bus. So please solve this issue and make us to feel relieved.

              76 bus from medavakkam koot road to koyambedu numbers should be increased 8n morning hours.as this is peak hours all school and college students are catching same .as of now buses are coming with 30 minutes frequency and for collection conductor is trying to dump people into bus by abusing the passenger, especially in 8.30 bus.
              Kindly take action for this increase the number of buses

                        I wrote a mail to tnstc with the following content but no proper response from them.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I booked a ticket in tnstc.in website on 16th, June. Payment transaction was successful. Tnstc website said "Ticket booked", but I didn't receive any ticket details to mobile number or mail id. When I approached bus conductor on journey date, even he confirmed that no ticket has been booked in my name. When I enquired in toll free number, there is no OB number registered against this transaction. Also, no details available in booking history under my account in tnstc.in website.

                        I already contacted tnstc customer care number, whats app number, toll free number. They couldn't retrieve necessary details, hence they directed me to write a mail to this address.

                        Note: SBI Bank has confirmed that transaction is successful when I enquired in bank's customer care.

                          I travelled on 28.06.2022 Tuesday in TN 39 N 0039 Route No: K.13 from Tiruppur to Kangeyam at 11.30 am . ( Kangeyam branch). The conductor who was on duty was very rude towards lady passengers. He answered very rudely when he was enquired about the stages. He made few lady passengers including a pregnant lady to get down from the bus saying that this bus will not stop in particular stop. But when i observed it was stopping in the particular stop where those ladies wished to get down. Ladies were treated very badly. This may be due to cashless travel.
                          The same day I tried calling the branch manager on his mobile but he didn't attend. Also there is no response for my SMS.

                            Respected sir my sincere thanks for providing free bus service for ladies. But due to few lady passengers we cannot enjoy it heartfully. This is happening regularly in bus number 28 and 14 sirumugai to Mettupalayam bus.The lady passengers throws their bags and says that is their seat.The male, the old, the handicapped and the women who carries children are not allowed to sit. The people who says they have registered the seat by throwing bags speak very bad language and the drivers and conductors are not bothered about that.Just have a check of this matter which happens daily and take immediate steps.Thanking you.

                                I am not sure whether the driver is drunk or he is feeling sleepy..he is switching lanes and driving like a drunk man…and also the sound systems in the bus is too loud..
                                Both driver and conductor are using beetel leaves with some other pan leaves….
                                I dont know wat else to say.
                                Bus details : Chennai to Velankanni(ecr)
                                Boarding point : Palavakkam(ecr)
                                Boarding time : around 4.15 to 4.30 in palavakkam

                                Note we r really sacred of how we gonna reach our places safely.

                                Please do take some action.

                                      Im waiting for bus at thanjavur new bus stand morning 08:30 am to 09:00 am no bus arrived new bus stand to medical college roate old bus stand bus. As i am going to medical college.Then I pay 150 rupees for the auto. road side flex bus timing mention the 8.45 am bus departure time but no bus arrived the bus stand. . many peoples are waiting @ bus stand. what purpose of flex metion the bus stand ?So kindly take action on them,
