I wrote a mail to tnstc with the following content but no proper response from them.
Dear sir/madam,
I booked a ticket in tnstc.in website on 16th, June. Payment transaction was successful. Tnstc website said "Ticket booked", but I didn't receive any ticket details to mobile number or mail id. When I approached bus conductor on journey date, even he confirmed that no ticket has been booked in my name. When I enquired in toll free number, there is no OB number registered against this transaction. Also, no details available in booking history under my account in tnstc.in website.
I already contacted tnstc customer care number, whats app number, toll free number. They couldn't retrieve necessary details, hence they directed me to write a mail to this address.
Note: SBI Bank has confirmed that transaction is successful when I enquired in bank's customer care.
